Here, we report multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) functionalized with γ-cyclodextrins (γCD) as a novel electrochemical strategy for Rutin determination, showing superior performance than β-cyclodextrins (βCD) modified MWCNTs, suggesting an adequate environment for host-guest interactions. Under optimized conditions, the sensor showed a linear range of 39–975 nmol L−1 and a limit of detection of 7 nmol L−1. When tested with quercetin, catechin, and caffeine, the platform presented high selectivity with an interference response <10 %. The method was employed to quantify Rutin in spiked pharmaceutical and herbal extracts, providing recovery of 93–98.4 %. Also, HPLC-PDA confirmed the method‘s accuracy.  相似文献

A three-phase liquid-phase microextraction (LPME) method using porous polypropylene hollow fibre membrane with a sealed end was developed for the extraction of mirtazapine (MRT) and its two major metabolites, 8-hydroxymirtazapine (8-OHM) and demethylmirtazapine (DMR), from human plasma. The analytes were extracted from 1.0 mL of plasma, previously diluted and alkalinized with 3.0 mL 0.5 mol L−1 pH 8 phosphate buffer solution and supplemented with 15% sodium chloride (NaCl), using n-hexyl ether as organic solvent and 0.01 moL L−1 acetic acid solution as the acceptor phase. Haloperidol was used as internal standard. The chromatographic analyses were carried out on a chiral column, using acetonitrile-methanol-ethanol (98:1:1, v/v/v) plus 0.2% diethylamine as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1. Multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) detection was performed by mass spectrometry (MS-MS) using a triple-stage quadrupole and electrospray ionization interface operating in the positive ion mode. The mean recoveries were in 18.3-45.5% range with linear responses over the 1.25-125 ng mL−1 concentration range for all enantiomers evaluated. The quantification limit (LOQ) was 1.25 ng mL−1. Within-day and between-day assay precision and accuracy (2.5, 50 and 100 ng mL−1) showed relative standard deviation and the relative error lower than 11.9% for all enantiomers evaluated. Finally, the method was successfully used for the determination of mirtazapine and its metabolite enantiomers in plasma samples obtained after single drug administration of mirtazapine to a healthy volunteer.  相似文献

Herein we report a cobalt-catalyzed sustainable approach for C−N cross-coupling reaction between amines and alcohols. Using a well-defined Co-catalyst 1 a bearing 2-(phenyldiazenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline ligand, various N-alkylated amines were synthesized in good yields. 1 a efficiently alkylates diamines producing N, N′-dialkylated amines in good yields and showed excellent chemoselectivity when oleyl alcohol and β-citronellol, containing internal carbon-carbon double bond were used as alkylating agents. 1 a is equally compatible with synthesizing N-heterocycles via dehydrogenative coupling of amines and alcohols. 1H-Indole was synthesized via an intramolecular dehydrogenative N-alkylation reaction, and various substituted quinolines were synthesized by coupling of 2-aminobenzyl alcohol and secondary alcohols. A few control reactions and spectroscopic experiments were conducted to illuminate the plausible reaction mechanism, indicating that the 1 a -catalyzed N-alkylation proceeds through the borrowing hydrogen pathway. The coordinated arylazo ligand participates actively throughout the reaction; the hydrogen eliminated during dehydrogenation of alcohols was set aside in the ligand backbone and subsequently gets transferred in the reductive amination step to imine intermediates yielding N-alkylated amines. On the other hand, 1 a -catalyzed quinoline synthesis proceeds through dehydrogenation followed by successive C−C and C−N coupling steps forming H2O2 as a by-product under air.  相似文献

