Annealing effect on planar waveguides in LiNbO3 produced by oxygen ion implantation

We reported on planar waveguides in stoichiometric lithium niobate fabricated by 4.5 MeV oxygen ion implantation with a dose of 6 × 10¹⁴ ions/cm² at room temperature. After ion implantation, these samples were annealed at 240 °C, 260 °C, and 300 °C for 30 min. We investigated annealing effect on the guiding modes and near-field images in the waveguides by prism-coupling method and end-face coupling method respectively. We found that for the extraordinary refractive index a positive alternation occurred in the near-surface region while a negative alternation happened at the end of ion track. Moreover, we measured the transmission spectra for the pure sample and implanted samples before and after annealed at different temperatures, and we observed an absorption peak at ∼480 nm (2.6 eV) in all of these SLN samples.

基于松弛策略解半无限规划模型的显式修正算法

讨论了一类线性半无限最优规划模型的求解算法.采用松弛方法解其系列子问题LP(T_k)及DLP(T_k),基于松弛策略和在适当的假设条件下,提出了一个我们称之为显式算法的新型算法.新算法的主要改进之处是算法在每一步迭代计算时,允许丢弃一些不必要的约束.在这种方式下,算法避免了求解系列太大规模的子问题.最后,基于提出的显式修正算法,并与传统割平面方法和已有文献中的松弛修正算法、对同一问题作了初步的数值比较实验.     

快速去除硝酸和亚硝酸对氢化物发生原子荧光法测定砷的干扰

为了避免繁琐、耗时的"赶酸"操作, 研究了尿素结合NaOH除去微波消解液中过量的HNO3和HNO2的干扰,继用L-半胱氨酸在低酸度下将As(Ⅴ)还原为As(Ⅲ)的样品消化和预还原方法.用氢化物发生-原子荧光法准确、快速地测定了食品中痕量砷.该方法的检出限为0.03 μg/L;连续11次测定4 μg/L As(Ⅲ)标准溶液的相对标准偏差为1.6%; 测定国家标准物质的结果与标准值非常吻合.     

Effect of Polysaccharides from Fruit Body of Ganoderma tsugae on Bidirectional Regulation of Proinflammatory Cytokine Production in THP-1 Cells

The polysaccharides,FIII-2,FIII-2-a,FIII-2-b and FIII-2-c were purified from the fruit body of Ganoderma tsugae(G.tsugae) to study the effects of the four polysaccharides on the productions of human proinflammatory cytokines,interleukin-1α(IL-1α) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα).The results show that the polysaccharides up-regulated the production of IL-1α and TNFα in THP-1 cells under non-stimulatory condition or under stimulation of both lower concentration lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and phorbol myristate a...     

会理益门煤矿自备发电厂排污现状监测研究

以国标法为检测标准,对会理益门煤矿煤矸石发电厂进行排污现状监测与检测。通过现场监测、室内分析和数据处理表明:会理益门煤矿自备发电厂处理后的废水各项指标均达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准要求;处理后的废气(SO_2)、烟尘的排放浓度均符合国家《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223-2003)第3时段煤矸石电站排放标准;厂界噪声各测点的昼夜监测值符合国家《工业企业厂界噪声标准》(GB12348-90)Ⅱ类标准要求。     

银基带再结晶织构的EBSD分析

本文采用EBSD(电子背散射衍射)等分析手段对{110}<110>取向的银基带的织构形成机理进行了深入研究,发现了冷轧织构与不同退火温度下再结晶织构间的取向转变关系,研究发现,{110}面附近且非{110}<211>取向的冷轧织构组分,900℃退火可以转变为强的{110}<110>织构.织构转变中有孪晶形成,{110}<110>和{110}<114>取向互为孪晶关系.
