In this study, a novel magnetic mesoporous MCM‐41 silica supported ionic liquid/palladium complex (Fe3O4@MCM@IL/Pd) with core‐structure was prepared and characterized and its catalytic performance was developed under green conditions. The Fe3O4@MCM@IL/Pd was prepared via a post grafting method and was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, wide‐ and low‐angle powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, vibration sample magnetometer and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analyses. This was applied as an efficient and recoverable nanocatalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives under ultrasonic conditions. The catalyst was magnetically recovered and reused for 12 consecutive cycles without significant loss of its activity and selectivity.  相似文献

The three-component Hantzsch condensation of various aryl aldehydes, dimedone, and methyl 3-aminocrotonate was investigated in the presence of MCM-41-supported ZnNO3. The polyhydroquinoline products which were obtained under mild conditions and very easy workup were evaluated for anti-cancer activities against MCF-7, SK-BR-3, and HT-29 of breast and colon cancer cells. A green, reliable synthetic method and highly efficient one-pot three-component synthesis of 2,4,5-trisubstituted imidazoles from 1,2-diketones, aldehydes and ammonium acetate in the presence of recyclable magnetic graphitic carbon nitride nanocomposite (Fe3O4@g-C3N4) has been developed. Various imidazole derivatives were obtained in moderate to excellent yields and high purity after recrystallization from ethanol. Interestingly, the low-cost Fe3O4@g-C3N4 a nontoxic and inexpensive catalyst showed excellent recyclability using an external magnet without loss of parent catalytic activity even after ten cycles and its provides new opportunities for the truly environmental friendliness methodology.  相似文献

Micrometer‐sized functional nucleic acid (FNA) superstructures (denoted as 3D DNA) were examined as a unique class of biorecognition elements to produce highly functional bioactive paper surfaces. 3D DNA containing repeating sequences of either a DNA aptamer or DNAzyme was created from long‐chain products of rolling circle amplification followed by salt aging. The resulting 3D DNA retained its original spherical shape upon inkjet printing and adhered strongly to the paper surface via physisorption. 3D DNA paper sensors showed resistance to degradation by nucleases, suppressed nonspecific protein adsorption, and provided a much higher surface density of functional DNA relative to monomeric FNAs, making such species ideally suited for development of paper‐based biosensors.  相似文献

Some new bis-benzylidene-hydrazides were synthesized via a condensation reaction of the corresponding azo dyes with adipic acid dihydrazide. All compounds because of the three possible stereoisomers showed four sets of signals in NMR. The anion recognition studies exhibited that the nitro bis-benzylidene-hydrazide derivative acts as a highly sensitive and selective chromogenic sensor for naked-eye detection of CN¯ and AcO¯ ions, with a distinct color change from yellow to blue and yellow to purple, respectively. The limit of detection (LOD) was found for 1d toward CN¯ to be 1.1?μM. The result of the Job's plot indicated stoichiometry of binding between chemosensor and anions is found to be 1:2.  相似文献
