Enthalpies of solution have been measured from 5 to 85°C for aqueous tetraethyl- and tetrapropylammonium bromides, and the integral heat method is employed to evaluate for these electrolytes over a wide temperature range. Data taken from the literature have been used to evaluate for aqueous Bu4NBr over a similar temperature range. These data, along with similar data for Me4NBr, previously reported, have been used to evaluate absolute ionic heat capacities. While the absolute values agree only qualitatively with two other methods of division, the temperature dependences of the three methods essentially agree up to 65°C. Heat capacities due to structural effects on the solvent, obtained by subtracting the inherent heat capacities of the ions, are extraordinarily positive for all four tetraalkylammonium ions and have negative temperature coefficients, indicating that all four ions, including the tetramethylammonium ion, are structure-making ions.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of the aerial parts of Aster scaber Thunb. (Asteraceae) yielded a new caffeoyl quinic acid, (-) 3,5-dicaffeoyl-muco-quinic acid (2) and three known compounds, (-) 3,5-dicaffeoyl quinic acid (1), (-) 4,5-dicaffeoyl quinic acid (3), (-) 5-caffeoyl quinic acid (4). The structures were established by high resolution spectroscopic methods. The antiviral effects against HIV-1 integrase of the compounds was evaluated. (-) 3,5-Dicaffeoyl-muco-quinic acid (2) exhibited potent antiviral activity with an IC50 value of 7.0 +/- 1.3 microg/ml.  相似文献

An approximate expression for the eigenvalues for van der Waals molecules by use of the Lennard-Jones (12-6) potential in the WKB approximation is presented. The expression is applied to the rare gas molecules. Ar2, Kr2, and Xe2 by fitting the potential function to the observed potential parameters. Calculated results of vibrational energy spacings for these molecules agree well with the experiment and other calculations which are based on numerical integration of the Schrödinger equation. For Xe2, the energy spacing expression is used to determine the thermodynamic functions of the van der Waals bond.  相似文献

In order to achieve functional group selective hydrogenation, the layer structure of Ru-Sn-Al2O3 catalysts was controlled by using sol-gel, powder impregnation and combined sol-gel impregnation methods. The properties of the catalysts and effectiveness in hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate were examined. The surface Sn contents of the catalysts characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy depended on the preparation method, in spite of almost the same bulk Ru and Sn compositions measured by X-ray fluorescence analyses. TPR and CO adsorption of the catalysts also depended on the preparation method. With regard to the conversion rate of dimethyl terephthalate and the rate of product conversion from methyl 4-hydroxy methylbenzoate to p-xylene via methyl p-toluate, Ru impregnation catalysts had higher rates than the other catalysts.  相似文献

Zinc is a trace element that is essential for immune responses. Therefore, changes in cellular zinc levels in specific immune cells may influence inflammatory autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, the regulation of zinc mobilization in immune cells and its role in the pathogenesis of RA are not fully understood. Thus, we investigated the roles of zinc transporters in RA pathogenesis. We demonstrated that ZIP8 was specifically upregulated in CD4+ T cells that infiltrated the inflamed joint and that ZIP8 deficiency in CD4+ T cells abrogated collagen-induced arthritis. ZIP8 deficiency dramatically affected zinc influx in effector T cells and profoundly reduced T cell receptor (TCR)-mediated signaling, including NF-κB and MAPK signaling, which are pathways that are involved in T helper (Th) 17 cell differentiation. Taken together, our findings suggest that ZIP8 depletion in CD4+ T cells attenuates TCR signaling due to insufficient cellular zinc, thereby reducing the function of effector CD4+ T cells, including Th17 cells. Our results also suggest that targeting ZIP8 may be a useful strategy to inhibit RA development and pathogenesis.Subject terms: Autoimmunity, Immunological disorders  相似文献

A model based on binary-like collisions is presented to describe the vibrational relaxation of diatomic molecules in a monatomic medium. For N2Ar and COAr, it is shown that the oscillatory motion of host atoms undergoing multiquantrum processes is most important in removing vibrational energy. The translational motion of molecules confined to the cell space also contributes to the energy relaxation by removing the energy mismatch.  相似文献
