A novel dimeric diarylheptanoid, (5R,5′R)‐7,7′‐(6,6′‐dihydroxy‐5,5′‐dimethoxy[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐3,3′‐diyl)bis[5‐methoxy‐1‐phenylheptan‐3‐one] ( 1 ), and two new diarylheptanoids, (4E,6R)‐6‐hydroxy‐7‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenylhept‐4‐en‐3‐one ( 2 ) and (4E,6R)‐6‐hydroxy‐1,7‐diphenylhept‐4‐en‐3‐one ( 3 ), together with seven known diarylheptanoids, were isolated from the rhizomes of Alpinia officinarum. Their structures were elucidated by application of extensive spectroscopic analyses and the modified Mosher method.  相似文献

Electrochemical oxidation of a bent donor molecule, ethylenedioxytetrathiafulvalenoquinone-1,3-dithiolmethide ( 2), in chlorobenzene (PhCl)/ethanol containing NBu 4FeCl 4 as a supporting electrolyte is performed using an undoped silicon wafer electrode. Black crystals of 2 6.Fe 2OCl 6.2PhCl are obtained that have a different molecular formula from that of 2 2.FeCl 4 crystals obtained previously using a platinum rod electrode. The new crystal has a structure composed of alternately stacked layers of 2 molecules and Fe 2OCl 6 (2-) ions, whose Fe-O-Fe bond is completely linear and for which the geometry around the Fe atom is almost tetrahedral. The electrical resistivity decreases with temperature until ca. 200 K, but below this temperature, it gently increases. The magnetic susceptibility (chi p) observed can be described by the sum of chi p obeying a Curie-Weiss law for the impurity spins and of chi p obeying a dimer model with a spin-exchange integral ( J approximately -180 K) in each Fe 2OCl 6 (2-) ion, which is also weakly coupled to neighboring Fe 2OCl 6 (2-) ions through an additional exchange interaction.  相似文献

Atom-economical carbocyclization reactions of omega-iodo-1-alkynes and 1,omega-diiodo-1-alkynes to give products with incorporation of iodine atoms is described. Cycloisomerization of 2-(2-propynyloxy)ethyl iodides is initiated by a catalytic amount of LDA to give 3-(iodomethylene)tetrahydrofurans in high yields. Upon treatment of with a catalytic amount of 1-hexynyllithium, 1,omega-diiodo-1-alkynes efficiently undergo cycloisomerization to give (diiodomethylene)cycloalkanes. The diiodomethylene products are also obtained by iodine atom-transfer-type cyclization of omega-iodo-1-alkynes, using 1-iodo-1-hexyne as an external iodine atom source. Bromine atom-transfer and proton-transfer cyclization proceed as well by employing 1-bromo-1-octyne and 1-octyne, respectively. These reactions are proposed to proceed through a carbenoid-chain process involving exo-cyclization of the lithium acetylide intermediates to give Li,I-alkylidene carbenoids. It is shown that the exo-cyclization proceeded stereospecifically through inversion of the stereochemistry at the electrophilic carbon.  相似文献

The first total synthesis of an epidithiodiketopiperazine alkaloid, (+)‐MPC1001B, was accomplished. This synthesis features a tetra‐n‐butylammonium fluoride mediated intramolecular aldol reaction for forming the 15‐membered macrolactone ring, and the construction of an epidithiodiketopiperazine substructure through a stepwise sulfenylation reaction involving a novel trityl trisulfide (TrSSS)‐group transfer.  相似文献

A reaction sequence of 2‐(diphenylsilyl)phenylation by Negishi coupling and intramolecular sila‐Friedel–Crafts reaction has been explored for the synthesis of mono‐triphenylsilane‐fused porphyrins 5 M and 6 M (M= Ni, Zn) and bis‐triphenylsilane‐fused porphyrins 7 M and 8 Ni . A triply linked triphenylsilane‐fused NiII porphyrin, 13 Ni , was synthesized in a stepwise manner involving the above reaction sequence and a final Pd‐catalyzed C?H activating arylative cyclization. The silicon atom in 13 Ni takes a distorted planarized structure with an almost perpendicular Si‐phenyl group, causing an electronic effect due to effective σ*–π* interaction.  相似文献

