Crystal structure and morphology of phenyl‐capped tetraaniline in the leucoemeraldine oxidation state

A series of crystals of phenyl‐capped tetraaniline in the leucoemeraldine oxidation state were obtained at different isothermal temperatures and were observed directly under transmission electron microscope. The crystals obtained at higher temperatures exhibit more perfect structures than those obtained at lower temperatures. Both the lamella thickness and the crystal size increase with crystallization temperature. The tetraaniline is apt to form larger scale crystals under lower degree of supercooling. However, their crystal structures keep steady with the crystallization temperature. The tetramer was found to adopt a monoclinic lattice with unit cell parameter of a = 13.93 Å, b = 8.82 Å, c = 23.20 Å, and β = 95.03°, as determined using electron diffraction tilting method combined with wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction experiment. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 膜载体酶标记dip-stick快速检测西维因的痕量残留

利用直接竞争酶联免疫吸附分析技术研发了一种快速、灵敏的膜载体酶标记dip-stick农残西维因检测方法。该方法以带正电尼龙膜(Millipore)为固相载体,将西维因抗体包被于膜上,包被有抗体的膜插入含有西维因和西维因酶标抗原的混合液中竞争反应10 min后直接目视判断分析结果。该方法的整个检测过程只需15 min,对西维因的检出限可达到10μg.L-1,且稳定性较好。通过与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)比较,验证了该检测方法的有效性,可作为品质控制和快速定性检测的一种有效工具。     

环丙烯基自由基H-F力的abinitio研究

环丙烯基自由基是我们熟知的最小环状化合物。人们用不同的理论方法对它进行了预测。一般认为平面构型(D_(3h)对称性)要经受Jahn-Teller畸变以消除π轨道的简并性,畸变过程如图1所示。我们研究了此类三元环自由基引起的键的“弯曲效应”,以便对这类“张力”分子的成键特性及Jahn-Teller畸变、芳香性等给出某些理论信息,探讨其理论计算结果所能阐明的问题。     

N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲的合成

在无溶剂绿色化学条件下,将α-萜品烯-马来酸酐加成物(1)与取代苯(硫)脲发生N-酰化反应,合成了4个N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲化合物(3a~3d),并由IR、UV-Vis、MS、1HNMR、13C NMR和元素分析确认了目标产物的结构。生物活性测试表明,其中3个化合物(3a、3b和3c)具有植物激素作用。     

薯蓣皂甙元的分光光度法测定

本文以黄姜为主要对象研究了薯蓣皂甙元的定量测定方法，以香荚兰醛－高氯酸为显色剂，冰醋酸为溶剂，使皂甙元显色，用分光光度法在波长为５３０ｎｍ处测定薯蓣皂甙元的含量。从植物中提取的皂甙元不需分离可直接测定。在１．００～２０．００ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内呈良好的线性关系。     

Ordered nickel oxide nanowire arrays and their optical absorption properties

Ordered NiO nanowire arrays embedded in anodic alumina membranes have been prepared by using an electrochemical deposition method. After annealing at 300 °C, the NiO nanowire arrays were characterized using SEM, TEM, SAED, and XRD. SEM and TEM observations reveal that these nanowires are dense, continuous and arranged roughly parallel to one another. XRD and SAED analysis together indicate that these NiO nanowires crystallize with a polycrystalline structure. The optical absorption band gap of NiO nanowire arrays is 3.74 eV, and no obvious blue shift or red shift with respect of that of the bulk NiO can be observed.     

HPLC–MS Analysis of Isoniazid in Dog Plasma

A simple, rapid, and sensitive liquid chromatography–mass spectrometric (LC–MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of isoniazid in dog plasma. Plasma samples were deproteined with methanol and separated on a C₁₈ column interfaced with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer, using 0.1% formic acid–acetonitrile (91:9 v/v) as mobile phase. Detection was performed by positive electrospray ionization with selected ion monitoring at m/z 138 for isoniazid and 152 for entecavir maleate internal standard. Linearity was obtained over the range of 25–5,000 ng mL^?1, with a lower limit of quantification of 25 ng mL^?1. The intra- and inter-day precision was less than 2.7% in terms of relative standard deviation. Accuracy, expressed as relative error, ranged from ?2.0 to 8.0%. Plasma samples were analysed within 5 min. The method was successfully applied to the evaluation of the pharmacokinetics of isoniazid in dog plasma.     

First Synthesis of 2a-Thiol Ether Analog of Docetaxel

The chemistry of anticancer drug paclitaxel (=Taxol, 1a) has been extensively explored in recent years. A variety of its analogs with modified taxane frame work or substitutions to its core structure, as well as C-13 substituted isoserine side chains have been synthesized and biologically evaluated1.
