The reaction of α,β-unsaturated β-diketones, such as 3-(o-chloro, m-nitro, and o-nitrobenzylidene)acetylacetones (I, II, and III) with hydroxylamine hydrochloride was carried out. Among them, compound I and II in acetonitrile, methanol, and acetic acid afforded 4-(α-hydroxy, methoxy, acetoxy, and chlorobenzyl)-3,5-dimethylisoxazoles (IV-XI) in fairly good yield. On the other hand, III yielded 3-(3′,5′-dimethylpyrazolo)-5-chloroanthranil (XV) under the almost same conditions by the participation of o-nitro group.  相似文献

Chiral rhodium(bisoxazolinylphenyl) complexes (1 mol %) efficiently catalyze the asymmetric reductive aldol reaction of aldehydes and alpha,beta-unsaturated esters at 50 degrees C for ca. 0.5-1.0 h with several hydrosilanes to give the corresponding beta-hydroxypropionates with extremely high anti-selectivity (up to 98%) and enantioselectivity (up to 96% ee). The stereochemical outcome is likely due to a chairlike cyclic transition state involving rhodium-(E)-enolate.  相似文献

Adsorption characteristics of alkali metal ion-exchanged ZSM-5 zeolites, M-ZSM-5 (M=Li, Na, K, Rb, and Cs), for CO(2)/N(2) mixtures were investigated by a column method and IR study. It was shown that CO(2) was adsorbed from CO(2)/N(2) mixtures on M-ZSM-5 zeolites by two types of adsorbtion at temperatures below 333 K. One was a weak adsorption due to interaction with the wall of ZSM-5, and the other was a strong adsorption caused by interactions with the cation of ZSM-5. IR-spectra of gases adsorbed at various temperatures revealed that the CO(2) were strongly adsorbed on M-ZSM-5 in several ways, which seemed to be caused by different adsorption sites. At temperatures above 373 K, almost all CO(2) adsorbed were on cation sites, while N(2) coadsorbed with CO(2) was shown to interact with the wall of ZSM-5 under all experimental conditions. Purpose

To evaluate the relationship between corneal and ocular higher order wavefront aberrations (HOAs) and age in young subjects aged 20 years or less.

Methods

Corneal and ocular HOAs of the right eyes of 87 normal subjects were measured using videokeratography and the Hartmann–Shack wavefront aberrometer (KR-9000PW; Topcon Corp., Tokyo, Japan). The HOAs were calculated using Zernike polynomials up to the sixth order. From the Zernike coefficients, the root mean squares (RMS) of coma and spherical aberration were calculated.

Results

Corneal spherical-like aberrations significantly correlated with age (r = 0.420, p < 0.001); however, coma-like aberrations and total HOAs did not significantly correlate with age. None of the ocular HOAs significantly correlated with age. In addition, a gender-wise comparison of the collected data showed that corneal and ocular HOAs did not significantly correlate with age.

Conclusion

In children, the corneal and ocular total HOAs did not vary with age. Compared to the previous reports in adults, we found fewer corneal and ocular HOAs in children.

From the leaves of Glochidion zeylanicum, six new butenolide glucoside, named glochidionolactones A-F, were isolated along with a known related compound, phyllanthurinolactone. The structures of glochidionolactones A-D and F were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic analyses. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of upper rim functionalized tetrabromo-resorcin[4]arenes are presented and their guest encapsulation abilities are discussed. The Br-atoms either attached directly to resorcinarene rim or extended by methylene group (CH2–Br). The substituents on the upper-rim plays an important role in the guest encapsulation characteristic of the resorcinarene cavity. In the crystal structure the host–guest supramolecular systems were stabilized by C–H?O, C–H?π and C?H···Br nonbonding interactions. The Hirshfeld surfaces analysis and the related 2D fingerprint plots provided qualitative and quantitative account of the various supramolecular non-bonding interactions present within the crystal.

The (2R,5S)-trans- and (2S,5S)-cis-stereoisomers 1a and 1b of 4(5)-(5-aminotetrahydropyran-2-yl)imidazole, which have two chiral centers and adopt a stable chair conformation, were synthesized via cyclization of diol intermediates 7 using L-glutamine as the starting material. Their enantiomers, (2S,5R)-trans-1c and (2R,5R)-cis-1d, were synthesized by the same methodology from D-glutamine. Stereo isomers 1a-d were converted into cyanoguanidines 11a-d, and into N-isopropyl and N-3,3-dimethylbutyl derivatives 12a-d and 13a-d, respectively. The results of in vivo brain microdialysis of the derivatives apparently indicated that only (2S,5R)-isomers increased the release of neuronal histamine. Among the many (2S,5R)-N-alkyl derivatives, 13c (OUP-133) and 18 (OUP-153) increased histamine release to 180-190% and 180-200% of basal levels, respectively, and were found to be novel histamine H(3) antagonists.  相似文献

We evaluated 15 healthy participants by assessing their maintenance of postural control while standing on a platform stabilometer for 1 min under the following conditions: eyes open; eyes open with + 3.00 D on both eyes on same directions (45, 90, 135, 180 degree axis); right eye on 45 degree axis and left eye on 135 degree axis (inverted V-pattern), and right eye on 135 degree axis and left eye on axis 45 degree axis (V-pattern). The differences in the linear length, area and maximum velocity of center of pressure during postural control before and after the six types of positive cylinder-oriented axes were analyzed. Comparing the antero-posterior lengths and antero-posterior maximum velocities, there were significant differences between the V-pattern condition and the six other conditions. Astigmatic defocus in the antagonistic axes conditions, particularly the V-pattern condition, affects postural control of antero-posterior sway (143/150).  相似文献
