The thermal decomposition kinetics of the solid complexes Cd(S2 CNR2 )2 , where R =C2 H5 , n -C3 H7 , n -C4 H9 or iso -C4 H9 , was studied by using isothermal and non-isothermal thermogravimetry. The superimposed TG/DTG/DSC curves revealed that thermal
decomposition reactions occur in the liquid phase. The kinetic model that best fitted the experimental isothermal TG data

The photoprotector role of pigment dispersion in the melanophores of the crab, Chasmagnathus granulata, against DNA and oxidative damages caused by UV-A and UV-B was investigated. Intact and eyestalkless crabs were used. In eyestalkless crabs, the dorsal epidermis of the cephalothorax (dispersed melanophores) and the epidermis of pereiopods (aggregated melanophores) were analyzed. Intact crabs showed only dispersed melanophores in the two epidermis. Antioxidant enzymes activity and lipoperoxidation content were analyzed after UV-A (2.5 J/cm2) or UV-B (8.6 J/cm2) irradiation. DNA damage was analyzed by single cell electrophoresis (comet) assay, after exposure to UV-B (8.6 J/cm2). UV-A radiation increased the glutatione-S-transferase activity in the pereiopods epidermis of eyestalkless crabs (P<0.05). UV-B radiation induced DNA damage in the dorsal epidermis of eyestalkless crabs (P<0.05). In pereiopod epidermis of eyestalkless crabs, there was no significant difference between control and UV-B-exposed crabs. In the pereiopods epidermis of eyestalkless, the control group showed higher scores of DNA damage and approximately 50% of cellular viability. Because in eyestalkless and irradiated crabs the cellular viability was approximately 5%, it was not possible to observe nuclei for determination of DNA damage. The findings show that melanophores can play a role in the defense against harmful effects of a momentary exposure to UV radiation. 相似文献

This work exploits links between Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and multicriteria decision analysis (MCDA), with decision making units (DMUs) playing the role of decision alternatives. A novel perspective is suggested on the use of the additive DEA model in order to overcome some of its shortcomings, using concepts from multiattribute utility models with imprecise information. The underlying idea is to convert input and output factors into utility functions that are aggregated using a weighted sum (additive model of multiattribute utility theory), and then let each DMU choose the weights associated with these functions that minimize the difference of utility to the best DMU. The resulting additive DEA model with oriented projections has a clear rationale for its efficiency measures, and allows meaningful introduction of constraints on factor weights. 相似文献

A simple and rapid method has been used for the screening and identification of the main phenolic compounds from Helichrysum devium using high‐performance liquid chromatography with on‐line UV and electrospray ionization mass spectrometric detection (LC‐DAD/ESI‐MSn). The total aerial parts and different morphological parts of the plant, namely leaves, flowers and stems, were analyzed separately. A total of 34 compounds present in the methanolic extract from Helichrysum devium were identified or tentatively characterized based on their UV and mass spectra and retention times. Three of these compounds were positively identified by comparison with reference standards. The phenolic compounds included derivatives of quinic acid, O‐glycosylated flavonoids, a caffeic acid derivative and a protocatechuic acid derivative. The characteristic loss of 206 Da from malonylcaffeoyl quinic acid was used to confirm the malonyl linkage to the caffeoyl group. This contribution presents one of the first reports on the analysis of phenolic compounds from Helichrysum devium using LC‐DAD/ESI‐MSn and highlights the prominence of quinic acid derivatives as the main group of phenolic compounds present in these extracts. A focused-microwave-assisted procedure was adopted for the extraction of Al, Ca, Mg, and Mn in tea leaves. The efficiency of extraction was evaluated using diluted acids and a water-soluble alkaline tertiary-amines solution. The extraction procedure was implemented in 5 min. A conventional hot-plate digestion procedure was employed for a comparison. A colorless digest was obtained for all tea samples and the total contents determined for each analyte were employed for estimating the efficiency of extraction. Tea infusions were also prepared. Subsequent determinations of Al, Ca, Mg, and Mn were carried out using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). In most cases, quantitative, or at least semi-quantitative, extractions were attained for Ca, Mg, and Mn. Lower recoveries were attained to Al, which seems to be related to compounds that bind this element in the sample matrix. Large variations in the trace-element composition of teas were observed; these results are discussed with reference to both extraction media and type of tea. 相似文献

The Steiner multi-ring network design problem with revenues consists of designing node-disjoint multiple rings connected by a specific node (hub) and passing through all the nodes with high priority of service and some of the nodes with low priority of service. The number of nodes in each ring has an upper bound to assure a certain level of service. Besides the usual arc link costs, we also consider revenues between each pair of nodes in the same ring, even when they are not connected by a direct link. The objective is to minimize the difference between the total connection cost and total revenue. The problem is a generalization of the problem studied in Gouveia and Pires (Eur J Oper Res 133:21–31, 2001a) and it can also be seen as a combination of variants of two NP-Hard problems, the vehicle routing problem and the maximum edge-weighted clique problem. We introduce and discuss two types of integer linear programming formulations and propose some valid inequalities to strengthen the linear programming relaxation. Computational results are presented to evaluate the quality of the linear programming relaxation bounds associated with these formulations as well as efficiency of the models to obtain the optimal integer solutions. 相似文献
