Methylacrylic acid/styrene cross-linked with divinylbenzene is a novel pH-sensitive ion exchange resin. Microspheres of this resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The microspheres showed a pulsatile swelling behavior when the pH of the media changed. The pH-sensitive microspheres were loaded with salbutamol sulfate and the drug-release characteristics were studied under both simulated gastric and intestinal pH conditions. The results obtained showed that the drug release also depended on the pH of the release media.  相似文献

In aqueous solution, the micellization and microenvironment characteristics of the micelle assemblies of three anionic surfactants, sodium 1-(n-alkyl)naphthalene-4-sulfonates (SANS), have been investigated by steady-state fluorescence and time-resolved fluorescence decay techniques using pyrene, Ru(bpy)3(2+), and 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene as fluorescence probes. The critical micelle concentrations (cmc's), effective carbon atom numbers (neff's), hydrophilic-lipophilic balances (HLBs), mean micelle aggregation numbers, micropolarities, and microviscosities of these surfactant micelles have been determined. The logarithmic cmc of the alkylnaphthalene sulfonates decreases linearly with an increase in the neff. The logarithmic aggregation number of the alkylnaphthalene sulfonates increases linearly with an increase in the neff. However, in contrast to the alkylsufonates and the alkylbenzene sulfonates, the aggregation for these alkylnaphthalene sulfonate molecules is less sensitive to the increase in the neff. The micropolarity of these alkylnaphthalene sulfonate micelles is less sensitive to the increase in the alkyl chain length and is lower than that of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). The microviscosity of these alkylnaphthalene sulfonate micelles increases with an increase in the alkyl chain length and is lower than those of nonionic surfactants and zwitterionic surfactants. These results suggest that naphthyl rings have a notable effect on the micellization of SANS.  相似文献

To separate and identify the proteases, a substrate-specific, sensitive assay in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-polyacrylamide gels after two-dimensional (2-D) electrophoresis has been developed. This method allows simultaneous determination of protease cleavage specificity, molecular weight, isoelectric point, and if necessary, amino acid sequencing. After isoelectric focusing in immobilized pH gradient (IPG) strips (pH 6-11) (first dimension), trypsin was electrophoresed in 12% SDS polyacrylamide gels (second dimension) copolymerized with Boc-Gln-Ala-Arg-MCA (4-methyl-coumaryl-7-amide). The gels were washed in cold 2.5% Triton X-100 and water, and incubated in assay buffer (6.3 mM Bicine, 100 mM NaCl). Trypsin cleavage of the peptide-MCA generated fluorescent 7-amino-4-methyl-coumarin. In 1-D gels, as low as 500 pg trypsin could be detected and trypsin band volumes correlated linearly with the amounts of trypsin (R(2) = 0.999). In 2-D gels, the lowest amount of trypsin detected was 1 ng. The linear regression of spot volume and loading amount was still good (R(2) = 0.974). To optimize renaturation conditions, 5x5 min washes with 2.5% Triton X-100 and water, respectively, gave the strongest band volume. For fluorescence development, an assay buffer at pH 9 was the best; incubation at 37 degrees C for 30 min was sufficient. The method has application for identifying novel proteases as it does not rely on antibodies.  相似文献

An analytical free flow capillary isotachophoresis procedure, with a discontinuous electrolyte system, for the detailed analysis of lipoproteins in human body fluids has been developed. The technique is based on prestaining whole serum lipoproteins with a lipophilic dye before separation. Human serum lipoproteins are separated into 14 well-characterized subfractions according to their electrophoretic mobility. High density lipoproteins (fraction 1 to 6) are separated into three major subpopulations, the fast migrating high density lipoprotein (HDL) subpopulation, containing mainly apo AI and phosphatidylcholine, the subpopulation with intermediate mobility, consisting of particles rich in apo AII, apo E, and C apolipoproteins, and the slowly migrating HDL subfraction, containing mainly particles rich in apo AI, apo AIV, and lecithin: cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) activity. The apo B containing lipoproteins (fraction 7 to 14) can be subdivided into four major functional groups. The first represents chylomicron derived particles and large triglyceride-rich very low density lipoproteins (VLDL). The second group consists of small VLDL and intermediate density lipoprotein (IDL) particles, anf the third and fourth group represent the low density lipoproteins. The isotachophoretic analysis of human serum samples obtained from patients with hyperlipoproteinemias is compatible with the classification according to the Frederickson phenotypes and reflects the respective biochemical abnormalities. Furthermore, several genetic disorders of lipid and lipoprotein metabolism like HDL deficiency syndromes, familial LCAT deficiency, Fish eye disease, hypobetalipoproteinemia and abetalipoproteinemia can be well characterized by analytical capillary iso tachophoresis. In addition to patient analysis we investigated the influence of lipid lowering drugs on the lipoprotein subfraction distribution during therapy with analytical capillary isotachophoresis.  相似文献

