We have studied upconversion luminescence of colloidal solution of Y2O3 nano-particles codoped with 1 mol% Er3+ and 5 mol% Yb3+. Y2O3 nano-particles codoped with 1 mol% Er3+ and 5 mol% Yb3+ show sintering and agglomeration, because they are synthesized by firing a hydroxy carbonate precursor. Colloidal solution of Y2O3 nano-particles codoped with 1 mol% Er3+ and 5 mol% Yb3+ is prepared through two-step dispersion process and the average diameter of the primary nano-particles is about 50 nm. Under excitation with 980-nm laser diode, upconversion luminescence of colloidal solution of the primary Y2O3 nano-particles codoped with 1 mol% Er3+ and 5 mol% Yb3+ in methyl isobuthyl ketone strongly appeared near 660 nm and weakly near 550 nm.  相似文献

We construct non-Abelian global string solutions in the UL(N)×UR(N)U(N)L×U(N)R linear sigma model. These strings are the most fundamental objects which are expected to form during the chiral phase transitions, because the Abelian ηη string is marginally decomposed into N   of them. We point out Nambu–Goldstone modes of CPN−1CPN1 for breaking of SUV(N)SU(N)V arise around a non-Abelian vortex.  相似文献

For soft-mode turbulence, which is essentially the spatiotemporal chaos caused by the nonlinear interaction between convective modes and Goldstone modes in electroconvection of homeotropic nematics, a type of order-disorder phase transition was revealed, in which a new order parameter was introduced as pattern ordering. We calculated the spatial correlation function and the anisotropy of the convective patterns as a 2D XY system because the convective wave vector could freely rotate in the homeotropic system. We found the hidden order in the chaotic patterns observed beyond the Lifshitz frequency f(L), and a transition from a disordered to a hidden ordered state occurred at the f(L) with the increase of the frequency of the applied voltages.  相似文献

We have been developing a new laser spectroscopic technique “OROCHI,” which is based on the combination of superfluid helium as a stopper of radioactive isotope (RI) beam and in-situ laser spectroscopy of RI atoms, for determining spins and moments of exotic RIs. By using this unique technique, it is feasible to measure nuclear spins and electromagnetic moments of extremely low yield RI (estimated as less than 1 pps). Recently, we have demonstrated that nuclear spins and moments are obtained from Zeeman and hyperfine splittings of stable Rb isotopes measured using this OROCHI technique. Details of this laser spectroscopy method in He II “OROCHI” and the summary of our development are presented.  相似文献

A new bis(phenoxy‐imine)Zr complex has been developed. This complex in conjunction with iBu3Al/Ph3CB(C6F5)4 at 70°C produces ultrahigh‐molecular‐weight amorphous ethylene/propylene copolymer with a weight‐average molecular weight of 10 200 000 g/mol versus polystyrene standards, which represents the highest molecular weight known for linear, synthetic copolymers to date.  相似文献

Abscisic acid (ABA, 1) is a plant hormone that regulates various plant physiological processes such as seed developing and stress responses. The ABA signaling system has been elucidated; binding of ABA with PYL proteins triggers ABA signaling. We have previously reported a new method to isolate a protein targeted with a bioactive small molecule using a biotin linker with alkyne and amino groups, a protein cross-linker, and a bioactive small molecule with an azido group (azido probe). This method was used to identify the unknown ABA binding protein of Arabidopsis thaliana. As a result, AtTrxh3, a thioredoxin, was isolated as an ABA binding protein. Our developed method can be applied to the identification of binding proteins of bioactive compounds.  相似文献

Polyolefin industry is now under a remarkable change of international supply-demand framework and its market is splitting into commodity and high performance products. It is getting more important for a material being harmless and comfortable, while the “life cycle cost”, which includes the cost during use and the recycle cost after use, is regarded as more important to evaluate a material. Those changes are accelerating the inter-material penetration. Several examples of the material design and production technologies, which responded to the changing market needs and developed new applications of polyolefin, are discussed.  相似文献
