A novel SiC precursor, A-PMS, was synthesized through a reaction of polymethylsilane (PMS) with SbCl3, where the Si-H in PMS reacts with Sb-Cl to form Si-Sb bond with HCl evaporated. A-PMS was used as a precursor to prepare Cf/SiC ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) via polymer infiltration and pyrolysis (PIP) process. It is evident that SbCl3 plays a very important role in promoting chain crosslinking, transforming of the Si-Si into Si-C bonds and stabilizing PMS from very high oxidation trend of the active Si-H bonds. A-PMS keeps liquid at room temperature that is suitable for the infiltration in the absence of any solvent. A-PMS can be cured into a fully crosslinked structure at 320 °C that leads to a very high ceramic yield up to 91% and an Si/C ratio near 1.12 after pyrolysis. The resulted CMCs samples reached a density of 1.76 g cm−3 and a flexural strength of 381 MPa after only four infiltration-pyrolysis cycles.  相似文献

Plasmon-enhanced electrochemiluminescence (ECL) at the single-nanoparticle (NP) level was investigated by ECL microscopy. The Au NPs were assembled into an ordered array, providing a high-throughput platform that can easily locate each NP in sequential characterizations. A strong dependence of ECL intensity on Au NP configurations was observed. We demonstrate for the first time that at the single-particle level, the ECL of Ru(bpy)32+-TPrA was majorly quenched by small Au NPs (<40 nm), while enhanced by large Au ones (>80 nm) due to the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR). Notably, the ECL intensity was further increased by the coupling effect of neighboring Au NPs. Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) simulations conformed well with the experimental results. This plasmon enhanced ECL microscopy for arrayed single NPs provides a reliable tool for screening electrocatalytic activity at a single particle.  相似文献

Herein, bioinspired total syntheses of A201A, A201D, and A201E based on a previously reported biosynthetic pathway are presented. The challenging 1,2-cis-furanoside, a core structure of the A201 family, was obtained by remote 2-quinolinecarbonyl-assisted glycosylation. We accomplished the total synthesis of A201A and A201E based on the critical 1,2-cis-furanoside moiety through late-stage glycosylation without any interference from basic dimethyl adenosine. We also confirmed the absolute configuration of A201E by total synthesis. This modular synthesis strategy enables efficient preparation of A201 family antibiotics, allowing the study of their structure–activity relationships and mode of action. This study satisfies the increasing demand for developing novel antibiotics inspired by the A201 family.  相似文献

用石墨烯和Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O作为原料,利用超声辅助法合成了锂离子电池的负极材料CoO纳米颗粒/中空石墨烯纳米纤维复合物.采用X射线衍射(XRD)确定材料的物相组成,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察材料的表面形貌和微观结构,采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)确定材料的价态结构.采用循环伏安、恒电流充放电和交流阻抗谱表征材料的电化学性能.结果显示,在100 mA/g的电流密度下,循环了160次后,可逆容量仍超过800 mA/g,库仑效率保持在99%以上.该材料优异的电化学性能主要归因于石墨烯的中空纤维结构,中空内部可以容纳电解液,能直接将离子输送到颗粒表面,实现了离子的快速传输;二维中空纤维搭建成三维网络结构,实现了三维电子传导网络.  相似文献

Pore environment and aggregated structure play a vital role in determining the properties of porous materials, especially regarding the mass transfer. Reticular chemistry imparts covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with well-aligned micro/mesopores, yet constructing hierarchical architectures remains a great challenge. Herein, we reported a COF-to-COF transformation methodology to prepare microtubular COFs. In this process, the C3-symmetric guanidine units decomposed into C2-symmetric hydrazine units, leading to the crystal transformation of COFs. Moreover, the aggregated structure and conversion degree varied with the reaction time, where the hollow tubular aggregates composed of mixed COF crystals could be obtained. Such hierarchical architecture leads to enhanced mass transfer properties, as proved by the adsorption measurement and chemical catalytic reactions. This self-template strategy was successfully applied to another four COFs with different building units.  相似文献

Adsorptive separation is an energy-efficient alternative, but its advancement has been hindered by the challenge of industrially potential adsorbents development. Herein, a novel ultra-microporous metal-organic framework ZU-901 is designed that satisfies the basic criteria raised by ethylene/ethane (C2H4/C2H6) pressure swing adsorption (PSA). ZU-901 exhibits an “S” shaped C2H4 curve with high sorbent selection parameter (65) and could be mildly regenerated. Through green aqueous-phase synthesis, ZU-901 is easily scalable with 99 % yield, and it is stable in water, acid, basic solutions and cycling breakthrough experiments. Polymer-grade C2H4 (99.51 %) could be obtained via a simulating two-bed PSA process, and the corresponding energy consumption is only 1/10 of that of simulating cryogenic distillation. Our work has demonstrated the great potential of pore engineering in designing porous materials with desired adsorption and desorption behavior to implement an efficient PSA process.  相似文献

Monodispersed Fe3O4/polypyrrole (PPy) hollow particles were synthesized via controllable in-situ deposition and polymerization techniques using poly(styrene-co-acrylic) (PSA) latex as template. Field-dependent magnetization plot illustrates that the capsules are superparamagnetic at 300 K. FTIR spectrum confirms that the myoglobin (Mb) molecule adsorbed on the surface of Fe3O4/PPy hollow particle essentially retains its native structure. Furthermore, direct electrochemistry of Mb can be realized on Fe3O4/PPy capsules modified pyrolytic graphite disk electrode, which indicates that the magnetic conductive polymer capsules can promote the electron transfer of protein.  相似文献

在水热条件下,对苯二甲酸(H2Bdc)和2-(3-吡啶基)苯并咪唑(3-PyHBIm)与Cd(NO3)2、Zn(NO3)2反应,得到配合物{[Cd(3-PyHBIm)(Bdc)(H2O)2](H2Bdc)1/2}n (1)、[Zn(3-PyHBIm)2(Bdc)(H2O)2]n (2)。单晶X-射线衍射结构分析表明,两个化合物均呈一维聚合结构,3-PyHBIm配体采用吡啶氮原子单齿配位。在配合物1中,对苯二甲酸根作为四齿配体,桥联Cd(II)离子,形成一维锯齿链状配位聚合物,两个水分子呈顺式配位。该化合物含有对苯二甲酸客体分子,通过强的氢键,构成三维超分子框架。在配合物2中,对苯二甲酸根作为双齿配体,结合Zn(II)离子,形成直线链状配位聚合物,两个水分子呈反式配位。两个配位聚合物都对热稳定,在固体状态下,呈蓝色发光。  相似文献

A new compound 8-chloro-5,6,7-trihydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenethyl)-5,6,7,8-tetralaydro-4H-chromen-4-one (1) was isolated from the Chinese eaglewood [Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg]. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Compound I showed cytotoxicity against human gastric cancer cell line (SGC-7901) in vitro by MTT method with the IC50 value of 14.6 μg/mL.  相似文献
