Unlike conventional optical holography which requires coherent radiation, zone plate coded holography (ZPCH) offers the possibility of encoding 3D information of an incoherent radiation source. But ZPCH with its coherent optical reconstruction (COR) is unsuitable to be used in the visible regime. However, proposed digital ZPCH scheme for visible regime uses digital decoding instead of COR and overcomes this limitation. This paper discusses the issues of visible regime ZPCH and presents experimental results of applying the modified scheme to encode and successfully decode a visible source, for the first time, to our knowledge. In addition to imaging of incoherent radiation sources, visible regime incoherent holography may find use in constructing holograms of live cells or objects, like retina, where coherent illumination can be detrimental.  相似文献

A deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) biosensor has been fabricated via immobilization of 17 base terminal single stranded DNA (ssDNA) identified from the 16s rRNA coding region of Escherichia coli onto sol–gel derived nanostructured zirconium oxide (NanoZrO2) film. An oligonucleotide probe with a terminal 5′-phosphate group has been attached to the surface of the electrode via affinity of NanoZrO2 for phosphate. The results of hybridization studies carried out with the complementary, non-complementary and genomic DNA reveal that ssDNA/NanoZrO2/ITO bioelectrode has a high selectivity and sensitivity towards hybridization detection with limits of 10?6–106 pM of complementary DNA.  相似文献

Polyaniline nanotubes (PANI-NT) based film electrophoretically deposited onto indium–tin–oxide (ITO) coated glass plate has been utilized for covalent immobilization of lipase (LIP), via glutaraldehyde (Glu), for triglyceride detection using impedimetric technique. It is shown that fatty acid molecules produced during triglyceride hydrolysis result in change in charge transfer resistance (RCT) of PANI-NT film with varying triglyceride concentration. LIP/Glu/PANI-NT/ITO bioelectrode has linearity as 25–300 mg dL?1, sensitivity as 2.59 × 10?3 ?1 mg?1 dL, response time as 20 s and regression coefficient as 0.99. A low value of apparent Michaelis–Menten constant (~0.62 mM) indicates high enzyme affinity to tributyrin. The LIP/Glu/PANI-NT/ITO bioelectrode has been utilized to estimate triglyceride in serum samples.  相似文献

A visible-light sensitive bilayered photoanode of Fe–TiO2/Zn–Fe2O3 has been developed by spray pyrolytically depositing Zn–Fe2O3 layers onto predeposited Fe–TiO2 thin film on ITO substrate. Fe–TiO2/Zn–Fe2O3 photoelectrodes were characterized by XRD, Raman, AFM, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Photoelectrochemical properties of bilayered Fe–TiO2/Zn–Fe2O3 photoelectrode were studied by Mott–Schottky curves and I–V characteristics. Bilayered Fe–TiO2/Zn–Fe2O3 photoelectrode was observed to possess much higher separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers and could generate nine times better photocurrent density than pure Fe–TiO2. Solar to hydrogen conversion efficiency exhibited by this electrode was 0.77%.  相似文献

We report the results of studies on the rectifying behavior and tunneling conduction in ZnO(n)/La0.5Pr0.2Sr0.3MnO3(LPSMO)(p)/SrNb0.002Ti0.998O3 (SNTO)(n) thin film heterostructure comprising of two p–n junctions fabricated using the Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) technique. A structural study using XRD ?-scan depicts the single-crystalline nature and confirms the phase purity while the transport studies using IV measurements at various temperatures and fields reveal the rectifying behavior. The temperature and field dependent variation in the saturation voltage (VC) indicates that, the heterostructure exhibits negative magnetoresistance (MR) at low temperatures and positive MR at room temperature (RT) which can be understood on the basis of the interface effect at the junction. IV curves obtained at all temperatures and fields show noticeable hysteresis during the positive voltage sweeping which has been attributed to the presence of the various conduction phenomena through the junctions in the presently studied heterostructure.  相似文献

In this paper, we have attempted to fabricate PEC solar cells with mixed crystals of Zirconium sulphoselenide. Energy band location and redox analysis of the material have been made using Mott-Schottky plots. These studies justify the selection of an appropriate electrolyte for PEC work. Various solar cells fabricated with single crystals of selenium rich and selenium deficient zirconium sulphoselenide have been prepared. The solar cell parameters e.g. the fill factor (FF), open circuit voltage (Voc), short circuit current (Isc) and efficiency (η) for all the different cells have been determined. In order to see the effect of enhancement of selenium in ZrSxSe2−x on photoresponse, the electrolyte and intensity of illumination were kept constant and all the electrodes were prepared from crystals showing absolutely plane faces obtained through the act of cleavage with the help of an adhesive tape. The results have been thoroughly analysed and the implications have been discussed.  相似文献

A nanostructured iron oxide (NanoFe3O4, particle size ca. 25 nm and roughness ca. 21 nm) film deposited onto a hydrolyzed indium‐tin‐oxide (ITO) coated glass plate has been used to immobilize cholesterol oxidase (ChOx) to fabricate an impedimetric cholesterol sensor. Electrochemical studies reveal that surface charged Fe3O4 nanoparticles provide better conformation for ChOx loading resulting in enhanced electron transfer between ChOx and the electrode. Impedimetric response studies of the ChOx/NanoFe3O4/ITO bioelectrode exhibit improved linearity (2.5–400 mg/dL), low detection limit (0.25 mg/dL), fast response time (25 s), high sensitivity (86 Ω/mg dL?1/cm?2) and a low value of the Michaelis‐Menten constant (Km, 0.8 mg/dL) with a regression coefficient of 0.997.  相似文献

This paper reports the growth of germanium monosulphide (GeS) single crystals by vapour phase technique using different transporting agents. The single crystallinity and composition of the grown crystals have been verified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive analysis of X-rays (EDAX) respectively. Resistivity measurements have been carried out in different temperature ranges. Transport parameters, e.g. resistivity, Hall coefficient, carrier concentration and mobility have been measured at varying magnetic fields. All the experimental results have been explained.  相似文献

Octadecanethiol (ODT) self-assembled monolayer (SAM) prepared onto gold-coated glass plate has been modified by using nitrene reaction of 1-fluoro-2-nitro-4-azidobenzene (FNAB) that further covalently binds to cholesterol oxidase (ChOx) via thermal reaction. FNAB acts as a bridge (cross-linker) between SAM and ChOx. The ChOx/FNAB/ODT/Au electrode thus fabricated has been characterized using contact angle (CA) measurements, UV-vis spectroscopy, electrochemical techniques and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) technique, respectively. This ChOx/FNAB/ODT/Au bioelectrode has been utilized for estimation of cholesterol in solution using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technique. This SPR based cholesterol biosensor has linearity from 50 to 500 mg/dl of cholesterol in solution with lower detection limit of 50 mg/dl and shelf life of about 2 months when stored at 4 °C.  相似文献
