丝瓜种子萌芽及子叶生长过程中谷氨酰胺合成酶同工酶的变化

测定了丝瓜种子萌芽及子叶不同生长阶段的谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)的活性及其同工酶的变化．除了发育上的变化外，光和外源氮对GS活性及其同工酶影响也是显著的．无论外源氮(N)是否存在，GS活性在种子萌芽和子叶生长初期是逐渐升高的，于第6天达到最大，其后活性逐步降低．在光照下，外源氮对GS1诱导作用大于GS2；在无氮下，光对GS2的刺激大于GS1；在暗处，外源氮对GS1和GS2两者都有诱导作用．     

Metallo‐supramolecular micelles: Studies by analytical ultracentrifugation and electron microscopy

In aqueous solutions, amphiphilic block copolymers in which a polystyrene (PS) segment is connected to a poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) block via a bis(2,2′:6′,2″‐ terpyridine ruthenium) complex can form micelles. Such micelles of the protomer type PS₂₀‐[Ru]‐PEO₇₀, according to the preparation procedure representing frozen micelles, were studied by sedimentation velocity and sedimentation equilibrium analysis in an analytical ultracentrifuge and by transmission electron microscopy, with different techniques applied for the sample preparation. The particles obtained were surprisingly multifarious in size. In ultracentrifugation experiments performed at relatively low salt concentrations, the distributions of the sedimentation coefficient s_20,w showed a pronounced peak at 9.6 S and a broad, only partly separated second peak around 14 S. The molar mass of the particles at the peak was around 430,000 g/mol, corresponding to an aggregation number of approximately 85. The average hydrodynamic diameter of the particles in the peak fraction was approximately 13 nm. In electron micrographs of negatively stained samples, spheres of diameters between 10 and 25 nm were the most abundant particles, but larger ones with a wide size range were also visible. The latter particles apparently were composed of smaller ones. The data from both sedimentation analysis and electron microscopy showed that (1) the studied compound formed primary micelles of diameters around 20 nm and (2) the primary micelles had a tendency toward aggregation. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An approach based on simplified KLT and wavelet transform for enhancing speech degraded by non-stationary wideband noise

It is well known that the non-stationary wideband noise is the most difficult to be removed in speech enhancement. In this paper a novel speech enhancement algorithm based on the dyadic wavelet transform and the simplified Karhunen-Loeve transform (KLT) is proposed to suppress the non-stationary wideband noise. The noisy speech is decomposed into components by the wavelet space and KLT-based vector space, and the components are processed and reconstructed, respectively, by distinguishing between voiced speech and unvoiced speech. There are no requirements of noise whitening and SNR pre-calculating. In order to evaluate the performance of this algorithm in more detail, a three-dimensional spectral distortion measure is introduced. Experiments and comparison between different speech enhancement systems by means of the distortion measure show that the proposed method has no drawbacks existing in the previous methods and performs better shaping and suppressing of the non-stationary wideband noise for speech enhancement.     

Direct, organocatalytic α-sulfenylation of aldehydes and ketones

A method for direct sulfenylation of aldehydes and ketones, catalyzed by a novel pyrrolidine trifluoromethanesulfonamide organocatalyst, has been developed. This process serves as an efficient and mild approach to the preparation of α-phenylthio-ketones and -aldehydes.     

A New Bibenzyl Glycoside from Dendrobium moniliforme

A new bibenzyl glycoside has been isolated from the stems of Dendrobium moniliforme (L.) Sw.(Orchidaceas).Its structure has been identified on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods.     

Influence of relaxation effects on probabilities of the 2s2p35S2－2s22p2 3P1，2 intercombination transitions in NII

Transition probabilities of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2－2s^22p^2 {}^3P_{1,2} intercombination transitions in NII have been calculated by using a large-scale multiconfiguration Dirac－Fock method. In the calculation the most important effects of relativity, correlation, and relaxation are considered. From the calculated transition probabilities, the lifetime of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2 metastable state is derived. The result is in excellent agreement with the latest experimental result. In the meantime the influence of anomalously strong relaxation effects on probabilities of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2－2s^22p^2 {}^3P_{1,2} lines in NII have been found.     

Analysis of Corrugated Long-Period Gratings in Planar Waveguides and Their Polarization Dependence

We present a theoretical analysis of corrugated long-period gratings in planar waveguides. In particular, we calculate the transmission spectra for both the TE and TM polarizations and highlight the polarization-independence conditions.     

Synthesis and optical properties of tetraphenylmethane-based tetrahedral fluorescent compounds and their water-soluble PEG-linked polymers

The synthesis and optical properties of tetrahedral fluorescent compounds comprising of tetraphenylmethane as the core and oligothiophenes as the chromophoric arms, and their water-soluble poly(ethylene glycol)-linked polymers are reported.     

CTAB对四-(4-N-甲基吡啶)卟啉SERS谱的影响

研究了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)对四 ( 4 N 甲基吡啶 )卟啉 (H2 TMPyP)及其银配合物 (AgTMPyP)在Ag胶中的表面增强拉曼散射 (SERS)谱的影响 .SERS光谱表明 ,吸附于Ag胶粒的H2 TMPyP与衬底银原子结合形成AgTMPyP ,加入CTAB后 ,部分AgTMPyP表面络合物还原为H2 TMPyP .相似的去金属化反应也出现在AgTMPyP/Ag胶 /CTAB体系中 .CTAB的加入使SERS谱带强度明显增加 .AgTMPyP的去金属化被认为是由于CTAB的存在使Ag胶颗粒表面附近微环境发生改变     

10瓦级双包层光纤激光器

考虑到所用大功率激光二极管的光谱特性，对光纤激光器的基本法布里-珀罗腔型稍加改变，研制出激光二极管抽运的10w级双包层光纤激光器，获得最高功率为11．8w、波长1100mm的单模激光输出。