The strong polyelectrolyte layer in the monolayer of ionic amphiphilic diblock copolymers at the air/water interface consists of carpet and brush layers when the brush density is satisfactorily high like that of the weak acid polymer. Also, a drastic structural change was induced by the addition of salt to the brush layer. In this study, the critical brush density for the transition between "carpet-only" and "carpet + brush" structures for the strongly ionic amphiphilic diblock copolymer, poly(hydrogenated isoprepene)-b-poly(styrene sulfonic acid) sodium salt, monolayer was measured by an in situ X-ray reflectivity technique. The critical brush density was found to be about 0.12 nm-2, which is lower than that observed for a weak acid polymer and, unlike the weak acid polymer, is independent of the hydrophilic chain length. This difference might be attributed to the strong ionic nature of the brush chain. In addition, the reversibility of the transition was confirmed. The effect of salt addition to the nanostructure of the carpet layer was examined in detail. No structural change was found, indicating that most of the ionic groups in the carpet layer do not show an ionic nature because of counterion condensation.  相似文献

Micellization behavior of amphiphilic diblock copolymers with strong acid groups, poly(hydrogenated isoprene)-block-poly(styrenesulfonate), was investigated by small-angle neutron scattering (SANS). We have reported previously (Kaewsaiha, P.; Matsumoto, K.; Matsuoka, H. Langmuir 2005, 21, 9938) that this strongly ionic amphiphilic diblock copolymer shows almost no surface activity but forms micelles in water. In this study, the size, shape, and internal structures of the micelles formed by these unique copolymers in aqueous solution were duly investigated. The SANS data were well described by the theoretical form factor of a core-shell model and the Pedersen core-corona model. The micellar shape strongly depends on the hydrophobic chain length of the block copolymer. The polymer with the shortest hydrophobic chain was suggested to form spherical micelles, whereas the scattering curves of the longer hydrophobic chain polymers showed a q-1 dependence, reflecting the formation of rodlike micelles. Furthermore, the addition of salt at high concentration also induced the sphere-to-rod transition in micellar shape as a result of the shielding effect of electrostatic repulsion. The corona thickness was almost constant up to the critical salt concentration (around 0.2 M) and then decreased with further increases in salt concentration, which is in qualitatively agreement with existing theories. The spherical/rodlike micelle ratio was also constant up to the critical salt concentration and then decreased. The micelle size and shape of this unique polymer could be described by the common concept of the packing parameter, but the anomalously stable nature of the micelle (up to 1 M NaCl) is a special characteristic.  相似文献

Kinetic studies on the interactions between self-assembled monolayers of mannosylerythritol lipids (MELs), which are glycolipid biosurfactants abundantly produced by microorganisms, and various classes of immunoglobulins including human IgG, IgA, and IgM were performed using surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The effect of the MEL structure on the binding behavior of HIgG was examined. Assembled monolayers of MEL-A having two acetyl groups on the headgroup gave a high affinity (Kd = 1.7 × 10−6 M) toward HIgG, while those of MEL-B or MEL-C having only one acetyl group at C-6′ or C-4′ position gave little affinity. Our kinetic analysis revealed that the binding manner of HIgG, HIgA (Kd = 2.4 × 10−7 M), and HIgM (Kd = 2.2 × 10−7 M) to the assembled monolayers of MEL-A is not the monovalent mode but the bivalent mode, and both the first and second rate association constants (ka1, ka2) increase with an increase in the number of antibody binding sites, while those for dissociation (kd1, kd2) changed little. Moreover, we succeeded in directly observing great amounts of HIgG, HIgA, and HIgM bound to MEL-A monolayers using atomic force microscopy (AFM). Finally, we found that MEL-A assembled monolayer binds toward various IgG derived from mouse, pig, rabbit, horse, goat, rat, and bovine as well as human IgG (HIgG), and the only exception was sheep IgG. These results clearly demonstrate that MEL-A assembled monolayers would be useful as noble affinity ligand system for various immunoglobulins.  相似文献
