Polypyrrole (PPy) coatings were synthesized on copper by electrochemical polymerization of pyrrole monomer in aqueous acidic and basic solutions by cyclic voltammetry. The coatings were characterized with CV, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The corrosion protection aspects of PPy coatings have been investigated using the potentiodynamic polarization technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The potentiodynamic polarization measurements show that the PPy coating has ability to protect the copper against corrosion. It was concluded that a complete corrosion protective PPy film could not be obtained through direct electro-oxidation procedure. This may be due to copper dissolution in the monomer oxidation potential range.  相似文献

A simple, new two-step procedure for the synthesis of novel tricyclic pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives is described. The initially prepared polysubstituted pyrroles obtained via the four-component condensation of arylglyoxals, cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyls, aminoacetaldehyde dimethyl acetal, and β-keto esters subsequently underwent intramolecular acid-catalyzed cyclization to the desired products in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

The solubility of ketoconazole in binary mixtures of polyethylene glycol 200 (PEG 200) + water is reported at temperatures ranging from 298.2 to 318.2 K. The Jouyban–Acree model and its combined version including the van’t Hoff equation were used for correlating the reported data; the obtained mean relative deviations are 9.5 and 9.9 %, respectively. Also, two previously trained versions of the Jouyban–Acree model were used for predicting the reported data points in which the prediction errors were 34.6 and 31.0 %.  相似文献

As a main part of a railroad system, sleepers have important duty in conveying the load from rails to the ballast. The different situations in which the sleepers should function necessitate making them from different materials, such as various types of wood, reinforced concrete and even steel. In this work, the effects of Young’s modulus on response of railway sleeper are evaluated. As a main consideration, Winkler’s theorem is used to model the behavior of the elastic foundation. First, the response of a sleeper on a Winkler’s foundation is found. To evaluate the results of the closed form solution, a finite element model is used. Good agreement between the results of the closed form solution and the finite element model proves the validity of the results. In the next stage, the Young’s modulus is considered as a variable and the fundamental diagrams of the beam are plotted based on the variation of Young’s modulus.  相似文献

Alginate hydrogels are polysaccharide biopolymer networks widely useful in biomedical and food applications. Here, we report nonlinear mechanical responses of ionically crosslinked alginate hydrogels captured using large amplitude oscillatory shear experiments. Gelation was performed in situ in a rheometer and the rheological investigations on these samples captured the strain‐stiffening behavior for these gels as a function of oscillatory strain. In addition, negative normal stress was observed, which has not been reported earlier for any polysaccharide networks. The magnitude of negative normal stress increases with the applied strain amplitude and can exceed that of the shear stress at large‐strain. Fitting a constitutive relationship to the stress‐strain curves reveals that the mode of deformation involves stretching of the alginate chains and bending of both the chains and the junction zones. The contribution of bending increases near saturation of G blocks as Ca2+ concentration was increased. The results presented here provide an improved understanding of the deformation behavior of alginate hydrogels and such understanding can be extended to other crosslinked polysaccharide networks. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Solubility trend of naproxen in the presence of 5 and 10 mM of β-CD was measured at 298.2 K and compared with solubility profiles in the absence of β-CD for water + cosolvent mixtures. The saturated solutions of the given volume fractions were reached using shake-flask method, and then the solubility values were measured by UV spectrophotometric method at 256 nm. Afterwards, the experimental solubility data points of naproxen in water + ethanol (EtOH) and water + N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone with and without β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) were correlated with Jouyban–Acree model. Calculation results revealed that the back-calculated solubilities were in good agreement with the corresponding experimental values. By applying the correlated equations, one can rapidly predict the solubility of naproxen in all solvent compositions.  相似文献

In this paper, the design of a novel sandwich-type electrochemical aptasensor was reported for an ultrasensitive mercury ion (Hg2+) detection in water samples, which labeled with two-labeled aptamer (Apt) sequences. The used Apts were Apt1 and Apt2 as the capture and signal probe, respectively. The Apt1 probe was immobilized on the poly(4-aminobenzoic acid) (p-ABA) and quantum dots (QDs) film as the platform, as well as the Apt2 reporter was labeled with ferrocene. In the presence of Hg2+, the strong coordination complex has been formed between the specific thymine of the Apt1, Hg2+, as well as the thymine of the Apt as T–Hg2+–T adduct. The QDs and p-ABA were applied for increasing the conductivity of platform and suitable binding of the recognition elements. Under the optimized conditions, the constructed aptasensor illustrated either a wide linear relationship between the logarithm of Hg2+ concentration and current, from 0.05 to 100 nM and also an excellent low limit of detection of 0.01 nM. The quality of carefully choosing, an excellent stability and specificity sensitivity of the designed aptasensor, was investigated by spiked tap water samples as real sample. Moreover, the aptasensor exhibits the good reproducibility as well as has high selectivity for the other cations. The recoveries of the Hg2+ assay of the tap water samples were acquired satisfactorily which imply the generated aptasensor can use Hg2+ measurement in the real laboratories.
