[structure: see text] A synthetic strategy promising the establishment of a new star-shaped and linear polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) family with distinct molecular topologies has been developed. The Sonogashira reaction between the iodide derivatives 2a-e and phenylacetylene catalyzed with Pd(0) affords 3a-e in high yields. The Diels-Alder and decarbonylation reactions between 3a-e and tetraphenylcyclophentadiene following the oxidation by FeCl(3) produce the star-shaped and linear PAHs 5a-e containing a five-membered ring. The structural analysis and the optical properties of all new compounds are performed by a combination of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, UV-vis, and fluorescence spectrometry. The electronic and photophysical properties are studied by orthogonal comparisons of the absorption and fluorescence spectra in THF solutions, which not only give insight into the interactions among aromatic submoieties in each molecule and the effects of meta-conjugation and para-conjugation on electronic delocalization, but also indicate effective conjugation length variations from oligophenylacetylenes 3a-e to oligophenylene dendrimers 4a-e and PAHs 5a-e. The star-shaped 5c exhibits the highest aggregation in excited states compared with the other four hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene (HBC) derivatives.  相似文献

Studies carried out by X-ray and thermal analysis confirmed that acetaminophen (paracetamol), declared by the manufacturers as an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API), was present in all studied medicinal drugs. Positions of diffraction lines (2θ angles) of the studied drugs were consistent with standards for acetaminophen, available in the ICDD PDF database Release 2008. |Δ2θ| values were lower than 0.2°, confirming the authenticity of the studied drugs. Also, the values of interplanar distances dhkl for the examined samples were consistent with those present in the ICDD. Presence of acetaminophen crystalising in the monoclinic system (form I) was confirmed. Various line intensities for API were observed in the obtained diffraction patterns, indicating presence of the preferred orientation of the crystallites in the examined samples. Thermal analysis of the studied substances confirmed the results obtained by X-ray analysis. Drugs containing only acetaminophen as an API have melting point close to that of pure acetaminophen. It was found that presence of other active and auxiliary substances affected the shapes and positions of endothermal peaks significantly. A broadening of endothermal peaks and their shift towards lower temperatures were observed accompanying an increase in the contents of additional substances being “impurities” in relation to the API. The results obtained by a combination of the two methods, X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) and differential scanning calorimetry/thermogravimetry (DSC/TGA), may be useful in determination of abnormalities which can occur in pharmaceutical preparations, e.g., for distinguishing original drugs and forged products, detection of the presence of a proper polymorphic form or too low content of the active substance in the investigated drug.  相似文献

A highly-efficient preparative procedure for ( R, S )- and ( S, S)-pyrroHdine-2-carboxyHc acid 3,5-dioxa-4-boracyclohepta[2, 1-α ; 3,4-α′] dlnaphthalen-4-yl esters [ namely ( R, S )-BNBAP and (S, S )-BNBAP] is described and the crystal structure of (R, S )-BNBAP was obtained. The data indicate that ( R, S )-BNBAP is a spirocyclic inner borate salt with almost normal te-trahedral configuration. This structural form may be the basic reason for their high chemical, optical and thermodynamic sta-bility.  相似文献

