In recent years, supercapacitors have been considered as one of the auspicious energy storage devices. In this work, two different kinds of mixed metal oxide NiMoO4 nanoflakes arrays were directly grown on 3D Ni foam. The electrode exhibited high specific capacitance of 2004 F/g at the current density of 2 A/g in 6 M KOH electrolyte. Additionally, it also exhibited low equivalent series resistance of 0.62 Ω and excellent cycling stability (80% capacitance retention after 1000 cycles). With these extraordinary electrochemical properties, the electrode material can be considered as potential candidate for supercapacitor applications.  相似文献

Times series modeling plays an important role in the field of engineering, Statistics, Biomedicine etc. Model identification is one of crucial steps in the modeling of an AutoRegreesive Moving Average (ARMA(p,q)) process for real world problems. Many techniques have been developed in the literature (Salas et al., McLeod et al. etc.) for the identification of an ARMA(p,q) Model. In this paper, a new technique called The Generalised Parameters Technique is formulated for seasonal and non-seasonal ARMA model identification. This technique is very simple and can be applied to any given time series. Initial estimates of the AR parameters of the ARMA model are also obtained by this method. This model identification technique is validated through many theoretical and simulated examples.  相似文献

The current study aimed to identify a new strategy of FeCl3 catalyzed multicomponent synthesis of substituted 2H-chromene–fused pyrrole derivatives. A series of chromene-based pyrrole prepared by employing an array of 3-nitro-2H-chromenes, aniline, and acetylacetone in toluene under microwave irradiation. Using FeCl3 as a prompt catalyst and microwave irradiation to synthesize 2H-chromene–fused pyrrole motifs significantly reduces the reaction time and facilitates to high yields (83%-95%). Structure of all synthesized compounds analyzed by spectroscopic analysis. One-pot reaction, short reaction period, and simple experimental procedure are the fascinating properties associated with this protocol. The in vitro antibacterial activity of the entire series was assessed against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Out of all the compounds, 15b and 15h revealed most excellent potency against both the bacterial strains relative to the reference gentamicin. Docking study was employed to determine the possible binding orientation of DNA gyrase with the active sites of chromene-fused pyrrole analog. The docking results show that compounds 15b and 15h have higher binding affinity with energy −8.00 and −8.80 kcal/mol. These results illuminate the mode of binding progression and provide an esteemed pathway for the design and the structural modification of chromene-fused pyrroles as a newly advanced class of antibacterial agent.  相似文献

Diabetes mellitus is a global disease that is increasing in an alarming rate. The present study was undertaken to study the antidiabetic effect of the ethanol extracts of Carica papaya and Pandanus amaryfollius on streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. The structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of α-axis oriented nanostructured ZnS thin film prepared by dip coating have been studied in this article. The X-ray diffraction studies of the film shows that the ZnS was crystallized with cubic structure of particle size 27 nm with a strong orientation along (200) plane which is advantageous for optoelectronic devices. The scanning electron microscopy and TEM micrograph reveals that the film consists of nano crystalline columnar particles. From the investigation of the absorption spectra of this ZnS film, the band-gap is found to be higher (4 eV) than bulk (3.7 eV) indicating a blue shift. It is found that the film is having a transparency of >90 % in the visible-near IR region from 400 to 800 nm. From the photoconductivity measurements, it is evident that the film is photosensitive in nature. From the electrical resistivity measurements the conductivity of the film was found to be 3.4 × 10?2 Ω?1 cm?1. Hot probe method indicates that the synthesized ZnS film is n-type.  相似文献

Drug targeting using magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) under the action of an external magnetic field constitutes an important mode of drug delivery. Low cargo capacity, particularly in hydrophobic drugs, is one limitation shown by MNPs. This article describes a simple strategy to enhance the drug-loading capacity of MNPs. The approach was to use polymer-drug conjugates to modify MNPs by layer-by-layer assembly (LbL). Curcumin (CUR) has shown remarkably high cytotoxicity toward various cancer cell lines. However, the drug shows low anticancer activity in vivo because of its reduced systemic bioavailability acquired from its poor aqueous solubility and instability. To address this issue, we synthesized cationic and anionic CUR conjugates by anchoring CUR onto poly(vinylpyrroidone) (PVP-Cur) and onto hyaluronic acid (HA-Cur). We used these oppositely charged conjugates to modify MNPs by layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly. Six double layers of curcumin conjugates were constructed on positively charged amino-terminated magnetic nanoparticles, TMSPEDA@MNPs. Finally, HA was coated onto the outer surface to form HA (HA-Cur/PVP-Cur)(6)@MNPs. Cellular viability studies showed the dose-dependent antiproliferative effect of HA (HA-Cur/PVP-Cur)(6)@MNPs in two cancer cell lines (glioma cells and Caco-2 cells). HA (HA-Cur/PVP-Cur)(6)@MNPs exhibited more cytotoxicity than did free curcumin, which was attributed to the enhanced solubility along with better absorption via hyaluronic acid receptor-mediated endocytosis. Flow cytometry showed enhanced intake of the modified MNPs by cells. Confocal microscope images also confirmed the uptake of HA (HA-Cur/PVP-Cur)(6)@MNPs with greater efficacy. Thus, the strategy that we adopted here appears to have substantial potential in carrying enhanced payloads of hydrophobic drugs to specified targets.  相似文献

The reactions of NO and Br radicals with 5‐hydroxyindole (HIn), 5‐hydroxytryptophol (HTpl), 5‐hydroxytryptophan (HTpn) and 5‐hydroxytryptamine (HTpe) were studied using pulse radiolysis. The rate constants for their reaction with NO radical were found to vary from 105 to 107 dm3 mol?1 s?1 in the pH range 5–9 but a higher value (k = 1.4 ± 0.01 × 108 dm3 mol?1 s?1) was noticed in HTpe at pH 9. The gradual increase in reactivity with pH is due to the decrease in the reduction potentials of indoloxyl radicals with E = 0.55 V at pH 9. In contrast, the rate constants with Br radical were found to be diffusion controlled and remained unaffected by the pH. The transient spectra measured are attributed to the indoloxyl radical formed on oxidation with λmax at 420 nm. The indoloxyl radicals further react with the parent hydroxy indole derivative forming the radical adduct and their decay was found to be pH dependent in derivatives containing an amino group. At pH 5, no decay of the radical adducts was seen in all derivatives up to 5 ms whereas those with the amino group decayed faster at pH 9. The total yields of the oxygen centred and carbon centred radicals formed in the reaction of NO radical with hydroxy indoles were found to be nearly equal to G(NO). Our results suggest that NO radical is inefficient in oxidizing hydroxy indoles under physiological conditions preventing the formation of toxic dimers of indole derivatives.