If a weighted majority game (not necessarily constant sum or super additive) is described by the weights (voting strength) of the players involved and a majority level, then it is desirable to know whether the game is in addition homogeneous. The paper provides a recursive procedure defining a test for homogeneity. This procedure involves the computation of a number theoretical function, the matrix of homogeneity. If this matrix is knownall majority levels with respect to which the given set of weights represents a homogeneous simple weighted majority game are known at once.
Zusammenfassung Ein gewichtetes Majoritätsspiel (nicht notwendig superadditiv oder mit Konstantsummeneigenschaft) kann beschrieben werden durch die Gewichte (die Abstimmungsstärke) der beteiligten Spieler und durch eine Mehrheitsschranke. Wenn eine solche Darstellung gegeben ist, so ist es wünschenswert, das Spiel zusätzlich auf die Eigenschaft der Homogenität hin zu untersuchen. Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt eine rekursive Prozedur zur Verfügung, die einen Test auf Homogenität einer vorgelegten Darstellung eines Spieles impliziert. Die Prozedur ermöglicht die Berechnung einer zahlentechnischen Funktion, der Homogenitätsmatrix. Wenn diese Matrix bekannt ist, kann man bei einem vorgegebenen Gewichtssatz alle Majoritätsschranken angeben, bezüglich welcher die vorgelegten Gewichte ein homogenes einfaches gewichtetes Majoritätsspiel darstellen.

The research reported in this paper is concerned with an application of the ellipsoid algorithm in the interactive multicriteria linear programming step method (STEM) byBenayoun et al. [1971]. Due to this application we eliminate some drawbacks of the original version of STEM and, moreover, we avoid extra computations connected with sensitivity analysis in every iteration. Specifically, we use the ellipsoid algorithm to minimize the Euclidean norm in the criterion space instead of the Chebyshev norm, which ensures that every solution submitted to the decision maker is efficient. As follows from a computational experiment, in comparison with the application of the simplex method, the proposed modification of STEM shows a smaller increase of the computational effort when the number of criteria increases. However, the absolute computation time becomes worse for problems of larger size.
Zusammenfassung In dieser Arbeit wird über eine Anwendungsmöglichkeit der Khachiyan-Shor-Algorithmus (Ellipsoid-Algorithmus) im Rahmen des STEM-Verfahrens zur interaktiven Lösung linearer Vektoroptimierungsmodelle berichtet. Auf diese Weise können einige spezifische Nachteile des STEM-Verfahrens in seiner Originalversion vermieden werden. Durch die Verwendung der Euklidischen Norm anstelle der beim STEM-Verfahren üblichen Tschebyscheff-Norm wird garantiert, daß dem Entscheidungsträger nur effiziente Lösungen vorgeschlagen werden. Die numerischen Erfahrungen zeigen, daß der Lösungsaufwand der hier vorgeschlagenen Modifikation des STEM-Verfahrens mit steigender Anzahl von Zielfunktionen weniger stark zunimmt als bei der üblichen Version. Dies gilt jedoch nicht hinsichtlich der allgemeinen Problemgröße.

HDDR过程中三元和多元Nd-Fe-B合金磁畴结构的MFM研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
用磁力显微镜研究了三元Nd-Fe-B合金在HDDR过程的不同阶段(铸态、不充分吸氢歧化、充分吸氢歧化和脱氢再复合)的破畴结构。在铸态样品表面清楚地观察到了易磁化轴互相垂直的柱状晶表面的两类磁畴图型。当样品不充分吸氢歧化和充分吸氢歧化时,破畴结构明显发生变化,反映了Nd-Fe-B的分解产物NdH2,α-Fe和Fe2B及其微晶结构的变化。脱氢再复合后形成的微晶的磁畴结构则表明样品保留了铸态样品柱状晶的构型。此外,还对比研究了多元Nd-Fe-B合金在HDDR过程中的磁畴结构,并根据微磁结构分析,指出过量的Ga元素添加可抑制Nd2(Fe,M)14B相的吸氢歧化,从而导致相应HDDR粘结磁体性能降低。  相似文献

为了利用光纤传感器实现对细菌核酸分子的特异性和相对快速检测,我们使用直径1mm的石英光纤和635nm激光二极管,利用倏逝波原理制作了光纤生物传感器。光纤经过处理后产生醛基化基团,然后与核酸分子进行共价结合。通过3个实验来验证传感器的特异性和灵敏度。蒌光素溶液直接检测,使用互补模式寡核苷酸分子(25mer)进行核酸杂交模式实验和设计嗜肺军团菌一段特异性探针一 光标记嗜肺军团菌染色体DNA杂交。结果表明:光纤检测荧光素的灵敏度可达0.01mmol/L,而生物芯片扫描仪最低可检测到1nmol/L的荧光素;模式寡 核苷酸杂交表明:光纤传感器可以特异地检出目的核酸分子,灵敏度可达纳克级水平;染色体杂交结果显示在正常检测浓度下,光纤检测军团菌之信噪比达到了6:1,同时具有较好的特异性。检测时间约需要3-4h。我们构建的光纤生物传感器可以用于核酸分子的特异性检测,并且具有较好的灵敏度,对光纤表面修饰、样品处理和杂交过程的优化可望使之应用于实际标本的检测。  相似文献
