Two novel rhenium(I) 2, 2′-bipyridyl complexes, [(4,4′-di-COOEt-bipy) Re(CO)3 (NCCH3)PF6] and [(4,4′-di-COOEt-bipy) Re (CO)3 (NCS)], a model complex [(4,4′-di-COOEt-bipy) Re (CO)3 (pyridine)PF6], were synthesized. Their ground state electronic spectra and emission spectra were measured in acetonitrile. The MLCT absorption maximum of the complex exhibited a considerable red shift as the ligand changed from pyridine to CNCH3, or SCN.  相似文献

A single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT)-modified electrode was fabricated and characterized by SEM and ac impedance techniques. The direct electrochemistry of cytochrome c (Cyt c), which was adsorbed on the surface of the SWNT, was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results from cyclic voltammetry and infrared spectroscopy indicated that Cyt c remained in its original structure and did not undergo structural change after its immobilization on the SWNT. Further results demonstrated that the SWNT had promotional effects on the direct electron transfer of Cyt c and also indicated that the immobilized Cyt c retained its electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of H2O2. This modified electrode might be used in development of new biosensors and the biofuel cells.  相似文献

金属/氮/碳催化剂(M/N/C,M=Fe、Co等)是最有发展前景的非贵金属电催化剂之一,其性能依赖于催化剂表面的活性物种密度.通过常规的热解含氮前驱物与金属盐的方法制得的催化剂往往存在金属活性物种被包埋而不能有效利用的缺点.考虑到石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)富含类吡啶氮和亚纳米孔腔结构,将g-C3N4包覆在高导电性碳纳米笼(hCNC)表面,进而利用表层g-C3N4的配位和限域作用锚定大量Co2+离子,获得的Co/g-C3N4/hCNC复合物经热解后形成了活性位高度暴露、导电性好、孔结构丰富的Co/N/C催化剂.800℃热解得到的最优化催化剂在碱性介质中展现出优异氧还原活性,其起始电位(0.97 V)与商业Pt/C催化剂相当,且抗甲醇干扰性能和稳定性优异.此项研究提供了一种构建具有高度暴露活性位的M/N/C催化剂的有效策略.  相似文献

煤焦在燃烧过程中的物理特性,如比表面积和孔径分布会发生连续变化,直接测量煤焦在燃烧过程中的孔隙结构变化很困难,但可以通过合适的数学模型来观察,二维的圆柱孔模型已大量用来对煤焦气化与燃烧过程中表面积和孔隙结构的变化进行模拟,这个模型把孔隙分成两大部分--大孔与小孔,因为小孔构成比表面的绝大部分,所以在反应过程中比表面积的变化可以由单一小孔模型来拟合,本文采用了用Tseng和Edgar提出的孔模型对几  相似文献

Three new compounds, a one-dimensional (1D) zinc phosphite, (C4H8N2H4)[Zn(HPO3)2] (I), two three-dimensional (3D) metal phosphites (C4H8N2H4)[Zn3(HPO3)4] (II) and (C4H8N2H4)[Zn(3−x)Cox(HPO3)4(H2O)2] (x≈0.83) (III) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions templated by piperazine and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, XRD, IR, UV-vis spectra and SQUID magnetometer. Compound I displays 1D chain-like structure, containing corner-shared (cs) four-membered rings. Interestingly, the structures of II and III show 1D chains similar to those observed in I. It is noteworthy that III represents the first cobalt-substituted zinc-phosphite. Crystal data: I, monoclinic, C2/c, a=17.748(2) Å, b=7.428(9) Å, c=8.8071(11) Å, β=105.345(3)°, V=1091.9 Å3, Z=4. Five structurally related amino acid derivatives were enantioseparated by HPLC with a commercially available chiral stationary phase, Chiralcel OD-H. The chromatographic experiments were performed in the normal phase mode. n-Hexane/polar alcohol was used as mobile phase. Excellent baseline enantioseparations could be obtained for all these solutes. The effects of the concentration of polar alcohol and the column temperature on the retentions and enantioseparations were studied in detail. From the van't Hoff plots the corresponding apparent thermodynamic parameters were derived. Mechanism aspects of chiral recognition were discussed based on the relationship between the thermodynamic parameters and the structures of the solutes. It was found that the substituent of the phenyl group on the residual group of the amino acid derivatives was close relevant to thermodynamic origin of enantioseparation. Much better enthalpy–entropy compensation effect was obtained by plotting the differential, rather than the original, thermodynamic parameters.  相似文献

DNA damage by low-energy electrons (LEE) was examined using a novel system in which thin solid films of oligonucleotide tetramers (CGTA and GCAT) were irradiated with monoenergetic electrons (10 eV) under ultrahigh vacuum. The products of irradiation were examined by HPLC. These analyses permitted the quantitation of 16 nonmodified nucleobase, nucleoside, and nucleotide fragments of each tetramer resulting from the cleavage of phosphodiester and N-glycosidic bonds. The distribution of nonmodified products suggests a mechanism of damage involving initial electron attachment to nucleobase moieties, followed by electron transfer to the sugar-phosphate backbone, and subsequent dissociation of the phosphodiester bond. Moreover, virtually all the nonmodified fragments contained a terminal phosphate group at the site of cleavage. These results demonstrate that the phosphodiester bond breaks by a distinct pathway in which the negative charge localizes on the phosphodiester bond giving rise to nonmodified fragments with an intact phosphate group. Conversely, the radical must localize on the sugar moiety to give as yet unidentified modifications. In summary, the reaction of LEE with simple tetramers involved dissociative electron attachment leading to phosphodiester bond cleavage and the formation of nonmodified fragments.  相似文献