The synthesis and structures of nickel (II) complexes of chiral cyclams originating from l-proline are presented. Upon addition of nickel acteate, oxocyclams having amide groups underwent deprotonation forming distorted square-planar complexes. A series of homoleptic complexes of hexacoordinate cobalt(II) and copper(II) complexes with 3,5-disubstituted homo- and heteroscorpionate tris(pyrazolyl)borate anionic ligands (Tp′) were synthesized, i.e. bis[hydrotris(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]cobalt(II), bis[hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3-methyl,5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]cobalt(II) and bis[hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3-methyl,5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]copper(II) and their structures were elucidated crystallographically. The complexes were also formed spontaneously during attempted metathesis of the corresponding Tp′M(NCS) complexes into Tp′M(OOCCH(OH)CH3) complexes. In the case of the analogous conversion applied for the thiocyanato [hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)boratocobalt(II) complex with sodium carboxylates (lactate, pyruvate and 2-hydroxybutyrate), the cross-transfer of pyrazolyl residues between starting anionic ligands was observed resulting in formation of bis-ligand homo- and heteroleptic Tp′CoTp″ complexes, where Tp′, Tp″ were tris(pyrazolyl)borates composed of n 3(5)-phenyl,5(3)-methylpyrazolyl and (3−n) 3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl residues (n=0–3) identified by mass spectrometry. Metathesis of thiocyanate in thiocyanato hydrotris(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)boratocobalt(II) into pyruvate led to the isolation of stable the pyruvato hydrotris(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)boratocobalt(II) complex, the structure of which was determined crystallographically. The Tp′ ligands are η3 coordinated to metal ions in every case, whereas the pyruvate anion is coordinated through carboxylate and carbonyl oxygen atoms to the cobalt center. Two rotational isomers distinguishable by 1H NMR spectroscopy for the hexacoordinate bis[hydrobis(3-phenyl,5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)(3-methyl,5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)borato]cobalt(II) complex were detected in solution.  相似文献

Catalytic properties of ZSM-5 zeolite samples pretreated with NaOH solution have been investigated. The samples are characterized by XRD, SEM, chemical analysis, and N2 adsorption.The results indicate that mesopores are created in ZSM-5 crystals under alkali treatment without change the microporous structure and acidic strength of the zeolite, but the crystallinity is greatly decreased under severe treatment. IR indicates that the concentration of silanol is greatly enriched by alkali treatment. The etherification activities of ZSM-5 zeolites are greatly increased byalkali-treatment. The noticeably improved catalytic activity of treated samples is ascribed to the formation of mesopores and greatly enriched silanol group.  相似文献

The oxazole yellow dye, YOYO-1 (a symmetric homodimer), is a commonly used molecule for staining DNA. We applied the brightness analysis to study the intercalation of YOYO-1 into the DNA. We distinguished two binding modes of the dye to dsDNA: mono-intercalation and bis-intercalation. Bis-intercalation consists of two consecutive mono-intercalation steps, characterised by two distinct equilibrium constants (with the average number of base pair per binding site equals 3.5): K1=3.36±0.43×107M1 and K2=1.90±0.61×105M1, respectively. Mono-intercalation dominates at high concentrations of YOYO-1. Bis-intercalation occurs at low concentrations.  相似文献

Five chemical compounds, CuMoO4, Cu3Mo2O9, Cu2Mo3O10, Cu6Mo4O15, and Cu4?x Mo3O12 (0.10 ? x ? 0.40), were identified in the system Cu2OCuOMoO3 and characterized by DTA, X-ray powder patterns, ir spectra, and magnetic properties. Cupric molybdates CuMoO4 and Cu3Mo2O9 are stable in air up to 820 and 855°C, respectively, melting at these temperatures with simultaneous decomposition (oxygen loss). Congruent mp of cuprous molybdates Cu2Mo3O10 and Cu6Mo4O15, in argon, are 532 and 466°C, respectively. Nonstoichiometric phase Cu4?x Mo3O12 = Cu2+3Cu01?xMo6+3O12, melts in argon between 630 and 650°C depending on the value of x and at 525–530°C undergoes polymorphic transformation. Areas of coexistence of the above-mentioned phases are determined. The μeff of Cu2+ ions and θ values are: 1.80 B.M. and 28°K for CuMoO4, 1.71 B.M. and ? 12°K for Cu3Mo2O9, and 1.74 B.M. and ? 93°K for Cu4?xMo3O12. Below 200°K CuMoO4 becomes antiferromagnetic. Cu2Mo3O10 and Cu6Mo4O15 show weak temperature-independent paramagnetism.  相似文献
