A copper(II) complex containing the ceftobiprole drug and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) has been synthesized and characterized by UV–vis, FT-IR and mass spectra, and elemental analysis. The binding interaction between [Cu(cef)(phen)Cl2] complex and human serum albumin (HSA) was investigated using absorption, fluorescence emission and circular dichroism spectroscopies, and molecular docking. Thermodynamic parameters (ΔH < 0 and ΔS < 0) indicated that the hydrogen bond and van der Waals interactions played main roles in the binding of complex [Cu(cef)(phen)Cl2] to HSA. The results of CD and UV–vis spectroscopy showed that the binding of [Cu(cef)(phen)Cl2] to HSA induces some conformational changes in HSA. Displacement experiments predicted that the binding of [Cu(cef)(phen)Cl2] complex to HSA is located within domain III, Sudlow’s site 2, and these observations were substantiated by molecular docking studies. 相似文献

The 1,4-pentadienyl (vinylallyl) radical has been observed for the first time by optical spectroscopy. An excitation spectrum is recorded on m/z 67 by resonant two-color two-photon ionization spectroscopy. Several bands are observed with the origin transition identified at 19 449 cm(-1). The spectrum is assigned by a comparison with ab initio frequencies calculated at the CASPT2/cc-pVTZ level of theory, with an accompanying Franck-Condon calculation of the excitation spectrum, including Dushinsky mixing. The b(1) and a(2) outer C-C bond torsional modes are calculated to halve in frequency upon electronic excitation, bringing about their appearance in the excitation spectrum. This can be readily understood by considering the torsional sensitivity of the frontier molecular orbital energies. High-level quantum chemical calculations of the radical stabilization energy, resulting in a value of nearly 120 kJ mol(-1), provide quantitative confirmation that this radical is highly stabilized. 相似文献

A new magnetic heterogeneous catalyst was synthesized by immobilization of nickel ions onto a cross‐linked polymeric nanocomposite composed of cyanuric chloride, ethylenediamine and functionalized magnetic nanoparticles. The resulting nitrogen rich support was capable of adsorbing large amounts of nickel ions (1.20 mmol g?1). The synthesized catalyst was characterized using AAS, TEM, FT‐IR, EDX, TGA, SEM, BET and XRD techniques. The performance of the prepared catalyst was investigated in the C‐N coupling of arylamines with aryl boronic acids. The reaction was carried out under a mild condition and good to moderate to good yields of products was obtained using only 5.0 mol% of the catalyst. The catalyst was easily recovered and reused for at least 7 times without any significant loss of its activity. 相似文献

Novel polymer metal complexes were prepared by the condensation polymerization of a polymeric ligand with transition metal ions of Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II). The polymeric ligand was prepared by the addition polymerization of urea with toluene 2,4‐diisocyanate in 1:1 molar ratio. The polymeric ligand and its polymer metal complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 13C‐NMR, and1H‐NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance). The geometry was determined by electronic spectra and magnetic moment measurement. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was utilized to find out the degradation process of the polyurea ligand and the polymer metal complexes. The TGA data revealed that all the metal‐containing polyureas are much more thermally stable than the corresponding polyurea ligand. The surface morphology of the polyurea ligand and cobalt(II)‐containing polyureas was determined by scanning electron micrographs. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of all the synthesized polymers were investigated against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Bacillus subtilis (bacteria) and Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, and Aspergillus flavus (fungi). These compounds show remarkably good biocidal activities, which were enhanced after complexation with the metal. Batch adsorption studies of the ligand were carried out for malachite green dye, and the polyurea ligand was found to be a good adsorbent for this dye. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

A simple and selective method was developed for the preconcentration, separation, and determination of trace amounts of As(III) in an aqueous solution by solid phase extraction combined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Activated carbon (AC) was modified by sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaDDTC) and then used as a new, stable and easily prepared solid sorbent in a mini column for the extraction of As(III) in aqueous solution. Factors influencing the sorption and desorption of As(III), such as volume and concentration of eluent, sample pH, flow rate and effect of interfering ions on the recovery of As(III) have been systemically investigated. At pH 2.0 As(III) could be adsorbed quantitatively by NaDDTC‐AC, and then eluted completely with 2 mL of 3.0 mol·L?1 HNO3. The amount of eluted As(III) was measured using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection limit of As(III) was 0.04 ng·mL?1 with enrichment factor of 100 and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=8) was 1.58% at 10 ng·mL?1 level. 相似文献
