Metal‐free oxidative C? C coupling by using polyalkoxybenzene‐derived diaryliodonium(III) salts as both the oxidant and aryl source has been developed. These salts can induce single‐electron‐transfer (SET) oxidation to yield electron‐rich arenes and subsequently transfer the polyalkoxyphenyl group into in situ generated aromatic radical cations to produce biaryl products. The reaction is promoted by a Lewis acid that activates the iodonium salts. It has been revealed that the reactivity of the salts under acidic conditions is quite different to their known behavior under basic conditions. The reactivity preference of a series of iodonium salts in the SET oxidation and their ligand transfer abilities have been systematically investigated and the results are summarized in this report. 相似文献

A chromoionophore-derived calix[4]crown, 1 , possessing an effective signal-controllable function by metal ionic inputs has been newly synthesized, whose function is mainly of our interest, by transforming the process of receptor activation to one that may be detected by an optical signal (i.e. color change), the basic feature of antagonist-agonist competition may be reproduced readily and visually detected. The process would be particularly new within the field of optical read-out receptors. Superconductivity and composition analysis of PbBaSr(Y, Ca)Cu3Oy with fixed ratio of Sr/Ba = 1 were studied. Synthesis condition and superconductivity of Pb(Ba, Sr)2(Y, Ca)Cu3Oy with various ratio of Sr/Ba and Ca/Y were also studied. It was found that Tc increased with increasing Ca concentration, and that Sr-rich specimens allowed to contain more Ca. PbBa0.8Sr1.2Y0.6Ca0.4Cu3O7 showed superconductivity with zero-resistance temperature of 42 K, which was higher than PbBaSrY0.7Ca0.3Cu3O7 with maximum Ca content for Sr/Ba = 1. Decrease in averaged ionic radii of Ba and Sr in Sr-rich compositions would be favorable for the contraction of Cu-O bonds by hole-doping via Ca substitution for Y. 相似文献

An l-glutamic acid-derived lipid with a terminal thiol has been synthesized and its corresponding self-assembled structure on Au(1 1 1) surfaces described. The surface morphology of the lipid self-assembled monolayer (SAM) exhibits nano-order patterning, where the height of the monolayer (approximately 1.5 nm) could be interpreted as due to the monolayer structure estimated from molecular models. The molecular orientation in the monolayer is almost perpendicular to the Au(1 1 1) surface depending on the three-point hydrogen-bonding sites in the molecule. 相似文献

Terthiophene-appended gold nanoparticles were prepared by the reduction of AuCl4−(C8H17)4N+ with NaBH4 in the presence of bis[2,5-di(3-hexylthiophen-2-yl)thiophene-3-carboxyloxyhexanyl]disulfide. A hexagonal self-assembly of particles with gold core diameters (1.9±0.1 nm) was detected by high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy. The electric conductivity of the iodine-doped film was 9.1×10−6 S cm−1, which was ascribable to the terthiophene-based inter-ligand π-π interactions. The Au/terthiophene hybrid spin-coated film consisted of a highly three-dimensional assembled structure of terthiophenes, as inferred from grazing-incidence small-angle X-ray scattering, indicating that such monodispersed and small-sized gold nanoparticles can serve as a template for this organization. In this study, a gold nanoparticle-templated assembly of oligothiophenes has been fabricated for proposing a method to develop tailor-made organizations of π-conjugated oligomers. 相似文献

We previously reported that topical irradiation of the eye by ultraviolet-B (UVB) activated hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA-A) of the mouse to increase 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA)-positive melanocytes in the skin by an inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)-dependent mechanism. This work demonstrates that irradiation of the eye by ultraviolet-A (UVA) specifically increased DOPA-positive cells in the mucosa of the jejunum and colon of C57BL/6J mice by some HPA- and iNOS-independent mechanism. UVA-induced increase in DOPA-positive cells in the intestine was inhibited by the administration of hexamethonium or prazosin plus propranolol, blockers for the sympathetic nervous system. UVA irradiation of the eye increased DOPA- and histidine decarboxylase (HDC)-positive cells in the intestinal mucosa of both C57BL/6J and WBB6F1/J mice but not in the mutant strain W/Wv of the latter that lack mast cells. UVA irradiation of the eye suppressed the intestinal peristalsis of control, hypophysectomized or iNOS(-/-) C57BL/6J mice by the mechanism that was inhibited by hexamethonium or prazosin plus propranolol. These observations suggest that UVA irradiation of the eye stimulated the sympathetic nervous system to increase the mucosal DOPA- and HDC-positive mast cells and suppressed the peristalsis of the small intestine of the mouse. 相似文献

manner by genetic engineering. The resulting lipoprotein was incorporated into the surface of liposomes by simple mixing.
