In the present paper, another latent capability of SWCNT as a mass sensor is investigated. The relationship between the resonant frequency, dynamic pull-in voltage at the resonance frequency shift, and the attached mass is established by using the nonlocal Euler–Bernoulli beam theory. Using this relationship, a general closed-form nonlinear sensor-equation has been derived for the detection of the mass attached to the SWCNT. The aim of this study and present model is to show the sensitivity of the Cantilevered SWCNT to the values and positions of attached mass. Moreover, the results indicate that by increasing the value of attached mass and considering a single non-local scaling parameter (e0), the values of dynamic pull-in voltage at the resonance frequency shift are decreased. Because of the small scaling parameter (e0), the mass sensitivity of carbon nanotube increases, when the position of the attached mass is in the tip of a Cantilevered SWCNT length. The authority and the accuracy of these formulas are examined with other pull-in sensor equations in literatures. The results demonstrate that the new sensor equation can be applied for CNT-based mass sensors with rational accuracy.  相似文献

由溶胶-凝胶法制得的Ni-La化合物经热分解制备了纳米尺度NiLa2O4尖晶石,在750 oC焙烧后形成了结晶良好的尖晶石结构.采用差热分析、X射线衍射、透射电镜、扫描电镜和粒度分布分析等手段表征了该尖晶石的物理化学性质.结果表明,该纳米颗粒有规则的外形和确定的晶面,由平均粒径为40 nm的规整半球晶粒组成.精修的晶胞参数a=3.861205?和c=12.6793?.在NaBH4选择还原亚胺制相应仲胺的反应中,该新型纳米NiLa2O4尖晶石可用作高效多相催化剂,得到了较高的产物产率.所有反应可在室温和相对较短的时间内完成.在优化的反应条件下,均可得到带有不同芳基的,包括带有吸电子和供电子基团的仲胺.该催化剂回收简便,重复使用4次,其催化活性未见明显下降.  相似文献

A porous cross-linked poly (ethyleneamine)-polysulfonamide (PEA-PSA) as a novel organic support system is synthesized in the presence of silica template by nanocasting technique. The paper demonstrates immobilization of CuI nanoparticles inside the pores (PEA-PSA@CuI) for the facile recovery and recycling of these nanoparticles. The presence of porous PEA-PSA and PEA-PSA@CuI nanocomposites was confirmed using FT-IR spectroscopy, FE-SEM, EDX, TGA, XRD, TEM, BET, XPS, WDX, 1H NMR, and ICP-OES techniques. The PEA-PSA@CuI along with Ag(I)/K2S2O8 was implemented as a reusable cooperative catalyst-oxidant system in the N-arylation of p-toluenesulfonamide with substituted carboxylic acids in mild condition. So, the novel decarboxylative cross-coupling catalyzed by copper and silver has been developed. Aromatic, secondary and tertiary aliphatic acids underwent high efficient decarboxylative processes with p-toluenesulfonamide to afford the corresponding products. This method provides a practical approach for the flexible synthesis of sulfonamides from the readily affordable substrates. The catalyst is highly reusable and efficient, especially in terms of time and yield of the desired product.  相似文献

Unlike the common high temperature pyrolysis of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) targeting activated carbon, this study investigates the pyrolytic behaviour of plain CMC at low temperatures ranging between 260 and 300 °C. Preliminary experiments were conducted using differential scanning calorimetry to define the temperature range necessary for the process. Low-temperature pyrolysis was then simulated using thermogravimetric analysis under inert atmosphere. Investigations reveal that a minimum holding temperature of 260 °C is required for an isothermal process, at which pyrolysis is terminated after around 26 min. Increasing exposure temperature reduces pyrolysis time. Within the range of the investigated sample and CMC particle size, no significant effects could be measured regarding the decomposition behaviour. The resulting char was further analysed using X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Visual inspection was conducted using scanning electron microscopy. Upon pyrolysis, originally longitudinally shaped CMC was found to be converted into spherical particles of functionalised amorphous carbon with an average particle size of 41 µm.  相似文献
