The behavior of the isomeric 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazoles and 5-mercapto-1,2,3-triazoles under electron impact was studied. It was shown that mass spectrometry can serve as a rapid and reliable method for the identification of these compounds. Key factors in the assignment of a compound to one or the other class are the peaks of the [M-N2]+ ions, which are more intense in the case of the thiadiazoles, and the ions determined by the decomposition of the prototropic forms of the triazoles. An impregnation method to prepare reagent indicator papers with silver triangular nanoplates (TNPs) is developed. The conditions for obtaining modified papers (type of paper, method for applying TNPs, and drying conditions) allowing for an acceptably uniform distribution of the TNPs are chosen. The spectral characteristics of the prepared materials are studied. The presence of an intense TNP surface plasmon resonance band in the diffuse reflectance spectra of the modified papers, which is linearly related to the content of the TNPs in the samples, as well as the lability of its position and shape in the presence of some substances, gives rise to the prospects of using the prepared materials as test-tools in chemical analysis. 相似文献

The kinetics of quenching of the all-trans-retinal triplet state by air oxygen in aqueous solutions of bovine serum albumin and in a cardiolipin liposome suspension
was investigated by nanosecond laser photolysis. It was established that the quenching reaction rate constant in the albumin
solution (1.8 × 108 l mol−1 s−1) was an order of magnitude less than in liposomes (3.1 × 109 l mol−1 s−1). These constants were 5.0 × 109 and 1.1 × 109 l mol−1 s−1 in methanol and aqueous solutions containing 10 vol % methanol, respectively. The effect of hindered oxygen access to the
