Longimicin C, a naturally occurring annonaceous acetogenin possessing a C2-symmetrical bis-THF moiety and a short hydrocarbon chain between its THF-containing region and a terminal γ-lactone, was synthesized for the first time. The total synthesis was successfully achieved by an iterative acetylene-epoxide coupling strategy. d-Mannitol was used to establish the bis-THF-containing segment, in which the additional stereochemistries were introduced by Sharpless dihydroxylations and intramolecular Williamson etherifications. Regioselective epoxide-openings by the appropriate terminal acetylenes allowed coupling and elaboration of all four fragments including the introduction of three essential hydroxyls into the proper sites of the target skeleton.  相似文献

A pressure-filter-template approach was employed to prepare polyelectrolyte nanotubes through layer-by-layer deposition in the alumina template. With the thicker wall, the ordered polymer nanotubes possess a high flexibility. The results demonstrate that the electrostatic interactions of polyelectrolytes play a key role in fabricating water-soluble charged polymer nanotubes. The structure of the polyelectrolyte nanotube was confirmed by SEM, TEM, and UV, respectively.  相似文献

The photodynamic effect of a photoproduct of protoporphyrin IX (PpIX) induced by 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) was investigated in WiDr cells, a human adenocarcinoma cell line. The fluorescence excitation and emission spectra of PpIX and the photoproduct were measured. After 1, 3 or 5 min exposure of the ALA-incubated cells to 140 mW/cm2 light at 635 nm, the photoproduct — the chlorin photoprotoporphyrin (Ppp), had an emission band around 670 nm. The Ppp excitation peak at 670 nm is well separated from the PpIX peak at 635 nm. The outcome of photodynamic therapy (PDT) was determined by measuring intracellular fluorescence intensity of propidium iodide (PI) 2 h following PDT and methylene blue (MB) staining 24 h following PDT. A significant increase in the fluorescence intensity of PI was noted when the ALA-loaded cells were exposed to 670 nm light after exposure to 635 nm, indicating enhanced cell membrane inactivation induced by the photodynamic action of the photoproduct. However, the fraction of the cells that survived following the same treatment as measured by MB staining was not significantly affected based on an analysis of variance. The fluorescence of PpIX decayed significantly during 635 nm light exposure. Exposure to light at 670 nm does not lead to any photodegradation of PpIX. The fluorescence of Ppp was bleached during 670 nm light exposure. Exposure of Ppp at 670 nm gives no PpIX back. Thus, the phototransformation of PpIX to Ppp is probably not a reversible process.  相似文献

The objectives of this paper are to understand the crystallization behavior of polypropylene(PP)composites with surface modified tetra-needle-shaped zinc oxide whisker(T-ZnOw).T-ZnOw was surface modified with different coupling agents,such as silane coupling agents(KH-550,KH-560)and titanate coupling agent(NDZ-105),in order to improve the compatibility between PP and T-ZnOw.DSC and POM were used to characterize the melt and crystallization behavior and the crystalline structures of the composites,respectively.The results show that the surface modified T-ZnOw acts as a nucleating agent of PP crystallization,depending on the coupling agent used for modification.KH-550 and KH-560 have more apparent role in improving the interfacial interaction than NDZ-105 and induce PP crystallization at higher temperature and with smaller spherulites size.The results also suggest that the crystallization behavior depends on not only the content of coupling agent,but also the content of the surface modified T-ZnOw used in the composites.  相似文献

A highly efficient and versatile method for construction of peptide macrocycles via palladium-catalyzed intramolecular S-arylation of alkyl and aryl thiols with aryl iodides under mild conditions is developed. The method exhibits a broad substrate scope for thiols, aryl iodides and amino acid units. Peptide macrocycles of a wide range of size and composition can be readily assembled in high yield from various easily accessible building blocks. This method has been successfully employed to prepare an 8-million-membered tetrameric cyclic peptide DNA-encoded library (DEL). Preliminary screening of the DEL library against protein p300 identified compounds with single digit micromolar inhibition activity.

基于陈皮甙在KIO3存在下产生的极谱催化波,拟定了测定陈皮甙的新方法。在 0.55 mol/L HAc-0.01mol/L NaAc(pH 4.00±0.05)-1.0×10~(-3)mol/L KIO3缓冲溶液中,陈皮甙催化波的峰电位为-1.35 V(vs,SCE),它的一阶导数峰峰电流与陈皮甙浓度在2.6 × 10~(-7)~2.6 × 10~(-6)mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9970,n=6)。本方法比现有的电化学方法灵敏度高一个数量级。可用于直接测定中草药贯众水提液中陈皮甙含量。  相似文献

The rheological behavior and the morphology in blends of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with ionomeric polyester were investigated over a wide range of different blending ratios. The ionomeric polyester is derived from PET modified through copolycondensation with sulfonate moiety, sodiosulfo isophthalate (Na-SIP), iso-phthalic acid (IPA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG). The results showed that the apparent viscosity and non-Newtonian index of the PET/ionomeric polyester blend system had a nonlinearity change with the change of the blend ratio of PET/ionomeric polyester. The anomaly of the viscous flow activation energy change was found as the content of ionomeric polyester was about 40% (w/w) in the blend system, suggesting the presence of physical cross-linked structure formed by strong polar tangling points and the phase separation owing to poor compatibility between the PET and ionomeric polyester. The morphology and thermal behavior of the blends were observed, respectively, with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and atomic force microscopy (AMF).  相似文献
