V2O3 nanopowder with spherical particles was prepared by reducing pyrolysis of the precursor, (NH4)5[(VO)6(CO3)4(OH)9]·10H2O, in H2 atmosphere. The thermolysis process of the precursor in a H2 flow was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis. The results indicate that pure V2O3 forms at 620°C and crystallizes at 730°C. The effects of various reductive pyrolysis conditions on compositions of V2O3 products were studied. Scanning electron micrographs show that the particles of the V2O3 powder obtained at 650°C for 1 h are spherical about 30 nm in size with more homogeneous distribution. Experiments show that nanopowder has larger adsorption capacity to gases and is more easily reoxidized by air at room temperature than micropowder. Differential scanning calorimetry experiment indicates that the temperature of phase transition of nano-V2O3 powder is −119.5°C on cooling or −99.2°C on heating. The transition heats are −12.55 J g−1 on cooling and 11.42 J g−1 on heating, respectively.  相似文献

A highly-efficient preparative procedure for ( R, S )- and ( S, S)-pyrroHdine-2-carboxyHc acid 3,5-dioxa-4-boracyclohepta[2, 1-α ; 3,4-α′] dlnaphthalen-4-yl esters [ namely ( R, S )-BNBAP and (S, S )-BNBAP] is described and the crystal structure of (R, S )-BNBAP was obtained. The data indicate that ( R, S )-BNBAP is a spirocyclic inner borate salt with almost normal te-trahedral configuration. This structural form may be the basic reason for their high chemical, optical and thermodynamic sta-bility.  相似文献

Solid phase microextraction (SPME) then capillary gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection have been used for determination of nine phenyl compounds in snow water in Beijing City. Headspace extraction with a fiber coated with 100 µm PDMS was used to extract the compounds. Extraction and desorption times were optimized at 8 and 2 min, respectively. Relative standard deviation (RSD) of the analytical method was found to be less than 5%. The linear range was wide and limits of detection were less than 5 ng mL−1 for the nine target analytes. Several phenyl compounds at ng mL−1 levels were detected in snow samples in Beijing, indicating the corresponding air pollution.  相似文献

Electron momentum distributions for outer valence orbitals of CF2Cl2 have been obtained by (e,2e) electron momentum spectroscopy at an incident energy of 1200 eV + binding energy. The experimental electron momentum profiles are compared with Hartree-Fock and density functional theory (DFT) calculations using B3LYP hybrid functional with the 6-31G and 6-311+G* basis sets. Generally, the shapes of the experimental momentum profiles are well reproduced by DFT calculations using larger basis sets 6-311 + G*. An attempt has been made to clarify the ordering of the outer valence orbitals, which have been in controversy, by comparing experimental results with B3LYP/6-311 + G* calculations.  相似文献

As an important microbial resource, Actinomycetes, especially Streptomyces, have important application values in medicine and biotechnology. Streptomyces fungicidicus SYH3 was isolated from soil samples in tomato-growing areas and showed good inhibitory effects on Alternaria solani in tomato. To obtain pure active compounds, SYH3 fermentation broth was subjected to XAD-16 macroporous resin and silica gel column chromatography. Combined with the repeated preparation and separation of preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), a total of four monomer compounds were obtained after activity tracking. Compound 4 was identified as a new six-membered lactone ring compound named 6-(5-hydroxy-6-methylheptyl)-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one by 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data and mass spectrometry (MS). The other three active compounds belong to the cyclodipeptide, and their half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) values against A. solani were 43.4, 42.9, and 30.6 μg/mL, respectively. Compound 4 significantly inhibited the spore germination and induced swollen and deformed local hyphae of A. solani with an IC50 value of 24.9 μg/mL. Compound 4 also had broad-spectrum antifungal activity and had a good antifungal effect on the tested plant-pathogenic fungi. The modes of action of new compound (4) still require further investigation, representing a novel and effective anti-fungal agent for future application.  相似文献

The metabolites produced by the larvae of Bactrocera dorsalis (Diptera: Tephritidae) exposed to different doses of irradiation were analyzed using solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and a metabonomic analysis method of irradiated insects based on GC-MS was established. The analysis revealed 67 peaks, of which 23 peaks were identified. The metabolites produced by larvae treated with different irradiation doses were compared by multivariate statistical analysis, and eight differential metabolites were selected. Irradiation seriously influenced the fatty acid metabolic pathway in larvae. Using the R platform combined with the method of multivariate statistical analysis, changes to metabolite production under four irradiation doses given to B. dorsalis larvae were described. Differential metabolites of B. dorsalis larvae carried chemical signatures that indicated irradiation dose, and this method is expected to provide a reference for the detection of irradiated insects.  相似文献

为测定粉末材料的紫外波段二阶非线性光学特性,根据Kurtz-Perry粉末倍频效应理论,开展了紫外粉末二阶非线性光学性能测试的研究。测试光源为氙灯泵浦的Nd∶YAG-KTP电光调Q激光器,KTP为二倍频晶体,输出波长532 nm,单脉冲能量100 mJ,重复频率1~10 Hz,脉冲宽度为8 ns。为保证266 nm光的透过率,采用紫外融石英做窗口片,型号为JGS1;为保证测试的准确性,选择光栅光谱仪分光。经紫外常用的KDP、LBO、BBO等测试,证明本方法具有稳定可靠、判别精度高、操作简单等优点,可以有效地定性或半定量测试材料的紫外二阶非线性光学性能,为研究紫外二阶非线性光学材料提供了一种重要的测试手段。  相似文献
