Optical switching and structural transformation of GeTe–Sb2Te3 pseudobinary alloys, Ge2Sb2Te5, Ge1Sb2Te4, and Ge1Sb4Te7, were studied for data storage application. As-deposited Ge2Sb2Te5, Ge1Sb2Te4, and Ge1Sb4Te7 thin films were amorphous and they crystallized to FCC and HCP upon heat treatment. Crystallization was accelerated by increasing the proportion of Sb2Te3 rather than GeTe in Ge–Sb–Te compounds; this was observed by reflectivity changes under nanosecond laser irradiation in static tester. The different crystallization kinetics according to composition might be affected by the structural incompatibility of GeTe under the ‘Umbrella Flip’ theory.  相似文献

A simple transformation of the eight-carbon side chain of a natural spirostan sapogenin into the cephalostatin north 1 spiroketal moiety is described. This methodology, based on an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction reaction promoted by alkoxy radicals, permits the synthesis of C-22 and C-25 stereoisomers of the dioxaspiro[4.4]nonane cephalostatin ring system. The Solvation Free Energy Density (SFED) model, a solvation model proposed by No et al. was modified to give better solvation free energies of the molecules having high polarizable groups. The SFED at a point around the molecule was represented by a linear combination of four basis functions, the contribution from the cavitation free energy of a solvent, and a constant. As an application of the SFED model, the linear expansion coefficients of the Hydration Free Energy Density (HFED) and the 1-Octanol Free Energy Density (1-OFED) were determined. Both calculated hydration free energy and 1-octanol solvation free energy of selected 95 organic molecules agreed well with experimental values. The standard errors were 0.47 and 0.39 kcal/mol, respectively. 1-Octanol/water partition coefficients (P) of the molecules were calculated from the difference of the HFE and 1-OFE of the molecules. At the same time, the logP density (LPD) of a molecule was represented by the same basis functional form with the SFED model. The logP of a molecule can be obtained by the integration of the LPD of the molecule. The coefficients of the basis functions were determined by using experimental logP as constraints through an optimization procedure. Both logPs calculated from the free energy difference and from the LPD agreed well with the experimental data. The absolute mean errors were obtained as 0.34 and 0.32, respectively.  相似文献

The assembly of Co(NCS)(2) with 1-methyl-1'-(3-pyridyl)-2-(4-pyridyl)ethene (L(1)) exhibits a novel supramolecular isomerism of [Co(L(1))(2)(NCS)(2)](infinity) caused by different placement orientation of L(1) around metal centers. The reaction in MeOH/H(2)O and EtOH/H(2)O resulted in a double chain structure of 1, and that in EtOH/CH(3)NO(2) led to an open framework structure of 2. The reaction in MeOH/CH(3)NO(2) solvent system concomitantly afforded 1 and 2. The assemblies of 1-(3-pyridyl)-2-(4-pyrimidyl)ethene (L(2)) with Co(NCS)(2) created the water-coordinated complexes of Co(L(2))(2)(H(2)O)(2)(NCS)(2) (3 and 4), an MeOH coordinated complex of Co(L(2))(2)(H(2)O)(2)(NCS)(2) (5), and an open framework coordination polymer of [Co(L(1))(2)(NCS)(2)](infinity) (6) depending on the reaction solvent system. From these observations, it is suggested that in the formation of 1, the solvent-coordinated intermediate species would be generated first and its trans coordination configuration should define the placement orientation of L(1) in the resulting polymer of 1. On the other hand, it is presumed that the solvent-coordinated intermediate would not be produced during the formation of 2 due to the weaker coordination ability of EtOH and CH(3)NO(2) molecules. The open framework coordination polymers of 2 and 6 are converted in the solid state into the isomeric coordination polymer of 1 and hydrogen bonded network structure of 3, respectively.  相似文献

Magnetic nanocomposites of Sm(Co1−xFex)5/Fe3O4 (x≈0.1) with the core/shell type structure were successfully fabricated using a two-step polyol process, where as-prepared SmCo5(1−x) nanoparticles were used as seeds for the ferrite coating. The core/shell composites are quite stable in air and show a typical hysteric behavior of single component, yielding an enhanced coercivity of 2.2 kOe with a saturated magnetization of 130 emu/g at 5 T. The magnetization data clearly reveal the presence of effective exchange coupling between the hard-magnetic Sm(Co1−xFex)5 core and soft-magnetic Fe3O4 shell, suggestive of a single-phase structure rather than a distinctive two-phase one.  相似文献
