Photoelectrochemical cells based on oxotitanylphthalocyanine (TiOPc) films and an I(3)(-)/I(-) redox couple have been constructed. The TiOPc films were prepared on an indium-tin oxide coated glass plate (ITO) by the micellar disruption method and characterized by their unique nanoporous structure. A photocurrent action spectrum for input radiation directed through the ITO/TiOPc film, film-thickness dependence, and morphological investigation revealed that the cells consisted of a bulk heterojunction formed between the nanoporous TiOPc films and the liquid I3-/I- electrolyte, resulting in a larger short-circuit current (J(sc)= 2.1 mA/cm(2)), open-circuit voltage (V(oc)= 0.11 V), fill factor (ff= 0.31), and hence a larger energy conversion efficiency (eta= 0.13% for an incident white-light intensity of 53 mW/cm2) than the bilayer structure composed of the vaccum-evaporated TiOPc compact film and the I(3)(-)/I(-) electrolyte (J(sc)= 0.16 mA/cm(2), V(oc)= 0.018 V, ff = 0.27, and eta = (1.5 x 10(-3)%).  相似文献

We have prepared two types of one-dimensional ion-conductive polymer films containing ion nanochannels that are both perpendicular and parallel to the film surface. These films have been obtained by photopolymerization of aligned columnar liquid crystals of a fan-shaped imidazolium salt having acrylate groups at the periphery. In the columnar structure, the ionic part self-assembles into the inner part of the column. The column is oriented macroscopically in two directions by different methods: orientation perpendicular to the modified surfaces of glass and indium tin oxide with 3-(aminopropyl)triethoxysilane and orientation parallel to a glass surface by mechanical shearing. Ionic conductivities have been measured for the films with columnar orientation vertical and parallel to the surface. Anisotropic ionic conductivities are observed for the oriented films fixed by photopolymerization. The ionic conductivities parallel to the columnar axis are higher than those perpendicular to the columnar axis because the lipophilic part functions as an ion-insulating part. The film with the columns oriented vertically to the surface shows an anisotropy of ionic conductivities higher than that of the film with the columns aligned parallel to the surface.  相似文献

Much analysis has been done to derive similar inequalities for other graph parameters, all of which are integer-valued. We determine here the optimal Nordhaus-Gaddum inequalities for the circular chromatic number and the fractional chromatic number, the first examples of Nordhaus-Gaddum inequalities where the graph parameters are rational-valued.  相似文献

Absence of nonradiative recombination (NRR) centers inside GaAs wells and at GaAs/Al0.2Ga0.8As hetero-interfaces in a Si modulation-doped GaAs/Al0.2Ga0.8As multiple quantum well (MQW) structure became clear for the first time by an improved two-wavelength excited photoluminescence (PL). The NRR parameters of modulation and uniform-doped MQWs were determined self-consistently by combining the analysis of the PL intensity change due to the below-gap excitation with the internal quantum efficiency and the recombination lifetime. These results showed the superiority of modulation-doping scheme over that of uniform-doping for light emitting devices.  相似文献

Strong films were prepared from an RNA/lipid complex by casting from organic solutions. RNA (mainly tRNA) was extracted from yeasts, followed by a replacement of the sodium counterions of the tRNA phosphate units by cationic amphiphiles. RNA units in the RNA/lipid film could be aligned in one direction by stretching due to the presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The film showed physical strength and was biodegradable.  相似文献
