Structural, morphological and magnetic properties of Zn1−xCoxO (x = 0.01 and 0.03) powdered materials are presented. XRD studies reveal a wurtzite-type structure, while the formation of a Co3O4 secondary phase was evidenced by Raman spectroscopy. A ferromagnetic behaviour with low Curie temperature was evidenced by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) investigation. We suggest that the origin of the ferromagnetism in Zn1−xCoxO powders is probably due to the presence of the mixed cation valence of Co ions via a double-exchange mechanism rather than the real doping effect.  相似文献

In this study, two new salicylidene phosphonate ligands (HL1 and HL2) and their metal complexes (Cu2+, VO2+ and La3+) were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic and analytical methods. The molecular structure of the ligand HL1 was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study. In the structure of the ligand, there is an intramolecular phenol‐imine hydrogen bond. The synthesized compounds exhibit only one emission maximum upon excitation at 270–295  nm range. Complexation of the Schiff base ligands with metal ions did not cause a considerable quenching effect. Finally, the complexes prepared were used as catalysts in cyclohexane oxidation under microwave irradiation. The complexes showed high conversion rates (> 90%) for cyclohexane oxidation; however, poor selectivity was observed for all complexes. The La3+ complexes showed better selectivity for cyclohexane → cyclohexanol transformation with about 45% selectivity.  相似文献

Black phosphorus(BP) has received attention due to its own higher carrier mobility and layer dependent electronic properties, such as direct band gap. Interestingly, the single layer black phosphorus(SLBP) has had large popularity in applications related to thermoelectric, optoelectronic, and electronic devices. Here, we investigate the phonon spectrum,thermal conductivities, and stress strain effects. Robust anisotropy was mainly observed in the thermal conductivities together with the alongside zigzag(ZZ) direction value, compared to the armchair(AC) directions. We also investigated the attitude of stress that was anisotropic in both directions, and the stress effects were two times greater across the ZZ path than those in the AC direction at a low temperature. We obtained a Young's modulus of 63.77 and 20.74 GPa in the AC and ZZ directions, respectively, for a strain range of 0.01. These results had good agreement with first principle calculations.Our study here is useful and significant for the thermal tuning of phosphorus-based nanoelectronics and thermalelectric applications of phosphorus.  相似文献

The influence of the LT-AlN(NL) growth times on the mosaic structure parameters of the AlN layer grown on the LT-AlN(NL)/6H-SiC structures as well as the dislocation densities and the strain behaviours in the AlN epilayers has been investigated using XRD measurements. The growth times of the LT-AlN(NL) were changed to 0, 60, 120, 180, and 240?s. We observed that the mosaic structure parameters of the AlN epilayers were slightly affected by the LT-AlN(NL) growth times. However, the dislocation densities in the AlN layer are affected by the growth times of the LT-AlN(NL) layer. The highest edge dislocation density (5.48?×?1010?±?2.3?×?109?cm?2) was measured for the sample in which 120?s grown LT-AlN(NL) was used. On the other hand, highest screw type dislocation density (1.21?×?1010?±?1.7?×?109?cm?2) measured in the sample E that contains 240?s growth LT-AlN(NL). The strain calculation results show that the samples without LT-AlN(NL) suffered maximum compressive in-plane strain (?10.9?×?10?3?±?1.8?×?10?4), which can be suppressed by increasing the LT-AlN(NL) growth times. The out-of-plane strain also has a compressive character and its values increase with LT-AlN(NL) growth times between 60 and 180?s. Same out-of-plane strain values were measured for the LT-AlN(NL) growth times of 180 and 240?s. Furthermore, the form of the biaxial stress in the AlN epilayer changed from compressive to tensile when the LT-AlN(NL) growth times were greater than 120?s.  相似文献

A number of novel bicinnolines containing piperazine moieties, 4a – o , were synthesized via polyphosphoric acid‐catalyzed intramolecular cyclization of the respective acyl amidrazone derivatives ( 3a – o ). On the other hand, the amidrazones ( 3a – o ) were prepared by reaction of N′,N″‐(biphenyl‐4,4′‐diyl)bis(2‐oxopropane hydrazonoyl chloride) ( 2 ) with the appropriate cyclic sec‐amines in the presence of trimethylamine in absolute ethanol. Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by NMR and mass spectral data. The antitumor activity of compounds 4a – o was evaluated in vitro on human breast cancer MDA‐231 by a cell viability assay. Results revealed that compounds 4k , 4n , and 4o exhibit potential cytotoxic effects (>70%) on the cancer cells. Additionally, the antimicrobial activity of compounds 4a – o was evaluated against three clinical microbial strains: Escherichia coli (Gram‐negative bacteria), Staphylococcus aureus (Gram‐positive bacteria), and Candida albicans (fungi/yeast). Results revealed that compounds 4e and 4k exhibit good activity against all three strains included in the study and that compound 4d displays excellent activity against Saureus strain with a minimum inhibitory concentration value of 0.187 mg/mL.  相似文献

Due to the illuminating function of nanoliquids in several technological and medicinal domains, particularly in liquid transport processes known as peristalsis, inquisitive researchers have investigated the flow of peristaltic nanofluids. Consequently, the current study investigates the entropy production and magnetic influence on the peristaltic transport of heat and mass transport of Casson nanofluid in a non-uniform channel under convective circumstances. Utilizing the perturbation approach, fields of concentration, temperature, and velocity are derived from non-linear coupled partial differential equations (PDE). Entropy generation studies have been done. In addition, the influence of associated factors via specific physical terms, including the Sherwood number, the skin-friction coefficient, and the Nusselt number, for both Casson and Newtonian liquids, as well as the trapping phenomena, is visually examined.  相似文献

Fukuyama reaction for the synthesis of multifunctional aldehydes, secondary amines and ketones has gained considerable importance in synthetic organic chemistry because of mild reaction conditions. The use of thioesters in both Fukuyama aldehydes and ketones synthesis is highly attractive for organic chemists as they are easily accessible from corresponding carboxylic acids. Fukuyama–Mitsunobu reaction utilizes 2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl (Ns) for the protection/activation/deprotection of primary amines to afford secondary amines in good yields and high enantioselectivities. This review presents recent synthetic developments and applications of Fukuyama reaction for the synthesis of aldehydes, secondary amines and ketones.
