Blends of isotactic polypropylene (iPP)/β nucleation agent (β-NA)/polyolefin elastomer (POE) were prepared by injection molding. The microstructure and mechanical properties of these blends before and after being annealed at various temperatures and times were studied. It was found that annealing simultaneously increased the tensile strength and impact strength. As known, the degree of orientation decreased from the skin layer to the core layer. The orientation of all layers decreased with the increase of annealing temperature and time. The results showed that annealing gave rise to chain rearrangement in both the crystalline and POE phases which, we suggest, played a crucial role in determining the mechanical properties of the blends. 相似文献

The transfer process of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) from the high density polyethylene (HDPE) phase to the polyamide 6 (PA6) phase has been observed in the study. In this paper, the transfer is divided into six steps according to the level of mixing energy during the blending process. The MWCNTs could be extracted from HDPE phases and transfer into PA phases due to a stronger adhesion between MWCNTs and PA than HDPE. Additionally, the morphology change observed by optical microscope (OPM) is also thought to be crucial for the transfer. The PA phase version from disperse phase to continuous phase was obvious during the transfer process. Furthermore, the changes of electrical conductivity, yield strength and rheology have also been studied in this paper. The electrical conductivity changes with the transfer of MWCNTs and variation of phase morphology. Yield strength got the highest peak about 25.6 MPa and lowest peak about 22.3 MPa, respectively, at different mixing energies. Majority of parallel machine scheduling studies consider machine as the only resource. However, in most real-life manufacturing environments, jobs may require additional resources, such as automated guided vehicles, machine operators, tools, pallets, dies, and industrial robots, for their handling and processing. This paper presents a review and discussion of studies on the parallel machine scheduling problems with additional resources. Papers are surveyed in five main categories: machine environment, additional resource, objective functions, complexity results and solution methods, and other important issues. The strengths and weaknesses of the literature together with open areas for future studies are also emphasized. Finally, extensions of integer programming models for two main classes of related problems are given and conclusions are drawn based on computational studies. 相似文献
