An enantioresolution of 2-methoxy-2-(1-naphtyl)propionic acid (MαNP acid) using the diastereomeric salt with chiral (R)-phenylethylamine was achieved to give enantiopure (R)-MαNP acid in 29% yield with >99% ee based on rac-MαNP acid. X-ray crystallographic analysis of diastereomeric salt revealed that (R)-MαNP acid was tightly arranged by four independent hydrogen bonds and one CH–π interaction with (R)-phenylethylamine. 相似文献

Three precise measurements for elastic pd scattering at 135 MeV/A have been performed with the three different experimental setups. The cross sections are described well by the theoretical predictions based on modern nucleon-nucleon forces combined with three-nucleon forces. Relativistic Faddeev calculations show that relativistic effects are restricted to backward angles. A new compound having a 2,3,4,5-tetraphenylsilole derivative on the center silicon of Dumbbell(1)6Gb3; Silole-Dumbbell(1)6Gb3 (1) was previously reported. It was found that 1 exhibited strongly increased fluorescence both in water and in a 96% acetone/water mixed solvent. The physical behavior of 1 in water and in the 96% acetone/water mixed solvent was investigated, and analyses including fluorescence quantum yields, dynamic-light-scattering (DLS), atomic-force-microscopy (AFM), and fluorescence microscopy were carried out. It was clarified that 1 dynamically formed different types of aggregates in water and in higher acetone concentrations to yield high aggregation-induced emission (AIE) effects due to the formation of micelle-like particles in water and inversion-type micelles in the acetone/water mixed solvent, respectively. 相似文献

A convenient synthesis of chiral 3,3′-disubstituted 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-disulfonic acids (BINSA, 1) was developed. The key was directed ortho-lithiation of BINSA methyl ester 2 with n-BuLi and subsequent reaction with an electrophile. Electrophiles such as Br2, I2, Me3SiOTf, and i-PrOB(Pin) reacted smoothly with 3,3′-dilithiated BINSA methyl ester, and the corresponding 3,3′-dihalo-, 3,3′-bis(trimethylsilyl)-, and 3,3′-diboryl-BINSA derivatives were obtained in yields of 21–78%.