The syntheses of macrocyclic species composed of carborane derivatives joined via their carbon vertices by electrophilic mercury atoms are described. The reaction of closo-1,2-Li(2)[C(2)B(10)H(10)(-)(x)()R(x)()] with HgI(2) gives Li(2)[(1,2-C(2)B(10)H(10)(-)(x)()R(x)()Hg)(4)I(2)] [R = Et, x = 2 (5.I(2)Li(2)); R = Me, x = 2 (6.I(2)Li(2)); R = Me, x = 4 (7.I(2)Li(2))]. 6.I(2)(K.[18]dibenzocrown-6)(2) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m [a = 28.99(2) ?, b = 18.19(1) ?, c = 13.61(1) ?, beta = 113.74(2) degrees, V = 6568 ?(3), Z = 4, R = 0.060, R(w) = 0.070]; 7.I(2)(NBu(4))(2) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c [a = 12.77(1) ?, b = 21.12(2) ?, c = 20.96(2) ?, beta = 97.87(2) degrees, V = 5600 ?(3), Z = 2, R = 0.072, R(w) = 0.082]. The precursor to 7, closo-8,9,10,12-Me(4)-1,2-C(2)B(10)H(8) (4), is made in a single step by reaction of closo-1,2-C(2)B(10)H(12) with MeI in trifluoromethanesulfonic acid. The free hosts 5, 6, and 7 are obtained by reaction of the iodide complexes with stoichiometric quantities of AgOAc. A (199)Hg NMR study indicates that sequential removal of iodide from 5.I(2)Li(2) and 6.I(2)Li(2) with aliquots of AgOAc solution leads to formation of two intermediate host-guest complexes in solution, presumed to be 5(6)ILi and 5(2)(6)(2).ILi. Crystals grown from a solution of 6.I(2)Li(2) to which 1 equiv of AgOAc solution had been added proved to be an unusual stack structure with the formula 6(3).I(4)Li(4) [tetragonal, I4/m, a = 21.589(2) ?, c = 21.666(2) ?, V = 10098 ?(3), Z = 2, R = 0.058, R(w) = 0.084]. Addition of 2 equiv of NBu(4)Br ion to 5 or 6 gives 5.Br(2)(NBu(4))(2) and 6.Br(2)(NBu(4))(2), respectively, while addition of 1 equiv of KBr to 6 forms 6.BrK. 5.Br(2)(NBu(4))(2) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P&onemacr;, [a = 10.433(1) ?, b = 13.013(1) ?, c = 15.867(2) ?, alpha = 91.638(2) degrees, beta = 97.186(3) degrees, gamma = 114.202(2) degrees, V = 1492 ?(3), Z = 1, R = 0.078, R(w) = 0.104]. The hosts 5 and 6 form 1:1 supramolecular adducts with the polyhedral anions B(10)I(10)(2)(-) and B(12)I(12)(2)(-) in solution.  相似文献

以脉冲激光在高真空中溅射钒粉和硫粉的混合物,产生了一系列钒硫原子簇正负离子。根据对其实验记录的激光等离子体质谱进行分析,发现钒硫原子簇的化学键基本上是共价型的,对应于相同钒原子数目的正负离子的相对丰度分别符合于不同形式的对数正态分布。正离子的相对丰度随硫原子数的增加呈对数衰减,由此可以确定各种大小簇合物的簇骼与几何构型;负离子的相对丰度则基本上呈正常的正态分布,说明在簇骼上结合了不同数量硫原子的负离子之结构稳定性大致相近。在实验中还观察到一类硫原子含量较高的簇离子,其中的部分硫原子可能在本身成键形成环状的硫集团后,又与原来的簇骼结合,因而在硫原子数较多时它们的相对丰度符合另一条对数正态分布曲线。  相似文献

Two new arsenic–vanadium clusters, [Co(2,2- bpy)3]2[As8V14O42(H2O)] · 3H2O (1), [2,2-bpy][Ni(2,2-bpy)3]2[As8V14O42(H2O)] · 3H2O (2) (2,2-bpy=2,2-bipyridine), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, UV–VIS, EPR, TGA, XPS, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data: 1, triclinic, P1, a=14.368(3) Å, b=16.753(3) Å, c=24.632(5) Å, =94.15(3)°, =93.16(3)°, =113.05(3)°, Z=2; 2, monoclinic, P21/c, a= 30.2150(4) Å, b=14.0690(3) Å, c=26.0536(3) Å, =106.8960(10)°, Z=4. X-ray crystallographic studies showed that crystals 1 and 2 are both composed of discrete cluster anion [As8V14O42(H2O)]4– and transition metal coordination complexes [M(2,2-bpy)3]2+ (M=Co or Ni). Interestingly, compound 2 contains another neutral organic space filler of 2,2-bpy. To the best of our knowledge, compounds 1 and 2 are the first examples of structurally characterized vanadium/2,2-bpy/arsenate polyoxometallates.  相似文献
