Novel preparation of organic polymer-based monolithic column by microwave irradation

Microwave irradiation was firstly attempted for the preparation of organic-based monoliths of poly（styrene-divinylbenzene- methacrylic acid）, which single step in situ polymerization was carried out during 15 min. The colunm permeability, electrophoretic and chromatographac behaviors were comparatively evaluated using pressure-assisted CEC, GEC and low pressure-driven separation modes. The largest theoretical plates for the preparing column could be close to 18,0000 plates/m for thiourea in the mode of p-CEC. It provided a viable alternative to traditional initiation means for the perparation of monolithic capillary columns.

在传统微库仑滴定仪原理的基础上，利用８７５１单片机和微机，采用对电解电流时间调制的方法以及测量精度为准则判断滴定终点，从而大大地提高了仪器的测量精度和重复性。     

Air sampling of aromatic hydrocarbons in the presence of ozone by solid-phase microextraction

Effects of ozone on air sampling of standard gas mixtures of aromatic hydrocarbons were tested using solid-phase microextraction (SPME). Standard concentrations of ozone ranging from 10 ppb (v/v) to 6400 ppm (v/v) were generated using an in-house built ozone generator based on corona discharge. Effects of temperature, discharge voltage, and oxygen flow on the ozone generation were tested. The working dc voltage had the greatest effect on generated ozone concentration and was proportional to the ozone concentration. Generation temperature and oxygen flow rate were inversely proportional to ozone concentrations. Produced ozone was mixed with standard benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX) gas at less than 100 ppb (v/v). Air samples were collected with poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) 100 microm SPME fibers and analyzed by gas chromatography (GC)-flame ionization detection (FID) and GC-MS. Significant reductions of BTEX concentrations were observed. In addition, some products of BTEX-ozone-oxygen reactions were identified. SPME worked well as a rapid sampler for BTEX and BTEX-ozone-oxygen reaction products. No significant deterioration of the PDMS coating and no significant reduction of absorption capacity were observed after repeated exposure to ozone.     

辛基甲基亚砜与离子型表面活性剂在水溶液中的相互作用

本文用测定表面张力的方法研究了非离子表面活性剂辛基甲基亚砜(OMS)分别与离子型表面活性剂C_(10)H_(21)SO_4N_a(SDeS)、C_7F_(15)COONa(SPFO), C_(10)H_(21)N(CH_3)_3B_r(DeTAB)等在水溶液中的相互作用。发现上述混合体系的胶团形成及表面吸附都有不同程度的增效作用; 表面活性分子在吸附层中的相互作用参数β~s以及在胶团中的相互作用参数β~m均为负值并有一定变化规律; OMS与DeTAB的相互作用较OMS与SDeS或SPFO的相互作用弱得多; 此现象自OMS分子在水溶液中的质子化作用得到解释。     

丹宁纤维素富集-氢化物发生ICP-AES同时测定水中痕量锗

研究了丹宁纤维素富集10~(-11)g/ml级锗的条件,并考察了地下水中36种共存离子对磷酸介质中氢化物发生ICP-AES测定锗的干扰和消除,应用于测定地下水中的超痕量锗,结果满意,检出限为15ng/L。     

A mesoporous template route to the low-temperature preparation of efficient green light emitting Zn2SiO4:Mn phosphors

Green light emitting Zn2SiO4:Mn phosphors have been prepared via a low-temperature solid-state reaction using mesoporous silica SBA-15 template. This mesoporous silica template method features low-temperature formation of phosphors and easy doping. The structure and morphology of the phosphors were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and N2 adsorption/desorption techniques, which confirmed the single crystallinity, ordered mesostructure, closed pore channels, and elongated ropelike morphology. The luminescent properties were examined by photoluminescence spectroscopy at room temperature, and the results of fluorescence decay time measurements show non-single-exponential decay behavior and a decrease of the decay time with an increase of the Mn concentration.     

Modeling of the relationship between electroosmotic flow and separation parameters in capillary zone electrophoresis using artificial neural networks and experimental design

The prediction of migration time of electroosmotic flow (EOF) marker was achieved by applying artificial neural networks (ANN) model based on principal component analysis (PCA) and standard normal distribution simulation to the input variables. The voltage of performance, the temperature in the capillary, the pH and the ionic strength of background electrolytes (BGE) were applied as the input variables to ANN. The range of the performance voltage studied was from 15 to 27 kV, and that of the temperature in the capillary was from 20 to 30 °C. For the pH values studied, the range was from 5.15 to 8.04. The range of the ionic strength investigated in this paper was from 0.040 to 0.097. The prediction abilities of ANN with different pre-processing procedure to the input variables were compared. Under the same performance conditions, the average prediction error of the migration time of the EOF marker was 5.46% with RSD = 1.76% according to 10 parallel runs of the optimized ANN structure by the proposed approach, and that of the 10 parallel predictions of the optimal ANN structure for the different performance conditions was 12.95% with RSD = 2.29% according to the proposed approach. The study showed that the proposed method could give better predicted results than other approaches discussed.     

有机铵盐对FC-SAA表面活性及溶度的影响

测定了一系列有机铵盐与一种全氟烷磺酸盐１：１混合体系水 溶液的表面张力，由此研究有机铵盐对碳氟表面活性剂表面活性及溶度的影响，导出应用于此种混合体系的Ｇｉｂｂｓ吸附公式，并讨论了混合体系中两表面活性组分的表面分子相互作用和表面层的结构。     

High extraction ability of 1,3-dialkynyl calixarene towards mercury（Ⅱ） ion

The reaction of 1,3-dipropyn-2-yloxycalix[4]arene with mercury(II)acetate could give mercury-containing alkynyl calixarenepolymer.The extraction behavior of 1,3-dipropyn-2-yl-oxycalix[4]arene towards mercury(II)ion was examined.When the moleratio of Hg~(2 )/calixarene was 1:1,the extractive percent can reach to 99.1%,and the extraction capacity was up to 431 mg/g.It couldalso decrease the Hg~(2 )concentration from 5 to 0.85 mg/L,which was only 17%of the national standard of effluent and satisfied thenational standard of drinking water.The extraction process included chemical reaction.
