Compatibility mechanisms between EVA and complex heterophasic iPP-EPx copolymers have been studied as a function of EP content. Systematic studies were made in order to characterize the thermal, morphological and mechanical behavior, before and after blending a series of PP-EPx/EVA concentrations. Multiple melting, proportional to the EP content, was observed for the neat copolymers and an explanation was given for its evolution in terms of rejection-like secondary crystallization. After blending with EVA, the generation of a single Tg was taken as an indication of compatibility between both polymers. A morphological transition toward compatibility was first determined at 20 wt.% EVA which was in correlation with a morphological change from isolated spherical domains to interconnected voids. A second morphological transition from interconnected voids to fibrous crystals was observed above 40 wt.% EVA. This last transition marked the beginning of compatibility. Overall, the evolution of blends was explained in terms of the nature of the complex heterophasic copolymers. Tensile mechanical studies were also consistent with morphological changes. Increases in the x content in EPx and in EVA concentration worked in favor of impact resistance. 相似文献

The synthesis of CF(3)OC(O)OOC(O)F is accomplished by the photolysis of a mixture of (CF(3)CO)(2)O, FC(O)C(O)F, CO, and O(2) at -15 degrees C using a low-pressure mercury lamp. The new peroxide is obtained in pure form in low yield after repeated trap-to-trap condensation and is characterized by NMR, IR, Raman, and UV spectroscopy. Geometrical parameters were studied by ab initio methods [B3LYP/6-311+G(d)]. At room temperature, CF(3)OC(O)OOC(O)F is stable for many days in the liquid or gaseous state. The melting point is -87 degrees C, and the boiling point is extrapolated to 45 degrees C from the vapor pressure curve log p = 8.384 - 1715/T (p/mbar, T/K). A possible mechanism for the formation of CF(3)OC(O)OOC(O)F is discussed, and its properties are compared with those of related compounds. 相似文献

Titanium complexes with chelating alkoxide ligands [TiCp*(O(2)Bz)(OBzOH)] (1) and [TiCp*(Me)((OCH(2))(2)Py)] (2) were synthesised by reaction of [TiCp*Me(3)] (Cp*=eta(5)-C(5)Me(5)) with 2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol ((HO)(2)Bz) and 2,6-pyridinedimethanol ((HOCH(2))(2)Py), respectively. Complex 1 reacts with [(M(mu-OH)(cod))(2)] (M=Rh, Ir) to yield the early-late heterobimetallic complexes [TiCp*(O(2)Bz)(2)M(cod)] [M=Rh (3), Ir (4)]. Carbon monoxide readily replaces the COD ligand in 3 to give the rhodium dicarbonyl derivative [TiCp*(O(2)Bz)(2)Rh(CO)(2)] (5). Compound 2 reacts with [(M(mu-OH)(cod))(2)] (M=Rh, Ir) with protonolysis of a Tibond;Me bond to give [TiCp*((OCH(2))(2)Py)(mu-O)M(cod)] [M=Rh (6), Ir (7)]. In reactions of (2,3-anti)-3-amino-1,2-diols with diphosgene and phosgene and their conversion into 1,3-oxazolidin-2-ones, some differences in the stereochemistry of the reactions have been found with these two reagents. The molecular and supramolecular structures of 2‐(1,3‐dioxo‐2,3,3a,4,7,7a‐hexahydro‐1H‐isoindol‐2‐yl)phenyl acetate, C16‐H15NO4, (I), and its para isomer, 4‐(1,3‐dioxo‐2,3,3a,4,7,7a‐hexahydro‐1H‐isoindol‐2‐yl)phenyl acetate, (II), are reported. The torsion angle between the succinimide and benzene rings depends on the position of the acetoxy substitution [89.7 (1) and 61.9 (1)° for (I) and (II), respectively]. The twist of the acetoxy group relative to the mean plane of the benzene ring is almost independent of the acetoxy position [66.0 (1) and 70.0 (1)°]. Packing interactions for both compounds include soft C—H⋯X (X = O and Ph) interactions, forming chains of centrosymmetric dimers and interlinked chains for (I) and (II), respectively. In addition, three perpendicular dipole C=O⋯C=O interactions contribute to the supramolecular structure of (II). 相似文献

The trioxide, CF(3)OC(O)OOOC(O)OCF(3), reacts with NO(2) at 0 degrees C to yield the new peroxynitrate, CF(3)OC(O)OONO(2), which is stable for hours at room temperature. It is spectroscopically characterized and some thermal properties are reported. From the vapor pressure, ln(p/p(0)) = 14.06 - 4565/T, of the liquid above the melting point of -89 degrees C, the extrapolated boiling point is 52 degrees C. CF(3)OC(O)OONO(2) dissociates at higher temperatures and low pressures into the radicals CF(3)OC(O)OO and NO(2) as demonstrated by matrix isolation experiments. The matrix-isolated peroxy radicals consist in a rotameric mixture of trans,trans,trans-CF(3)OC(O)OO and trans,trans,cis-CF(3)OC(O)OO, where trans and cis denote dihedral angles of ca. 180 degrees and 0 degree, respectively, around beta F-C-O-C, beta C-O-C-O, and beta O-C-O-O, with an equilibrium composition dependent on the thermolysis temperature. The radical trans,trans,cis-CF(3)OC(O)OO is found to be ca. 3 kJ mol(-1) higher in enthalpy than trans,trans,trans-CF(3)OC(O)OO. Cyclization reactions of group 6 Fischer carbene complexes with cyclopentanone and cyclohexanone enamines are described. Enamine 3a undergoes thermal alpha,beta,beta'-annulation with alkenylcarbene complexes 1 and 2 (THF, 60 degrees C), affording semibullvalenes 5. The metalate intermediates 6, resulting from beta,beta'-annulation of the enamines 3a and 4a, were quantitatively formed by running the reaction in hexane at room temperature. Acid-promoted demetalation of 6 afforded endo-2-bicyclo[3.2.1]octen-8-ones 7 and endo/exo-2-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonen-9-ones 8 (endo/exo = 5:1). Using (S)-methoxymethylpyrrolidine-derived enamines 3b and 4b,c allowed highly enantioenriched cycloadducts endo-(+)-7 as well as endo-(-)-8 and exo-(-)-8 to be accessed. The non-heteroatom-stabilized carbene complex 10 was formed from complex 6 by Me(3)SiOTf-promoted elimination of the methoxy group, characterized by (13)C NMR, and transformed into the organic compounds 7, 7-d, and 11 as well as into bicyclo[3.2.1]octan-2,8-diones 14 and cycloheptanones 15. On the basis of this sequence, enantioenriched cycloheptanones (+)-15 were efficiently prepared in one pot from carbene complexes 2 and enamine 3b (51-55% yield, 91-96% ee). Extension of this work to simple Fischer carbene complexes 16 allowed an appropriate way to generate the nonstabilized pentacarbonyl[(phenyl(alkyl)carbene]tungsten complex 17 to be designed, for which the thermal and chemical behavior leading to compounds 18-21 is described. 相似文献
