[reaction: see text] The title reactions, in 44 wt % ethanol-water at 25.0 degrees C, exhibit slightly curved Br?nsted-type plots (log kN versus pKa of amines) with slopes beta1 = 0.1-0.44 (at high pKa) and beta2 ca. 0.7 (at low pKa). The magnitude of some of these slopes, together with the fact that the curvature center (pKa(0) = 9.5-10.8) does not change with the electronic effects of the benzoyl substituent, suggests that these reactions are not stepwise, but concerted. 相似文献

The stability of multiply charged Pb n m+ -clusters (n ≤ 3;m=0, 1, 2) was studied by solving exactly for the valencep-electrons a many body Hubbard-like Hamiltonian with intra- and interatomic Coulomb interactions. Particularly we obtain that Pb 3 2+ has a metastable ground state, in which Pb 3 2+ has isosceles shape (bond lengthR=3.2 Å, bond angle θ=124°) and a positive binding energyE B =3.4 eV. The activation barrier against dissociation into Pb 2 + + Pb+ is 0.13 eV, yielding a very long lifetime. This is in agreement with recent experiments [1] in which the lifetime of Pb 3 2+ was determined to be at least 10?6 s. Comparison with self consistent Hartree-Fock calculations shows that the metastability of Pb 3 2+ is due to electronic correlations within the paramagnetic ground state. 相似文献

The original suggestion that a through-space mechanism was operative in the seven-bond J(P, P) coupling constant of 30.3 Hz observed for 3.3′-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2,2′-[3,3′,5,5′-tetrakis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1,1′-biphenyl-2,2′-diyl]bis(oxy)}bis[1,3,2-oxazaphospholidine] ( 1a )) was investigated. In the solid-state CP-MAS 31PNMR spectrum of 1a , two nonequivalent P -atoms were observed; sufficient resolution could not be obtained to determine whether P, P coupling was present. The preparation and spectral data of the N-methyl analogue 1b and of the acyclic N-isopropyl analogue 6 (Scheme 1) provided evidence that a) the essentially exclusive formation (R*, R*,S*)- 1a in the reaction of the disodium biphenyldiolate 3a with the phosphorochloridite 4a is the result of significant differences in the free energy of activation (ΔG*) for the formation of the various diastereoisomers due to the steric congestion within the molecule and that b) the magnitude of the observed P,P coupling is dependent upon the degree of conformational freedom within the molecule. In the 31P-NMR spectrum of the P-sulfide 7 , which was prepared by the reaction of la with sulfur, 2s resonances were observed that strongly suggested that the lone electrons pair on P are involved in the mechanism for the transmission of coupling data. The (4S,5R) -12 and (4R, 5S) -12 of la were prepared in a three-step reaction sequence starting from the corresponding enantiomerically pure norephredine 8 (Scheme 2). Both (4S, 5R)- and (4R, 5S) -12 were obtained as a diastereoisomer mixture that differ by the configuration of the axis of chirality, i.e., (R*R*,R*)- and (R*,S*,R*) -12 were obtained. The major diastereoisomer was obtained upon recrystallization, and the atropisomers were observed to equilibrate in solution by monitoring the H? C(5) resonance in the 1H-NMR with time (ΔG° = 0.4 kcal/mol; Fig. 2). The process observed corresponds to the restricted rotation about the central single bond of the biphenyl system. The isolation of an atropisomer with only a single ortho substituent on each aryl ring is quite rare. In the 13C-NMR spectrum of both (R*,R*,R*)- and (R*,S*,R*) -12 , C(5) is two-bond-coupled to the oxazaphospholidine P-atom (2J(C(5),P((2)) = 8.5 Hz) that is further virtually coupled to the P-atom of the other oxazaphospholidine ring (7J(P(2),P(2′)) = 30 Hz; 9J(C(5),P(2′)) = 0 Hz; δ(P(2)) = δ(P(2′)) = 136 ppm. In the 31P-NMR spectrum of (R*,R*,S*) -12 , which was prepared from the racemic chloridite (mixture of three diastereoisomers was obtained), a 7J(P(2),P(2′) of 36 Hz was observed. These observations provide strong evidence that seven-bond P,P coupling occurs in all three diastereoisomers of 12 . The observed P,P coupling is both independent of the configuration of the chiral axis and the configuration of the asymmetric P-centers. This independence of P,P coupling upon the configuration on P implies also the independence of the observed coupling upon the orientation of the lone-pair of electrons on P provided that the conformations of the diastereoisomers are similar in solution. The X-ray crystal structure of the complex formed from 1a and dichloro(cycloocta-1,5-diene)platinum(II) was obtained and the solid-state structure discussed. A simple and fast analytical procedure has been developed for the determination of As, Sb, Se, Te and Bi in milk samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). Samples were treated with aqua regia for 10 min in an ultrasound water bath and pre-reduced with KBr for total Se and Te determination or with KI and ascorbic acid for total As and Sb, the determination of Bi being possible in all with or without pre-reduction. Slurries of samples, in the presence of antifoam A, were treated with NaBH4 in HCl medium to obtain the corresponding hydrides, and AFS measurements were processed in front of external calibrations prepared and measured in the same way as samples. Results obtained by the developed procedure compare well with those found after microwave-assisted complete digestion of samples. The proposed method is simple and fast, and only 1 ml of milk is needed. The values obtained for detection limit are 2.5, 1.6, 3, 6 and 7 ng l−1 for As, Sb, Se, Te and Bi respectively in the diluted samples, with average relative standard deviation values of 3.8, 3.1, 1.9, 6.4 and 1.2% for three independent analysis of a series of commercially available samples of different origin. Data found in Spanish market samples varied from 3.2±0.3 to 11.3±0.2 ng g−1 As, from 3.1±0.2 to 11.6±0.4 ng g−1 Sb, from 10.7±0.5 to 25.5±0.4 ng g−1 Se, from 0.9±0.2 to 9.4±0.6 ng g−1 Te and from 11.5±0.1 to 27.7±0.4 ng g−1 Bi. 相似文献

