Acylation of imidazolidin-2-one with readily available N-acylbenzotriazoles, in the presence of K2CO3, produced 1-acylimidazolidin-2-ones and N,N′-diacyl-imidazolidin-2-one in moderate to good yields. The utilization of N-acylbenzotriazoles which make the reaction simple and mild, may be especially advantageous when the corresponding acid chlorides are not stable or not easily prepared. It's also an example of the reaction of N-acylbenzotriazoles and amide.  相似文献

A facile and efficient procedure has been developed by one-pot condensation of β-naphthol, aldehydes, and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds for the synthesis of 8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen-11-one or 8,9-dihydrobenzo-[f]cyclopenta[b]chromen-10(11H)-one derivatives catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid under solvent-free and sonication conditions.  相似文献

A new family of branched catalysts with hydrocarbon or fluorocarbon chains was used to catalyze Friedländer reaction between 2-aminoarylketones and α-methylene ketones under solvent-free conditions in good to excellent yields. The catalysts exhibit temperature-dependent solubility and such a thermomorphic character allows them to be recovered by filtration conveniently at room temperature and reused at least five times. To some extent, the branched catalysts with hydrocarbon chains are superior to those with fluorocarbon chains, as they are cheaper and more biodegradable.  相似文献

In Western blotting, a suitable loading control is indispensable for correcting errors in the total amount of loaded protein. Immunodetection of housekeeping proteins and total protein staining have traditionally been used as loading control methods. Direct Blue 71 (DB71) staining—a novel, sensitive, dye‐binding staining method compatible with immunodetection—may offer advantages over these traditional loading control methods. Three common neuroscientific samples (human plasma, human oligodendrocytes, and rat brain) were employed to assess DB71 staining as a loading control method for Western blotting. DB71, CBB, one traditional housekeeping protein, and one protein of interest were comparatively assessed for reliability and repeatability and linear dynamic range over 2.5–40 μg of protein loaded. DB71's effect on the reliability and repeatability and linear dynamic range of immunoreaction were also assessed. Across all three sample types, DB71 was either equivalent or superior to CBB and housekeeping protein‐based methods in terms of reliability and repeatability and linear dynamic range. Across all three sample types, DB71 staining did not impair the reliability and repeatability or linear dynamic range of immunoreaction. Our results demonstrate that the DB71 staining can be used as a destaining‐free alternative loading control method for Western blotting.  相似文献

在空气气氛和N2中热处理表面均匀分散有尿素和氯化钯的纳米管钛酸,制备了两个系列Pd/N共掺杂的TiO2光催化剂,并对所得样品进行了X射线衍射、透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、荧光光谱和电子自旋共振等表征.结果表明,焙烧气氛对样品的形貌、晶体结构、光谱吸收、生成的氧空位浓度和可见光光催化性能的影响很大,其中在空气气氛中制备的样品光催化性能优于在N2中制备的样品.在可见光(λ≥420nm)照射下,以丙烯为模型污染物考察了样品的光催化活性,发现在空气中400℃下焙烧的样品具有最佳的可见光催化活性.另外,讨论了Pd/N共掺杂TiO2光催化剂具有可见光响应的机理,认为掺杂的Pd/N元素和制备过程中生成的氧空位是影响可见光催化性能的重要因素.  相似文献

Nitrogen doped TiO2 (N-TiO2) nanoparticles with about 30 nm in size were produced by a sol–gel method and characterized respectively by UV–vis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Their photocatalytic antibacterial properties were evaluated by the antibacterial ratio against Escherichia coli in dark and under simulated sunlight respectively. The XRD pattern showed that the doped nano-TiO2 was mainly composed of anatase phase. The XPS spectra of the N-TiO2 sample indicated that TiO2 was doped by nitrogen atom. The nitrogen doping created a new N 2p state slightly above the valence band top consists of O 2p state, and this pushes up the valence band top and decreased the band gap. Which leaded to the absorption edge was red-shifted to the visible light region of UV–vis spectra of nitrogen doped nano-TiO2 comparing with pure nano-TiO2. The antibacterial percentage of N-TiO2 against E. coli reached to 90 % under simulated sunlight for 2 h, which was much better than that in dark, also than that of pure nano-TiO2. The photo-catalytic antibacterial activity was activated under visible light. The structure and integrity of cell wall and cell membrane were destructed, and even caused the bacteria death.  相似文献

