[reaction: see text] Nitrogen-containing 15-membered triacetylenic macrocycles known as 1,6,11-tris(arylsulfonyl)-1,6,11-triazacyclopentadeca-3,8,13-triynes (1) and enediynic macrocycles called 1,6,11-tris(arylsulfonyl)-1,6,11-triazacyclopentadeca-3-ene-8,13-diynes (4 and 5) were satisfactorily prepared. [2+2+2] cycloisomerization processes catalyzed by transition metals were tested in the above-mentioned macrocycles. Readily available and familiar cyclotrimerization precatalysts were examined for efficiency. Among them, the RhCl(CO)(PPh(3))(2) complex was found to catalyze the cycloisomerization reaction giving the desired cycloadducts in high yields.  相似文献

The steady-state fluorescence emission from the local anaesthetic tetracaine (TCA) in water–solvent mixtures and in the presence of α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrin (CD) was investigated at various pH values. Emission was observed from the locally and the intramolecular charge transfer excited states. The TCA–CD system was found to be characterised by 1:1 associate in every case. In this work, the ternary complex formation among copper(II), 6-methylpicolinic acid (H6Mepic) as primary ligand, and the amino acids aspartic acid (H2Asp), glutamic acid (H2Glu) and histidine (HHis) as secondary ligands, were studied in aqueous solution at 25 °C using 1.0 mol·dm?3 KNO3 as the ionic medium. Analysis of the potentiometric data using the least squares computational program LETAGROP indicates formation of the species [Cu(6Mepic)]+, Cu(6Mepic)(OH), [Cu(6Mepic)(OH)2]?, Cu(6Mepic)2 and [Cu(6Mepic)3]? in the binary Cu(II)–H6Mepic system. In the ternary Cu(II)–H6Mepic–H2Asp system the complexes [Cu(6Mepic)(H2Asp)]+, Cu(6Mepic)(HAsp), [Cu(6Mepic)(Asp)]? and [Cu(6Mepic)(Asp)(OH)]2? were observed. In the case of the Cu(II)–H6Mepic–H2Glu system the complexes Cu(6Mepic)(HGlu), [Cu(6Mepic)(Glu)]?, [Cu(6Mepic)(Glu)(OH)]2? and [Cu(6Mepic)(glu)(OH)2]3? were detected. Finally, in the Cu(II)–H6Mepic–HHis system the complexes [Cu(6Mepic)(HHis)]+, Cu(6Mepic)(His) and [Cu(6Mepic)(His)(OH)]? were observed. The species distribution diagrams as a function of pH are briefly discussed.  相似文献

The topological analysis of the electron density for electronic excited states under the formalism of the quantum theory of atoms in molecules using time‐dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) is presented. Relaxed electron densities for electronic excited states are computed by solving a Z‐vector equation which is obtained by means of the Sternheimer interchange method. This is in contrast to previous work in which the electron density for excited states is obtained using DFT instead of TDDFT, that is, through the imposition of molecular occupancies in accordance with the electron configuration of the excited state under consideration. Once the electron density of the excited state is computed, its topological characterization and the properties of the atoms in molecules are obtained in the same manner that for the ground state. The analysis of the low‐lying singlet and triplet vertical excitations of CO and C6H6 are used as representative examples of the application of this methodology. Altogether, it is shown how this procedure provides insights on the changes of the electron density following photoexcitation and it is our hope that it will be useful in the study of different photophysical and photochemical processes. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling cascades are activated by diverse stimuli such as growth factors, cytokines, neurotransmitters and various types of cellular stress. Our evolving understanding of these signal cascades has been facilitated by genetic analyses and physiological characterization in model organisms such as the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans. Genetic and biochemical studies in C. elegans have shed light on the physiological roles of MAPK cascades in the control of cell fate decision, neuronal function and immunity. Recently it was demonstrated that MAPK signaling is also important for axon regeneration in C. elegans, and the use of C. elegans as a model system has significantly advanced our understanding of the largely conserved molecular mechanisms underlying axon regeneration. This review summarizes our current understanding of the role and regulation of MAPK signaling in C. elegans axon regeneration.  相似文献

(C4N2H12)CrO(H1.5PO4)2·H2O has been synthesized hydrothermally using piperazine as organic template. Its crystal structure was solved ab initio using synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction data [monoclinic, a = 16.9649(4) Å, b = 9.8609(2) Å, c = 7.14375(14) Å, and β = 94.896(3)°, space group P21/a, Z = 4]. 1D structure is composed by isolated infinite anionic chains [CrO(H1.5PO4)2]n (vertex-sharing {CrO6} octahedra joined by phosphate moieties). Their 2D plate-like morphology is propitiated by a very strong inter-chain interaction (P–O···H···O–P symmetric hydrogen bonds). KAS isoconversional method was applied to determine the activation energy for both thermal and thermo-oxidative decomposition of (C4N2H12)CrO(H1.5PO4)2·H2O.  相似文献

Formation of back corona and its effect on the voltage–current characteristics, etc., have been analysed by several authors. It has also been examined how the harmful effect of back corona can be reduced, for example by the application of pulse energisation. However, to find an optimal solution, modelling of the back corona effect is necessary. Different back corona models were created to estimate the time of its development, the change in current–voltage characteristics, the decrease in particle charge and finally, the collection efficiency of the ESP with back corona. In this paper the authors present an improved numerical ESP model that is capable of determining the parameters of back corona in such cases, when pulse energisation is applied for the power supply of the electrostatic precipitator. Based on the modular structure of the model, different modules calculate the distribution of gas velocity, electric field intensity, particle charging and particle movement. All these parameters are important to determine the properties of back corona while it feeds back on these parameters; therefore iteration is necessary to obtain reliable result. The harmful effects of back corona can be characterised with the help of the evaluation of calculated results.  相似文献