A reinvestigation of the NMR spectra of the complexes (NBu4)2[M2(mu-LL)2R4] (M = Pd, Ni, Pt, LL = pyrazolate (pz), 3,5-dimethylpyrazolate (dmpz), 3-methylpyrazolate (mpz), indazolate (indz), R = C6F5; M = Pd, LL = pz, dmpz, mpz, indz, R = 2,4,6-C6F3H2) shows that the boat-shaped dimeric structures of their anions are quite stable in solution, and the previously proposed fast equilibria or dissociations to give species such as [R2M(N-N)(acetone)]-, [R2M(acetone)2] + 2dmpz-, or [R2M(N1-N2)(acetone)]- + [R2M(N2-N1)(acetone)]- in no case occur. A mixture of the two diastereoisomers (head-to-head, HH, and head-to-tail, HT) is present for the asymmetrically substituted azolates (mpz and indz), in a ratio ranging from 1:7 to 1:30 for the different complexes. Strong through-space coupling between the endo ortho fluorine nuclei of different MR2 fragments is observed in the 19F NMR spectra of these diastereoisomers whose boatlike structures place these atoms at short distances. 相似文献

Dephasing effects in electron transport in molecular systems connected between contacts average out the quantum characteristics of the system, forming a bridge to the classical behavior as the size of the system increases. For the evaluation of the conductance of the molecular systems which have sizes within this boundary domain, it is necessary to include these dephasing effects. These effects can be calculated by using the D’Amato-Pastawski model. However, this method is computationally demanding for large molecular systems since transmission functions for all pairs of atomic orbitals need to be calculated. To overcome this difficulty, we develop an efficient coarse-grained model for the calculation of conductance of molecular junctions including decoherence. By analyzing the relationship between chemical potential and inter-molecular coupling, we find that the chemical potential drops stepwise in the systems with weaker inter-unit coupling. Using this property, an efficient coarse-grained algorithm which can reduce computational costs considerably without losing the accuracy is derived and applied to one-dimensional organic systems as a demonstration. This model can be used for the study of the orientation dependence of conductivity in various phases (amorphous, crystals, and polymers) of large molecular systems such as organic semiconducting materials. 相似文献

The reactions of the title compounds with phenoxides, secondary alicyclic (SA) amines, and pyridines, in 44 wt% ethanol–water, at 25°C and an ionic strength of 0.2 M, were subjected to kinetic and product studies. From analytical techniques (HPLC and NMR), two pathways were detected (nucleophilic attack at the phosphoryl center and at the C‐1 aromatic carbon) for the reactions of all the nucleophiles with the phosphate ( 2 ) and for the pyridinolysis of the thionophosphate ( 1 ). Only aromatic nucleophilic substitution was found for the reactions of 1 with phenoxides and SA amines. For the dual reactions, the nucleophilic rate constants (kN) were separated in two terms: $k_{\rm N}^{\rm P}$ and $k_{\rm N}^{{\rm Ar}}$, which are the rate constants for the corresponding electrophilic centers. The absence of a break in the Brønsted‐type plots for the attack at P is consistent with concerted mechanisms. The Brønsted slopes, βAr 0.32–0.71, for the attack at the aromatic C‐1, are in agreement with stepwise mechanisms where formation of a Meisenheimer complex is the rate‐determining step. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
