极性和非极性溶剂在聚乙烯中的无限稀释扩散系数的测定

 气相法研究小分子溶剂与高分子聚合物材料之间的相互作用是一个快速、准确、方便的方法 ,可以测量多种小分子溶剂在聚合物中的溶解、扩散参数。通过气相法测定了 5种小分子溶剂 (正己烷、正庚烷、正癸烷、乙醇和水 )在固定液聚乙烯中的保留时间和半峰宽 ,运用vanDeemter模型进行数据处理 ,得到上述 5种小分子在聚乙烯中的无限稀释扩散系数 ,获得了十分有意义的结果。     

Effect of Cationic Surfactant on the Inhibition of Ligninase by Hydrogen Peroxide

The inhibition of lingninase by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of cationic surfactant CTAB was studied by kinetic speetrophotometdc technique. Results showed that addition of CTAB enhanced the inhibition by H202, but it did not alter the inhibition pattern and the inhibition constant changed little with theco-ncentration of CTAB. Modification of the enzymic protein by the surfactant monomer may be responsible for the above mentioned results.     

A novel neutral receptor for selective recognition of H2PO 4 −

A new urea-based receptor was designed to selectively recognize H₂PO₄⁻ among other anions (such as F^-, Cl^-, Br^-, I^-, OH^-, AcO^-) in organic solvent (DMSO) through intermolecular hydrogen bonding. Addition of anions to the receptor caused changes in UV–vis spectrum which provided the first indication of its anion binding ability. 聚(苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)反相高效液相色谱填料在胸腺素α1分离中的应用

采用高聚物型苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(PS-DVB)麦科菲反相高效液相色谱柱(MKF-RP-MH)分离胸腺素α1,优化色谱条件为:流动相A:0.01 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.0或8.0),流动相B:乙腈,梯度洗脱条件0~20 min,0%~10%乙腈,20~40 min,10%~30%乙腈;温度:30℃;流速:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:214 nm。在优化条件下分离了胸腺素α1标准品和样品。样品浓度在0.05~4 g/L时,线性方程为C=0.0099A-0.0798(r=0.9994),胸腺素α1最大载样量为120μg(6 g/L)。

Temperature and metal composition dependence of lateral photovoltaic effect in Al-Alq3/SiO2/Si structures

A series of Al=-（Alq3）l-x granular films is prepared on Si wafer with native oxide layer using co-evaporation technique. Large lateral photovoltaic effect （LPE） is observed, with an optimal LPV sensitivity of 75 mV/mm in x=0.35 sample. The dependence of LPE on temperature and A1 composition is investigated, and the possible mechanism is discussed.     

Depressing defocusing effect in microscopy by bi-orthogonal wavelet transform

For different dimensions, heights and irregular shapes, small and large particles cannot be viewed simultaneously as sharp images under the microscope due to optical defocusing effects. Bi-orthogonal wavelet transform is used in this paper to depress such defocusing effect by merging the wavelet coefficients of the image series. The algorithm is presented in detail, using SWE(13,7) and CDF(2,2), and a few particle images are provided to validate the proposed method.