Chromatographic separation of the chiral drugs rolipram, bupivacaine and omeprazole on a tartardiamide-based stationary phase commercially named Kromasil CHI-TBB is shown in this work. The effect of temperature on the chromatographic separation of the chiral drugs using the Kromasil CHI-TBB stationary phase was determined quantitatively so as to contribute toward the design for the racemic mixtures of the named compound by using chiral columns. A decrease in the retention and selectivity factors was observed, when the column temperature increased. Van't Hoff plots provided the thermodynamic data. The variation of the thermodynamic parameters enthalpy and entropy are clearly negative meaning that the separation is enthalpy controlled.  相似文献

Data obtained from several intensive care units around the world have provided substantial evidence of the strong association between impairment of the renal function and in-hospital deaths of critically ill COVID-19 patients, especially those with comorbidities and requiring renal replacement therapy (RRT). Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common renal disorder of various etiologies characterized by a sudden and sustained decrease of renal function. Studies have shown that 5–46% of COVID-19 patients develop AKI during hospital stay, and the mortality of those patients may reach up to 100% depending on various factors, such as organ failures and RRT requirement. Catechins are natural products that have multiple pharmacological activities, including anti-coronavirus and reno-protective activities against kidney injury induced by nephrotoxic agents, obstructive nephropathies and AKI accompanying metabolic and cardiovascular disorders. Therefore, in this review, we discuss the anti-SARS-CoV-2 and reno-protective effects of catechins from a mechanistic perspective. We believe that catechins may serve as promising therapeutics in COVID-19-associated AKI due to their well-recognized anti-SARS-CoV-2, and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that mediate their reno-protective activities.  相似文献

Gaucher''s disease, the most prevalent lysosomal storage disorder, is caused by missense mutation of the GBA gene, ultimately resulting in deficient GCase activity, hence the excessive build-up of cellular glucosylceramide. Among different therapeutic strategies, pharmacological chaperoning of mutant GCase represents an attractive approach that relies on small organic molecules acting as protein stabilizers. Herein, we expand upon a new class of transient GCase inactivators based on a reactive 2-deoxy-2-fluoro-β-d-glucoside tethered to an array of lipid-mimicking phosphorus-based aglycones, which not only improve the selectivity and inactivation efficiency, but also the stability of these compounds in aqueous media. This hypothesis was further validated with kinetic and cellular studies confirming restoration of catalytic activity in Gaucher cells after treatment with these pharmacological chaperones.

Time‐driven quantum systems are important in many different fields of physics as cold atoms, solid state, optics, etc. Many of their properties are encoded in the time evolution operator or the effective Hamiltonian. Finding these operators usually requires very complex calculations that often involve some approximations. To perform this task, a systematic scheme that can be cast in the form of a symbolic computational algorithm is presented. It is suitable for periodic and non‐periodic potentials and, for convoluted systems, can also be adapted to yield numerical solutions. The method exploits the structure of the associated Lie group and a decomposition of the evolution operator on each group generator. To illustrate the use of the method, five examples are provided: harmonic oscillator with time‐dependent frequency (Paul trap), modulated optical lattice, time‐driven quantum oscillator, a step‐wise driving of a free particle, and the non‐periodic Caldirola‐Kanai Hamiltonian. To the extent of the authors' knowledge, whereas the exact form of Paul trap's evolution operator is well known, its effective Hamiltonian was until now unknown. The remaining four examples accurately reproduce previous results.  相似文献

Microreactors for nanoparticle (NP) synthesis offer advantages over batch reactions in terms of scale‐up and integration with online analyses. Herein, two microreactors (i.e., a duo‐microreactor) are integrated to achieve sequential reactions for the synthesis of bimetallic NPs with architectural control. The generality of the duo‐microreactor is shown with the synthesis of branched Pd‐Pt NPs and core@shell Pd@Au NPs, both achieved by synthesizing Pd nanocubes in the first part of the duo‐microreactor and then using those nanocubes downstream as seeds for Pt or Au deposition. Control of the dimensions of these NPs is further demonstrated and achieved by tailoring metal precursor concentrations inline. This microreactor methodology is anticipated to be applicable to other bimetallic NP systems.  相似文献
