YAG复合型相位共轭腔对改善光束模式的研究

如何降低受激布里渊散射(SBS)相位共轭腔的启动阈值以及如何提高输出光束的质量一直是人们关心的课题。报道了在YAG激光器上运行一种复合型受激布里渊散射相位共轭激光腔,该腔能够输出模式优良的光束。最大能够输出13．35mJ的单纵模,脉冲半高宽度约为15ns,输出光束的发散角为0．6mrad。实验给出了不同参量条件下的输出脉宽、能量及远场光斑分布和干涉环的情况,表明利用复合型相位共轭腔是改善光束模式的一种简单有效的方法。     

掺入Eu的钛酸钡纳米晶陶瓷材料制备与电子结构特征

以Eu2O3、TiO2和BaCO3为原材料,在高温高压的极端条件下(4．0GPa,1090℃)采用固相反应法制备了结构均匀的新陶瓷材料Ba1-xEuxTiO3(x=0.1-0.4),样品显示灰黑色。当x增加到0．5时,出现ABO3型钙钛矿相和Eu2Ti2O7焦绿石相共存。X射线衍射图样显示Eu离子对A位Ba离子的均匀替代。并随着Eu含量的增加,结构向高对称性转变。通过对X射线衍射数据计算,表明材料结晶在平均粒度为几十纳米的数量级。X射线电子能谱(XPS)分析说明：在高压的作用下,Eu^3 离子部分被还原,在晶体结构中以Eu^3 离子(4f^6)和亚稳态Eu^2 离子(4f^7终态构形)稳定共存。同时在样品表面存在大量的吸附氧。Ba1-xEuxTiO3材料的电中性由亚稳态Eu^2 离子和吸附氧(O^-)共同补偿。     

OLED/LCD器件中的γ校正

阐述了OLED／LCD器件中γ校正的基本原理,通过考虑人眼视觉非线性和液晶电光非线性,得到了CRT相对于OLED／LCD的灰度级亮度特性曲线。以所设计的26．4cn VGA(行反转)的TFT—LCD为例,采用源驱动器μPD16641芯片,通过γ校正电路和输入数据、灰度级和基准电压的关系,进行了实际的γ校正。得到了驱动电路中的γ校正的外部电压设定值,将设定目标值与实际驱动测定值进行了比较,从比较的结果可以看到,两者十分接近的,解决了实际的TFT液晶驱动电路中Gamma(γ)校正问题,达到了预期的设计目的,使图像的质量满足了用户的要求。     

Experimental investigation of a seven-element hexagonal fiber coherent array

The phase noises of a 10-m polarization-maintaining （PM） fiber and a 10-W PM fiber amplifier are experimentally measured. The results indicate that the 10-m PM fiber with similar phase noise could be used to investigate the architecture of master oscillator power amplifier coherent combination. A seven-element hexagonal fiber coherent array is developed to investigate the far-field distribution and phase controlling technique of a coherently combining fiber laser array. A hexagonal prism is designed as the combining and splitting component to achieve a fill factor of 0.66. The hill climbing method is employed to detect and lock the element phase.     

Generation of a Tsunami from the Submarine Landslide Near the East Coast of Sakhalin Island

The effect of the generation of tsunami waves caused by collapse of the continental slope and by formation of a submarine landslide near the east coast of Sakhalin Island is reproduced within the framework of a hydrodynamic model. The calculations performed using the numerical hydrodynamic model showed that such a submarine landslide can generate a tsunami wave up to 18 m high on the Sakhalin coast.     

波导短程透镜的优化理论设计研究

本文给出了非球面短程透镜的优化理论设计。卷边与平面波导连接处的曲率半径为无限大,卷边与实际透镜连接处的曲率半径为较大的有限值。完善了短程透镜的一般解析法。     

Portable capillary LC for in-line UV monitoring and MS detection: Comparable sensitivity and much lower solvent consumption

Pharmaceutical development currently relies on quality separation methods from early discovery through to line-of-site manufacturing. There have been significant advancements made regarding the column particle packing, internal diameter, length connectivity, the understanding of the impact key parameters like void volume, flow rate, and temperature all that affects the resultant separation quality, that is, resolution, peak shape, peak width, run time, and signal-to-noise ratio. There is however a strong need to establish better alternatives to large bulky high-performance liquid chromatography racks either for process analytical reaction monitoring or mass spectrometry analysis in establishing product quality. Compact, portable high-pressure liquid chromatography can be a more efficient alternative to traditional ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography and traditional liquid chromatography. The compact versatile instrument evaluated here allows good separation control with either the on-board column with fixed ultra-violet wavelength cartridge or for use with a high-resolution mass spectrometry. Significant space reduction results in greener lab spaces with improved energy efficiency for smaller labs with lower energy demands. In addition, this compact liquid chromatography was used as a portable reaction monitoring solution to compare forced degradation kinetics and assess portable liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry capability for the analyses required for pharmaceutical drug product testing.
