A new facile, rapid, inexpensive, and sensitive method based on magnetic micro-solid phase extraction (M-??-SPE) coupled to gas chromatography?Cmass spectrometry (GC?CMS) was developed for determination of the herbicide oxadiargyl in environmental water samples. The feasibility of employing non-modified magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) as sorbent was examined and applied to perform the extraction process. Influential parameters affecting the extraction efficiency along with desorption conditions were investigated and optimized. The limit of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) and limit of quantification (LOQ, S/N = 10) of the method under optimized conditions were 0.005 and 0.030 ng mL?1, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSD) (n = 3) at a concentration of 0.10 ng mL?1 was 11%. The calibration curve of oxadiargyl showed linearity in the range of 0.050?C0.50 ng mL?1. The developed method was successfully applied to the extraction of oxadiargyl from spiked tap water and Zayande-Rood River water samples and the relative recoveries of 98 and 94% were obtained, respectively.  相似文献

This work reports a new experimental methodology for the synthesis of ultra small zinc sulfide and iron doped zinc sulfide quantum dots in aqueous media. The nanoparticles were obtained using a simple procedure based on the precipitation of ZnS in aqueous solution in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol as a capping agent, at room temperature. The effect of Fe(3+) ion concentration as dopant on the optical properties of ZnS was studied. The size of quantum dots was determined to be about 1nm, using scanning tunneling microscopy. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence emission spectroscopies. The presence and amount of iron impurity in the structure of Zn((1-x))Fe(x)S nanocrystals were confirmed by atomic absorption spectrometry. A blue shift in band-gap of ZnS was observed upon increasing incorporation of Fe(3+) ion in the iron doped zinc sulfide quantum dots. The photoluminescence investigations showed that, in the case of iron doped ZnS nanoparticles, the emission band of pure ZnS nanoparticles at 427nm shifts to 442nm with appearance of a new sharp emission band around 532nm. The X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the iron doped nanoparticles are crystalline, with cubic zinc blend structure, having particle diameters of 1.7±022nm. Finally, the interaction of the synthesized nanoparticles with bovine serum albumin was investigated at pH 7.2. The UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopic methods were applied to compare the optical properties of pure and iron doped ZnS quantum dots upon interaction with BSA. It was proved that, in both cases, the fluorescence quenching of BSA by the quantum dots is mainly a result of the formation of QDs-BSA complex in solution. In the steady-state fluorescence studies, the interaction parameters including binding constants (K(a)), number of binding sites (n), quenching constants ( [Formula: see text] ), and bimolecular quenching rate constants (k(q)) were determined at three different temperatures and the results were then used to evaluate the corresponding thermodynamic parameters ΔH, ΔS and ΔG.  相似文献

In this Letter, we study the equation of circular loops with time-dependent tension in the BTZ black hole background. We obtain various cases where cosmic string loops finally collapse to form black holes. Also, we study effect of the BTZ black hole mass and angular momentum on the evolution of cosmic string loops. We find the critical values of initial radii as a limit for the cosmic string loops collapsing to form black holes.  相似文献

α-Ni(OH)2 flower-like nanostructures were successfully synthesized through one-step hydrothermal method with nickel acetate tetrahydrate, ethylene-1,2-diamine (en), hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as morphology-directing agents. Optimum conditions to obtain high yield and pure phase α-Ni(OH)2 were identified by varying experimental parameters such as: en, HMT and CTAB concentration and reaction temperature. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared and thermogravimetric analysis. These results indicated that the α-nickel hydroxide contains water molecules and anions. The hierarchical NiO nanostructures were obtained by the as-synthesized α-Ni(OH)2 nanostructures annealed at 300 °C for 4 h.  相似文献

In this paper we study modified cosmic Chaplygin cosmology with non-zero cosmological constant in non-flat Universe. By using well-known forms of scale factor we obtain time-dependent dark energy density by numerical analysis of non-linear differential equation and fitting curves. We use observational data to fix solution and discuss about stability of our system. First of all we consider cosmological constant as a constant in Einstein equation, and then study possibility of variable cosmological constant.  相似文献

In present work, using density functional theory and extended restricted orientation model, the one particle density of hard Gaussian overlap fluid near the colloid walls is calculated. The hard needle–wall interaction between molecules and colloids are considered. Using non-linear equation, proposed by Grimson–Rickyazen, the solvation force of hard ellipsoidal molecular fluid with hard Gaussian overlap interaction is calculated. We could not find the exact or simulation results for comparison. The results in the case k = 2.0 are compared with the solvation force of one-dimensional hard rod fluids. Blocking the division of tumor cells by small-molecules is currently of great interest for the design of new antitumor drugs. The interaction of a new metal complex with DNA was investigated through several techniques. Absorption spectroscopy and gel electrophoresis studies on the interaction of the Cu-complex of (2a-4mpyH)2 [Cu(pyzdc)2 (H2O)2].6 H2O with DNA have shown that this complex can bind to CT-DNA with binding constant 3.99?×?105 M?1. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) responses of the metal complex in the presence of CT-DNA have shown that the metal complex can bind to CT-DNA through partial intercalation mode and this is consistent with molecular docking analysis, quenching process and thermal denaturation experiments. The cytotoxicity of this complex has been evaluated by MTT assay. The results of cell viability assay on DU145 cell line revealed that the metal complex had cytotoxic effects.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the dynamics of a heavy quark for plasmas corresponding to three dimensional hairy black holes. We utilize the AdS/CFT correspondence to study the holographic Brownian motion of this particle with different kinds of hairy black holes. For an uncharged black hole in the low frequency limit we derive analytic expressions for the correlation functions and the response functions and verify that the fluctuation–dissipation theorem holds in the presence of a scalar field against a metric background. In the case of a charged black hole, we think that the results are similar to that derived for an uncharged black hole.  相似文献

A concise and efficient approach to the spiro‐tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives has been developed by 1,4‐dipolar cycloaddition of zwitterions resulting from isoquinoline and acetylene esters and (1,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐dioxo‐2H‐inden‐2‐ylidene)malononitrile in MeCN at room temperature. The significance of this method lies in good yields and ease of product purification, and no inert atmosphere is required. The structures of the products were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed (Scheme).  相似文献
