We established a high-throughput and high-resolution analytical method based on supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) coupled with mass spectrometry (MS) for the simultaneous profiling of diverse polar lipids in a mixture. Trimethylsilyl (TMS) derivatization was used for the analysis of ten polar lipids: phosphatidylglycerol (PG), phosphatidic acid (PA), phosphatidylinositol (PI), lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE), lysophosphatidylglycerol (LPG), lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI), sphingomyeline (SM), and sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P). Using the developed method, the peak tailings of PA, PI, LPA, LPI, and S1P improved, and the limit of detection of PG, PI, LPA, LPI, and S1P was enhanced by 12-, 40-, 510-, 39-, and 1490-fold, respectively. Next, in the analysis of sheep plasma, 20 minor species of PI, LPC, LPE, and SM, and 7 molecular species of LPA, LPI, and S1P were additionally analyzed. The relative ratio of the molecular species in each polar lipid was also found by quantification. Finally, the simultaneous and detail profiling of ten polar lipids was successfully performed by SFC/MS applying TMS derivatization. This developed method is particularly applicable to metabolomics, especially for targeting polar lipids. 相似文献

Hydroxyapatite‐supported gold nanoparticles (Au/HAP) can act as a highly active and reusable catalyst for the coupling of hydrosilanes with amines under mild conditions. Various silylamines can be selectively obtained from diverse combinations of equimolar amounts of hydrosilanes with amines including less reactive bulky hydrosilanes. This study also highlights the applicability of Au/HAP to the selective synthesis of silylamides through the coupling of hydrosilanes with amides, demonstrating the first example of an efficient heterogeneous catalyst. Moreover, Au/HAP shows high reusability and applicability for gram‐scale synthesis. 相似文献

We studied the immobilization of a mycelium (Aspergillus niger) using the working hypothesis as follows: (a) when polycation was added to the cell suspension, a few parts of it would bind on the surface of a hypha, allowing to gather the hyphae in part but not all; (b) upon further addition of polyanion, such a gathering of the hyphae is tightly bunched by the polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) which is resulted from the remaining polycation; (c) as a result, a mycelium with partially bunched hyphae can be obtained. Potassium poly(vinyl alcohol) sulfate and trimethylammonium glycol chitosan iodide [6-O-(2-hydroxyethyl-2-(trimethylamonio)-chitosan iodide) were used as the polyanion and the polycation, respectively. The optical and electron microscopic analyses showed that our immobilized cell contains many of PEC-bunched hyphae. The sedimentation rate increased with the weight ratio of PEC to dry cells and leveled off at the weight ratio larger than 0.5. The gluconic acid production from glucose was studied by a semi-large scale (1 l) cultivation of the imobilized and free cells using a jar fermentor. It was found that an apparent specific activity of the immobilized cells for glucose oxidation becomes 1.44 times that of the free cells even at a high cell density of 40 g/l. 相似文献

Surface pressure (pi)-, surface potential (deltaV)-, and dipole moment (mu(perpendicular))-area (A) isotherms and morphological behavior were examined for monolayers of a newly designed 18-mer amphiphilic alpha-helical peptide (Hel 13-5), DPPC, and DPPC/egg-PC (1:1) and their combinations by the Wilhelmy method, ionizing electrode method, fluorescence microscopy (FM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The newly designed Hel 13-5 showed rapid adsorption into the air-liquid interface to form interfacial films such as a SP-B function. Regardless of the composition and constituents in their multicomponent system of DPPC/egg-PC, the collapse pressure (pi(c); approximately 42 mN m(-1)) was constant, implying that Hel 13-5 with the fluid composition of egg-PC is squeezed out of Hel 13-5/DPPC/egg-PC monolayers accompanying a two- to three-dimensional phase transformation. FM showed that adding a small amount of Hel 13-5 to DPPC induced a dispersed pattern of ordered domains with a "moth-eaten" appearance, whereas shrinkage of ordered domains in size occurred for the DPPC/egg-PC mixture with Hel 13-5. Furthermore, AFM indicated that (i) the intermediate phase was formed in pure Hel 13-5 systems between monolayer states and excluded nanoparticles, (ii) protrusions necessarily located on DPPC monolayers, and (iii) beyond the collapse pressure of Hel 13-5, Hel 13-5 was squeezed out of the system into the aqueous subphase. Furthermore, hysteresis curves of these systems nicely resemble those of the DPPC/SP-B and DPPC/SP-C mixtures reported before. 相似文献

An ergodic study of Painlevé VI is developed. The chaotic nature of its Poincaré return map is established for almost all
loops. The exponential growth of the numbers of periodic solutions is also shown. Principal ingredients of the arguments are
a moduli-theoretical formulation of Painlevé VI, a Riemann–Hilbert correspondence, the dynamical system of a birational map
on a cubic surface, and the Lefschetz fixed point formula.

Indium nitride prepared under atmospheric pressure using a halide chemical vapor deposition method has been examined by means of a variety of analytical techniques. Scanning electron microscopic observations showed that the crystals deposited onto a Si(100) substrate have hexagonal pillar structure. Based on the X-ray diffraction and X-ray pole-figure analyses, it was deduced that each InN pillar crystal grows with a different rotation angle around the 〈001〉 axis. Transmission electron diffraction showed that they are of single-like form. This was also confirmed by the selected area electron diffraction image as well. 相似文献
