A realistic theoretical model describing the outcome of confocal microscopic imaging of electrochemiluminescence (ECL) light emission is derived for a two parallel band microelectrodes assembly operated under steady state. The model takes into account the experimental distortions ensuing from a) the specific finite shape of the sampling volume in confocal microscopy, b) the light arising directly from out-of-focus area but transmitted through the microscope diaphragm or c) transmitted after reflection from the polished platinum band electrodes. The model is based on a detailed optical, physico-mathematical and numerical analysis of the problem at hand, and on simulations of the concentration distribution of the species giving rise to the ECL generation. Its outcome allows the reconstruction of the real spatial distribution of ECL light emission based on the confocal microscopy measurements upon correcting for the effect of experimental distortions using numerical fitting procedure.  相似文献

A new class of Fabry-Perot filters produced by a multilayer dielectric mirror deposited on top of a reflecting volume Bragg grating is described. The first fabricated prototype for the 852 nm region demonstrates a 30 pm bandwidth, 90+% transmission at resonance, and a good agreement with theoretical simulation.  相似文献

The new type of third-order spectral operator suitable to generate new multifield semidiscrete nonlinear systems with two coupling parameters in the framework of zero-curvature equation is proposed. The evolution operator corresponding to the first integrable system in an infinite hierarchy is explicitly recovered and the general form of first integrable system is isolated. The generalized procedure for the direct recursive development of infinite hierarchy of local conservation laws is presented and several lowest local conservation laws and local conserved densities are found. The reduction to the real field amplitudes in general system with unfixed sampling functions is made and the symmetric parametrization of field amplitudes allowing to exclude the redundant field function and to resolve the problem of sampling fixation for the particular realization of reduced integrable system is considered. This parametrization gives rise to the four field nonlinear model which in certain intervals of adjustable coupling parameter could serve as a semidiscrete analogy to the beam-plasma interaction system.  相似文献

A general approach to a new generation of spirocyclic molecules – oxa-spirocycles – was developed. The key synthetic step was iodocyclization. More than 150 oxa-spirocyclic compounds were prepared. Incorporation of an oxygen atom into the spirocyclic unit dramatically improved water solubility (by up to 40 times) and lowered lipophilicity. More potent oxa-spirocyclic analogues of antihypertensive drug terazosin were synthesized and studied in vivo.

A general practical approach to a new generation of spirocyclic molecules – oxa-spirocycles – is developed.  相似文献

Protolytic interactions in the series of prospective fluorescent ratiometric wide-range pH indicators — structurally rigid analogs of 2,6-distyrylpyridine — (3E,5E)-3,5-dibenzylidene-8-phenyl-1,2,3,5,6,7-hexahydrodicyclopentano[b,e]pyridine — were investigated. The pyridine nitrogen atom basicity in these compounds is significantly lower in comparison with that of unsubstituted heterocycle and 2,6-distyrylpyridine. The photochemical E→Z photoisomerization and the side benzene rings substituents influence on the acid-base equilibria were studied. The complex multi-stage mechanism of the acid-base interactions of the polysubstituted compounds was elucidated. The most significant spectral effects were typical to the N,N-dialkylamino substituted compounds of the investigated series. The widest pH sensitivity interval covering nearly the full range of 0–14 units was demonstrated for compounds with both proton donor and proton acceptor substituents.   相似文献

The correlations in charge transport in multiple Majorana fermions systems contain much richer physics and carry more information than the conventional transport coefficients. We calculate the auto- and cross-correlations in the spinful topological Kondo model (SKTM) and point out the frequencies dependencies of the correlations that may serve as a proof of the existence of the Majorana fermions in our system, particularly the change of the cross-correlation from positive to negative at higher frequency.  相似文献

We theoretically demonstrate the formation of multiple bi-stability regions in the temperature pattern on the interface between a cuprous oxide quantum well and DCM2:CA:PS organic compound. The Frenkel molecular exciton of the DCM2 is brought into resonance with the 1S quadrupole Wannier-Mott exciton in the cuprous oxide by “solvatochromism” with CA. The resulting hybrid is thermalized with the surrounding helium bath. This leads to strongly non-linear temperature dependence of the laser field detuning from the quadrupole exciton energy band which is associated with the temperature-induced red shift of the Wannier exciton energy. A numerical up- and down-scan for the detuning reveals hysteresis-like temperature distribution. The obtained multiple bi-stability regions are at least three orders of magnitude bigger (meV) than the experimentally observed bi-stability in bulk cuprous oxide (μeV ). The effective absorption curve exhibits highly asymmetrical behavior for the Frenkel-like (above the 1S energy) and Wannier-like (below the 1S energy) branches of the hybrid.  相似文献
