The aim of this work is to establish in great detail The q-Fourier analysis related to the q-cosine. The wise reader will note that the considered q-cosine coincides with the one given by T.H.?Koornwinder and S.F.?Swarttouw. Through the q-cosine product formula, we define and analyze the properties of the q-even translation and the q-convolution. Adopting the Titchmarsh approach, we study the q-cosine Fourier transform and its inverse formula. The second theme of this paper is an application of the q-Fourier analysis developed earlier. We extend the heat representation theory inaugurated by P.C.?Rosenbloom and D.V.?Widder to the q-analogue. We construct the q-solution source, the q-heat polynomials and solve the q-analytic Cauchy problem.  相似文献

A new electrochemical hybridization transduction pathway, obtained by coupling electrochemical adsorption and long‐range electron transfer through double‐stranded DNA, was investigated using ultramicroelectrode (UME). The results show that long‐range electron transfer does not occurs exclusively throws well‐packed and organized self‐assembled DNA monolayers. This approach is used to investigate long‐range electron transfer properties of both single‐ and double‐ stranded short synthetic DNA and DNA plasmids. Single mismatch electrochemical detection protocol of non‐labelled short synthetic DNA, without heating or probe labelling, in a 10 minutes protocol, was in fine performed.  相似文献

A simple mesoscopic structure consisting of a double symmetric loops coupled by a segment of length d0 in the presence of an Aharonov–Bohm flux is designed to obtain transmission band gaps and Fano resonances. A general analytical expression for the transmission coefficient and the density of states (DOS) are obtained for various systems of this kind within the framework of the Green's function method in the presence of the magnetic flux. In this work, the amplitude of the transmission and DOS are discussed as a function of the wave vector. We show that the transmission spectrum of the whole structure may exhibit a band gap and a resonance of Fano type without introducing any impurity in one arm of the loop. In particular, we show that for specific values of the magnetic flux and the lengths of the arms constituting the loops, the Fano resonance collapses giving rise to the so-called trapped states or bound in continuum (BIC) states. These states appear when the width of the Fano resonance vanishes in the transmission coefficient as well as in the density of states. Also, we show that the shape of the Fano resonances and the width of the band gaps are very sensitive to the value of the magnetic flux and the geometry of the structure. These results may have important applications for electronic transport in mesoscopic systems.  相似文献

In this paper, a new optical channel drop filter (CDF) using photonic crystal ring resonators (PCRRs) is presented. Using the two-dimensional (2D) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method in triangular lattice photonic crystal (PC) silicon rods, 100% forward dropping efficiency and a quality factor of more than 1000 can be achieved in third communication window while the resonant wavelength is 1550 nm. Through this novel (CDF), a multi-CDF operation with 100% drop efficiencies across all channels can be obtained. The proposed device could be used in future coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) communication systems.  相似文献

In a preliminary study aimed at developing strategies for the simultaneous detection of various biologically important molecules, a procedure is described that allows the electrochemical detection of nitric oxide (NO) released by a population of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) by using an array of electrodes comprising three individually addressable electrodes. Each electrode in the array was modified with a different NO-sensitive electrocatalyst, thereby demonstrating the possibility of modifying the individual electrodes in an array with different sensing chemistries. This study opens a doorway to the development of arrays of electrodes for the simultaneous detection of multiple analytes in a complex environment by suitably tailoring the sensitivity and selectivity of each electrode in the array to a specific analyte in the test medium.  相似文献

Decomposition of S‐nitrosoglutathione (GSNO) in phosphate buffer solution at physiological pH 7.4 in the presence of cuprous ion as a catalyst and sodium borohydride as a reducing agent is analyzed by observing the transient apparition of reduced glutathione GSH through its electrooxidation. Transient formation of GSH, upon decomposition of 1 mM GSNO in presence of 0.025 mM Cu(NO3)2 and 1 mM NaBH4 was detected by using an ordinary pyrolytic graphite electrode modified with an adsorbed monolayer of cobalt phthalocyanine at 0 V vs. SCE.  相似文献

We study some class of Dunkl multiplier operators; and we establish for them the Heisenberg-Pauli-Weyl uncertainty principle and the Donoho-Stark''s uncertainty principle. This study presents a numerical investigation on the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) and the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), using the aerothermal and electrochemistry equations to describe all phenomena included in both types of the fuel cells. The computational process is based on the implementation of the mathematical fuel cells models in FLUENT computational fluid dynamics code. This is in order to evaluate the temperature field, the production of the electricity, and the distribution of the water mass fraction in different region of the fuel cells. The obtained results show that the simulation is able to evaluate the physical and chemical parameters to explain the main phenomena in the fuel cells.  相似文献