This work reports the synthesis, radiolabeling and preliminary biodistribution results in tumor-bearing mice of 99mTc(CO)3-labeled pegylated (PEG) 2-nitroimidazoles for tumor hypoxia imaging. The novel 2-nitroimidazole derivatives were successfully synthesized by conjugation of tridendate chelators to 2-nitroimidazole via PEG3 linker. Radiolabeling was performed in high yield with [99mTc(CO)3]+ core to get cationic [99mTc(CO)3(BPA-PEG3-NIM)]+, neutral [99mTc(CO)3(AOPA-PEG3-NIM)] and anionic [99mTc(CO)3(IDA-PEG3-NIM)]? respectively, all of which were hydrophilic and stable at room temperature. Biodistribution studies in tumor-bearing mice showed that 99mTc(CO)3-labeled pegylated 2-nitroimidazoles accumulated in the tumor with low uptake. 99mTc-chelate and charge had significant impact on partition coefficient, radiotracer tumor uptake and pharmacokinetic properties. The results indicate the need for synthetic modification of the parent 2-nitroimidazole derivatives and the 99mTc-chelate with a view to improve the tumor targeting efficacy and in vivo kinetic profiles.  相似文献

Electrospray laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (ELDI/MS) allows the rapid desorption and ionization of proteins from solutions under ambient conditions. In this study, we have demonstrated the use of ELDI/MS to efficiently examine the integrity of the proteins stored in various solutions before they were further used for other biochemical tests. The protein standards were prepared in the solutions containing buffers, organic salts, inorganic salts, strong acid, strong base, and organic solvents, respectively, to simulate those collected from solvent extraction, filtration, dialysis, or chromatographic separation. Other than the deposit of a drop of the sample solution on the metallic sample plate in an ELDI source, no additional sample pretreatment is needed. The sample drop was then irradiated with a pulsed laser; this led to desorption of the analyte molecules, which subsequently entered the ESI plume to undergo post-ionization. Because adjustment of the composition of the sample solution is unnecessary, this technique appears to be useful for rapidly evaluating the integrity of proteins after storage or prior to further biochemical treatment. In addition, when using acid-free and low-organic-solvent ESI solutions for ELDI/MS analysis, the native conformations of the proteins in solution could be detected.

纳米载药脂质体的物理化学稳定性,是其实际应用中的关键问题。文章采用薄膜旋转蒸发法-超声法制备了白藜芦醇纳米脂质体(RES-Lip),采用透射电子显微镜观察其微观形貌,并考察RES-Lip的物理化学稳定性。通过电导法测定了RES-Lip的相变温度(Tm),及其在凝聚过程的凝聚速率常数(Kco)和表观活化能(Eco);采用动态透析-紫外分光光度法,研究了温度和pH对RES-Lip降解的影响。结果表明,RES-Lip为球形囊泡结构,粒径小于100 nm;RES-Lip的相变温度为64℃;凝聚速率常数Kco随体系温度升高而升高;表观活化能Eco为86.056 kJ/mol;RES-Lip的降解符合一级动力学模型,降解的表观活化能Ea为59.3157 kJ/mol,降解过程是吸热、自发、熵增过程。本实验制备得到的RES-Lip在4℃、pH=7.40的条件下储存,稳定性较好。  相似文献

传统合成氨工艺存在能耗高、污染严重的问题. 因此, 高效、低能耗绿色合成氨工艺的开发迫在眉睫. 光电化学以H2O和N2为原料, 可以在太阳光驱动下, 在常温常压条件下实现氨的合成, 因而受到广泛重视. 但总的来说, 效率和产率都达不到实际要求. 新型高效催化剂及工艺的开发是提高合成氨产率及效率的关键. 非贵金属催化剂具备成本低、来源广泛、可操作性强的优势, 有利于光电化学合成氨的产业化. 本实验采用溶胶凝胶结合原位热裂解的方法制备了分散性好、结构均匀的BiOCl-Fe2O3@TiO2复合材料, 对其物相、微观结构、表面状态、光学性能、电学性能等方面进行了系统表征, 并探究了该材料在常温常压下光电化学合成氨的催化活性. 结果表明, 同纯介孔TiO2相比, BiOCl-Fe2O3@TiO2的吸收带隙变窄, 可见光吸收能力增强, 光生载流子的利用率增加, 光电合成氨的产率提升了7倍, 且BiOCl-Fe2O3@TiO2显示了优异的化学稳定性. 本研究工作为绿色合成氨催化材料及工艺设计提供了新思路.  相似文献
