模具钢表面激光毛化工艺的试验研究

以模具工业45^#钢摩擦学设计及性能要求为基础，分析了激光毛化模具钢表面形貌的形成机理及其关键的影响因素。采用灯泵浦Nd：YAG脉冲激光器在试样表面进行激光毛化工艺试验，获得了合理的激光毛化参数范围：激光峰值功率0．8～1．6kW，离焦量-1．4～-0．4mm、＋0．4～4-1．4mm，辅助气体压力〉0．2MPa，脉宽1．8ms。采用功率增益和氧气保护，可加工出预先设定的微火山口状毛化形貌。微凹坑形貌的成功获得对于提高拉伸模具的摩擦磨损性能，进一步掌握激光毛化参数与材料的作用规律，提供了有效的数据参考。     

Effects of cadmium on cation concentrations in sycamore cells (Acer pseudoplatanus L.): application of EDXRF

Knowledge of the element content of biological systems is important in enabling understanding of uptake mechanisms and physiological response to stress conditions. In this work concentrations of mineral elements in sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) cells grown in the presence of cadmium have been analysed and compared with concentrations in control cells. Energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) was used to quantify the nutrients K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, and Zn present in the cells. The reproducibility and accuracy of the technique were demonstrated by analysis of biological reference materials. Exposure of sycamore cells to cadmium had induced variation in the content of some elements. Mn, Cu, Zn, and, particularly, Fe concentrations in cells exposed to Cd were higher than those found in control cells. Ca is adsorbed on the cell walls and the concentration of K is not affected by the presence of Cd.     

Far-Infrared Laser Stark Spectroscopy of CH3OD

The high resolution Stark spectra of the singly deuterated methanol isotope, CH₃OD, have been studied using the HCN laser with Stark fields up to approximately 60 000 V/cm. Numerous families of absorption lines have been observed in both parallel and perpendicular polarizations, resulting in the following assignments: with the 311 m line – J _K = 18₁ 18₀ E ₂, _t = 1; and with the 337 m line – J _k = 6₄ 5₃ E ₂, _t = 0 and J _K = 14₆ 13₅ A, _t = 1. Zero-field frequencies for the assigned transitions are in agreement with Fourier transform measurements and those calculated from the available molecular constants.     

Mössbauer investigation of maghemite-based glycolic acid nanocomposite

Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy were used in the characterization of a nanocomposite containing magnetic nanoparticles dispersed in a glycolic acid-based template. Maghemite nanoparticles were identified as the iron oxide phase dispersed in the polymeric template. From the low-temperature Mössbauer data the amount of the iron-based, non-magnetic material at the nanoparticle surface was estimated as roughly one monolayer in thickness.

Background  

Fully functional HIV-1-specific CD8 and CD4 effector T-cell responses are vital to the containment of viral activity and disease progression. These responses are lacking in HIV-1-infected patients with progressive disease. We attempted to augment fully functional HIV-1-specific CD8 and CD4 effector T-cell responses in patients with advanced chronic HIV-1 infection.     

The best quadrature formula based on Hermite information for the class KW~2[a,b]

The best quadrature formula has been found in the following sense:for afunction whose norm of the second derivative is bounded by a given constant and thebest quadrature formula for the approximate evaluation of integration of that function canminimize the worst possible error if the values of the function and its derivative at certainnodes are known.The best interpolation formula used to get the quadrature formula aboveis also found.Moreover,we compare the best quadrature formula with the open compoundcorrected trapezoidal formula by theoretical analysis and stochastic experiments.     

静电陀螺仪MUM小角度读取的相关技术研究

讨论了同步解调法实现静电陀螺仪质量不平衡调制（MUM，Mass-Unbalanced Modulation）小角度读取的原理，分析了影响读取分辨率的各种因素，并对其实施方案中的相关技术进行了探讨。研究表明，尽管MUM读取方案非常适用于实心转子静电陀螺仪，但前提是将其小角度读取的分辨率提高到可与光电方法相比的水平（角秒级）。要实现这一目标，首先要保证转子和电极的机械特性达到一定要求；在此基础上，还要在支承系统的结构、转子位移测量电路设计等方面进行精心设计。     

Amperometric Hydrogen Peroxide Biosensor Based on Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes and Cadmium Sulfide Quantum Dots

<正>A novel third-generation hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) biosensor(Hb/CdS/MWNTs/GCE) was fabricated through hemoglobin(Hb) adsorbed onto the mercaptoacetic acid modified CdS QDs/carboxyl multiwall carbon nanotubes'(MWNTs) films.Cyclic voltammogram of Hb/CdS/MWNTs/GCE showed a pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible redox peaks with a formal potential(E~0) of-0.230 V(vs.Ag/AgCl) in 0.1 mol/L pH=8.0 phosphate buffer solution(PBS),which was the characteristic of the Hb heme Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) redox couple.The biosensor shows an excellent electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of H_2O_2.The response time of the designed biosensor to H_2O_2 at a potential of -0.30 V was less than 2 s and linear relationships were obtained in the concentration ranges of 2.0×10~(-6)—2.7×10~(-3) mol/L and 2.7×10~(-3)—7.7×10~(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 3.0×10~(-7)mol/L(S/N=3).The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant K_m was estimated to be 1.324 mmol/L that illustrated the excellent biological activity of the fixed Hb.     

Ethanol Production from Sugarcane Bagasse by Zymomonas mobilis Using Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation (SSF) Process

Considerable efforts have been made to utilize agricultural and forest residues as biomass feedstock for the production of second-generation bioethanol as an alternative fuel. Fermentation utilizing strains of Zymomonas mobilis and the use of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) process has been proposed. Statistical experimental design was used to optimize the conditions of SSF, evaluating solid content, enzymatic load, and cell concentration. The optimum conditions were found to be solid content (30%), enzymatic load (25 filter paper units/g), and cell concentration (4 g/L), resulting in a maximum ethanol concentration of 60 g/L and a volumetric productivity of 1.5 g L^?1?h^?1.     

Molecularly imprinted polymers with assistant recognition polymer chains for bovine serum albumin
