Effects of the degree, velocity, and temperature of repeated extension of porous PE films on their structure and transport and mechanical properties are investigated. The sizes of through-flow channels and the permeability of porous films are determined via filtration porosimetry. A rise in the temperature and the degree of extension in the course of orientation extension noticeably increases the sizes of pores, the overall porosity, the specific surface area, and the permeability of the films and improves their mechanical characteristics.  相似文献

The aim of the paper is to study relations between polynomial solutions of generalized Moisil-Théodoresco (GMT) systems and polynomial solutions of Hodge-de Rham systems and, using these relations, to describe polynomial solutions of GMT systems. We decompose the space of homogeneous solutions of GMT system of a given homogeneity into irreducible pieces under the action of the group O(m) and we characterize individual pieces by their highest weights and we compute their dimensions.  相似文献

It will be shown that probabilities of infinite-valued events represented by formulas in ?ukasiewicz propositional logic are in one-to-one correspondence with tight probability measures over rational polyhedra in the unit hypercube. This result generalizes a recent work on rational measures of polyhedra and provides an elementary geometric approach to reasoning under uncertainty with states in ?ukasiewicz logic.  相似文献

Immobilization of 1,2‐cyclohexylenebis(5‐chlorosalicylideneiminato)vanadium dichloride on the magnesium support obtained in the reaction of MgCl2·3.4EtOH with Et2AlCl gives a highly active precursor for ethylene homopolymerization and its copolymerization with 1‐octene. This catalyst exhibits the highest activity in conjunction with MAO, but it is also highly active with AlMe3 as a cocatalyst. On the other hand, when combined with chlorinated alkylaluminum compounds, Et2AlCl and EtAlCl2, it gives traces of polyethylene. Moreover, its catalytic activity is strongly affected by the reaction temperature: it increased with rising polymerization temperature from 20 °C to 60 °C. The kinetic curves obtained for the supported vanadium catalyst, in contrast to its titanium analogue, are of decay type, yet the reduction in the polymerization rate is rather moderate in the early stages of polymerization, and then it is relatively very slow. The vanadium catalyst gives copolymers at a lower yield than the titanium one does, but with the significantly higher 1‐octene content. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper deals with the development of a batch-reactor model with a theoretical and a locally affine fuzzy model. The batch reactor is used in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of drugs, where a rapid and precise temperature control is necessary. The model has to be built to include all the main features necessary for the purposes of modelling. The development of the model for the reactor is designed for further control development and simulation purposes, without doing any further experiments on the real process. In our case we use the model for simulating the reactor’s jacket temperature and the reactor’s core temperature. The theoretical model describes all the nonlinearities of the process of heating and cooling the content of the batch reactor. The main contribution of the theoretical model is in the modelling of the heat transfer between the reactor’s jacket and the reactor’s core, mainly caused by the change in the overall heat transfer, which also covers the main nonlinearity. Because of the complexity of the theoretical model a locally affine fuzzy model is also developed.  相似文献

We investigate a family of polytopes introduced by E.M. Feichtner, A. Postnikov and B. Sturmfels, which were named nestohedra. The vertices of these polytopes may intuitively be understood as constructions of hypergraphs. Limit cases in this family of polytopes are, on the one end, simplices, and, on the other end, permutohedra. In between, as notable members one finds associahedra and cyclohedra. The polytopes in this family are investigated here both as abstract polytopes and as realized in Euclidean spaces of all finite dimensions. The later realizations are inspired by J.D. Stasheff ?s and S. Shnider?s realizations of associahedra. In these realizations, passing from simplices to permutohedra, via associahedra, cyclohedra and other interesting polytopes, involves truncating vertices, edges and other faces. The results presented here reformulate, systematize and extend previously obtained results, and in particular those concerning polytopes based on constructions of graphs, which were introduced by M. Carr and S.L. Devadoss.  相似文献

Phase transformation in shape-memory alloys is known to cause electric resistivity variation that, under electric current, may conversely influence Joule heat production and thus eventually the martensitic transformation itself. A thermodynamically consistent general continuum-mechanical model at large strains is presented. In special cases, a proof of the existence of a weak solution is outlined, using a semidiscretization in time.  相似文献

The aim of the present research work was to investigate the possibilities of designing surface texturing for different lubrication regimes and to evaluate its effectiveness, especially under starved, boundary and mixed lubrication regimes. This was achieved by combining an experimental tribological investigation with a surface-roughness analysis, a 2D FEM simulation and fluid dynamic modelling. The tribological investigation under unidirectional and reciprocating sliding was focused on the effect of the laser-texturing parameters—including the dimple depth and size, the dimple area density and the contact size—on the coefficient of friction under different lubrication regimes, achieved by varying the sliding speed, the normal load and the lubricant viscosity.  相似文献
