On the expected discounted penalty function for risk process with tax

In this paper we consider the generalized Cramér-Lundberg risk model including tax payments. We investigate how tax payments affect the behavior of a Cramér-Lundberg surplus process by defining an expected discounted penalty function at ruin. We derive an explicit expression for this function by solving a differential equation. Consequently, the explicit formulas for the discounted probability density function of the surplus immediately before ruin and the discounted joint probability density function of the surplus immediately before ruin and the deficit at ruin are obtained. We also give explicit expressions for the function for exponential claims.     

Combretastatin A-4 derivatives: synthesis and evaluation of 2,4,5-triaryl-1H-imidazoles as potential agents against H1299 (non-small cell lung cancer cell)

A number of 2,4,5-triaryl-1H-imidazole derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against the growth of five cell lines including three non-small cell lung cancers (H460, H1299, and A549), one breast cancer (MCF-7), and one normal diploid embryonic lung cell line (MRC-5). Preliminary results indicated that both 2-(5-bromofuran-2-yl)-4,5-bis{4-[3-(dimethylamino) propoxy] phenyl}-1H-imidazole (10f) and 4,5-bis{4-[3-(dimethylamino)propoxy]phenyl}-2-(5-nitrofuran-2-yl)-1H -imidazole (10g) were selectively active against the growth of H1229 with an IC₅₀ of less than 0.1???M, thus were more active than topotecan (IC₅₀ >?10.0??? M). However, both 10f and 10g exhibited only marginal cytotoxicity against H460, A549, MCF-7, and MRC-5 requiring an IC ₅₀ of at least 4.16???M. Our results also indicated that 10f induced H1299 cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 through the inactivation of p38 MAPK, JNK, ERK, as well as the expression of SIRT1 and survivin. These results suggested that 10f might have therapeutic potential against H1299 (non-small cell lung cancer cell).     

0.4 THz回旋行波管的设计与模拟

利用三维粒子模拟仿真软件,对共焦波导结构的0.4 THz回旋行波管进行了注波互作用的模拟研究。以共焦波导的冷腔色散以及衍射损耗入手,最终选定HE06模作为互作用工作模式。为了对寄生振荡进行抑制,在互作用结构中引入了截断。在模拟过程中,通过调节束压、束流、工作磁场、电子束横纵速度比,得到了最优的工作参数。最终,在束压34 kV、磁场14.25、束流2 A、横纵速度比0.75的工作参数下,当输入信号为1 W时,得到了最高2.76 kW的功率输出,增益超过34 dB,3 dB带宽为8 GHz,效率达到4%。     

Multichannel and omnidirectional transparency in periodic metamaterial layers

Multichannel and omnidirectional transmission can be realized in one-dimensional periodic metamaterial layers, where double-negative materials and single-negative materials are alternately stacked. The proposed structures can produce as many resonance transmission modes as desired by adjusting the number of the periods. Such transmission modes with perfect transmission are robust against incident angles and polarizations. The frequencies and frequency intervals of these modes can be tuned by changing the thicknesses of the metamaterial layers. Composite right/left-handed transmission lines with lumped elements (capacitors and inductors) were used to verify the characteristics of the considered system. Our findings provide an efficient way to select useful multiple channel signals from all directions, and it is useful in optoelectronic device applications.

Spectroscopic properties of thulium ions in bismuth silicate glass

A new type of bismuth silicate glass (Bi2O3-SiO2-ZnO-Al2O3-La2O3) doped with Tm2O3 is prepared by melt-quenching method. The thermal stability of the glass is examined by differential scanning calorimetry. No crystallization peak is found. Using the absorption and emission spectra, the absorption and emission cross-sections are calculated. Their maximum data are 2.9×10-21cm2 at 1663 nm and 4.7×10-21cm2 at 1826 nm, respectively. Using the Judd-Ofelt theory, the radiation transition probabilities and radiative lifetimes are obtained. The extended overlap integral method is applied to analyze energy transfer process among the Tm3+ ions. The transfer constants of cross-relaxation and energy migration among the Tm3+ ions at the 3H4 level are 7.60×10-40 and 14.98×10-40 cm6 /s, respectively. The critical transfer radius for cross-relaxation is 0.99 nm. The cross relaxation process is easy to realize and is favorable for obtaining ～2-μm laser.     

阻尼最小二乘算法CARS光谱温度拟合

为了解决相干反斯托克斯喇曼散射（CARS）光谱CARSFT计算程序在温度拟合过程中,对初值依赖大、测量光谱信噪比差、不易收敛的问题,通过分析非线性迭代算法,采用了阻尼最小二乘算法对氮气CARS光谱进行温度拟合。针对CARS理论光谱计算公式较为复杂的特点,采用数值差分的方式来获得迭代计算时所需要的设计矩阵。分析了横向偏移、纵向偏移和温度三个主要参量对拟合残差的影响,发现纵向偏移的初值设置对温度拟合影响较大。拟合温度2000 K时的标准理论CARS光谱,设置偏离较大的初始值,采用阻尼最小二乘法获得了较好的结果。迭代计算167步后,温度拟合为2 005.6 K,残差为0.027 463。拟合光谱信噪比较差的CARS光谱,阻尼最小二乘法也能稳定收敛。结果验证了阻尼最小二乘法对初值的依赖不大,并且当拟合谱信噪比较差时也能收敛,可用于在恶劣环境下CARS测量光谱的拟合。     

基于天文观测的相机标定及姿态测量技术研究

为利用相机进行天文观测以实现高精度的相机姿态测量,必须先对相机参数进行精确标定。针对传统相机标定方法工作距离有限的问题,提出了以恒星为控制点的相机标定方法,根据球面天文学方法计算观测时刻控制点的世界坐标,利用摄像测量原理建立了恒星观测模型,求解相机的内外参数并分析了误差因素。实验结果表明,该标定方法在不依赖于精密、复杂的外部设备情况下可达到较高精度,并具有较强的抗噪声能力。将标定结果用于天文观测并求解相机姿态,航向角和俯仰角的解算重复性优于10″,能够满足高精度姿态测量的需求。该方法可进一步推广应用于星敏感器的标定。     

板条增益介质波前畸变诊断方法

对波前重构算法中的区域法进行了改进,使其能够应用于板条增益介质的波前畸变诊断。利用该方法对47块Nd: YAG板条增益介质沿厚度方向波前畸变进行测量,指出镀膜和加工等环节对增益介质的波前畸变可能造成的影响。按照波前畸变峰谷（PV）值对测量结果进行了统计,结果表明:增益介质造成的静态波前畸变参差不齐,测量样本中静态畸变PV值最多可达5 m以上,且仅有4.1%的增益介质静态畸变PV值小于1 m。通过选取某些增益介质使之级联,测量其组合波前畸变,发现在系统中使用两块波面互补的增益介质有助于减小系统的静态波前畸变。
