The rapid development of enantioselective C?H activation reactions has created a demand for new types of catalysts. Herein, we report the synthesis of a novel planar‐chiral rhodium catalyst [(C5H2tBu2CH2tBu)RhI2]2 in two steps from commercially available [(cod)RhCl]2 and tert‐butylacetylene. Pure enantiomers of the catalyst were obtained through separation of its diastereomeric adducts with natural (S)‐proline. The catalyst promoted enantioselective reactions of aryl hydroxamic acids with strained alkenes to give dihydroisoquinolones in high yields (up to 97 %) and with good stereoselectivity (up to 95 % ee).  相似文献

The structure and the hydrogen bonding in the systems formed by the intramolecularly H-bonded systems, namely, maltol (3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone), 5, 2,4,6-trinitrophenol, 6, acetylacetone enol, 7, with Lewis bases, phosgene, 8, dioxane, 9, and DMSO, 10, have been studied by density functional theory (B3LYP) and MP2 using the 6-311G* basis set. The continuum solvent effect was simulated by IEF-PCM model. The hydrogen bond analysis using the atoms in molecules (AIM) method was applied by using the MP2(full)/6-311++G** electron density to establish the nature of the bifurcate hydrogen bond (BHB) in these systems as well as contributory factors for its stabilization. The nature of interaction in the intermolecular H-complexes formed by compounds 5- 7 with the Lewis bases 8- 10 was shown to depend on the strength of the intramolecular hydrogen bond O...H and the strength of the base. The critical values of the CO...H and NO...H angles for which the formation of BHB is possible, have been determined.  相似文献

We report the results of Cu and La NQR investigations of the spin and charge separation in La2−xBaxCuO4 compounds. For Ba doping inducing the low-temperature tetragonal phase our Cu–NQR measurements revealed three inequivalent Cu sites in CuO2 planes. In terms of the stripe-phase picture we assign them to the charged stripe, to its neighborhood and to the AF correlated regions free of holes correspondingly. The last site corresponds to the ordered Cu magnetic moment of 0.29μB.  相似文献

Tubuloclustin [N-(7-adamant-2-yloxy-7-oxoheptanoyl)-N-deacetylcolchicine], a highly cytotoxic anti-tubulin compound is known for its ability to promote microtubule disassembly followed by the formation of tubulin clusters of unique morphology. Three series of antimitotic agents related to tubuloclustin were designed and synthesized in order to enhance the molecular diversity of “tubuloclustin-like” family of compounds. The series of compounds with modified adamantane moiety was highly potent in cytotoxic effect on human lung carcinoma A549 cells (EC50 = 6–400 nM) and was active in affecting the microtubule arrays and induction of strong tubulin clusterization. In two other sets of compounds, the colchicine moiety of tubuloclustin was replaced by podophyllotoxin or combretastatin A-4. All combretastatin A-4 derivatives displayed noticeable cytotoxic activity (\(\hbox {EC}50=0.8{-}1.6\,\upmu \hbox {M}\)) but their effect on microtubules depended on the position of the linker attachment. Podophyllotoxin derivatives were also toxic to A549 cells (\(\hbox {EC}50=0.38{-}0.50\,\upmu \hbox {M}\)) and caused both microtubule depolymerization and some tubulin clustering. The data obtained gave additional evidence that the whole panel of C7-colchicine, podophyllotoxin and combretastatin derivatives could manifest clustering effect, and the strength of this effect correlated with cytotoxic activity of the compounds.  相似文献

(C,O)-chelate silanol hydrohalides RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2OH · HHal (2a,b and 5b), and their precursors, (C,O)-chelate chlorosilanes RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2Cl (6a,b) and disiloxanes [RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2]2O (8a,b) (R = Me (a), Ph (b); Hal = Cl (2), Br (5)), were obtained by several routes. The original scheme of hydrolysis of the above chlorides was discussed in detail. X-ray analysis has shown that the silanol hydrohalogenides PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2OH · HX (2b and 5b) in the crystal exist in the form of cation-anion pairs [PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2(OH2)]+ · X (14b · Cl and 14b · Br) assembled by H-bonds in a 3D framework. The Si atom in the cation has a trigonal bipyramidal configuration with the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group and protonated hydroxyl exo-substituent in axial positions. The endocyclic Si-O bonds are equal with an average of 1.905 Å while the exocyclic Si-O bonds are 1.979 and 2.009 Å, for Hal = Cl and Br, respectively.Quantum chemical calculations have shown that the cation [PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2(OH2)]+ (14b) is stable only in the crystal. Based on a high-resolution X-ray study and a quantum chemical calculation, it was found that the chemical bonding pattern in the OSiO axial fragment of the cation 14b corresponds to a three-centred four electron interaction. The cation 14b should be considered as a silylium cation stabilized by coordinated H2O molecules rather than a silyloxonium ion.  相似文献

The intramolecular С=O→Si coordination in H‐complexes of (acetoxymethyl)trifluorosilane and (benzoyloxymethyl)trifluorosilane with proton donors HCl, PhOH, MeOH, and CHCl3 was investigated by density functional theory and second‐order Møller‐Plesset perturbation theory (MP2) methods. Interrelation and mutual influence of the intramolecular coordination bond С=O→Si and intermolecular hydrogen bonds C=O···H and Si–F···H in H‐complexes was established using the AIM and NBO analyses. The С=O→Si coordination is weakened by the C=O···H hydrogen bonding but enhanced by the Si–Fax···H hydrogen bonding. The structure of H‐complexes of (acetoxymethyl)trifluorosilane with proton donors in solution was determined by comparing the ν(C=O) and ν(Si–F) frequencies calculated using the conductor‐like polarizable continuum model and their experimental Fourier transform infrared values. Substituted isobenzofuranone derivatives 1a-3a and bindone 4 are characterized by the presence of an intramolecular C(Ar)-H···O hydrogen bond in the crystal (X-ray), solution ((1)H NMR and specific and nonspecific IEF-PCM solvation model combined with MP2 and B3LYP methods), and gas (MP2 and B3LYP) phases. According to geometric and AIM criteria, the C(Ar)-H···O interaction weakens in 1a-3a (independent of substituent nature) and in 4 with the change in media in the following order: gas phase > CHCl(3) solution > DMSO solution > crystal. The maximum value of hydrogen bond energy is 4.6 kcal/mol for 1a-3a and 5.6 kcal/mol for 4. Both in crystals and in solutions, hydrogen bond strength increases in the order 1a < 2a < 3a with the rising electronegativity of the ring substituents (H < OMe < Cl). The best method for calculating (1)H NMR chemical shifts (δ(calcd) - δ(expl) < 0.7 ppm) of hydrogen bonded and nonbonded protons in 1a-3a and 1b-3b (isomers without hydrogen bonds) is the GIAO method at the B3LYP level with the 6-31G** and 6-311G** basis sets. For the C-H moiety involved in the hydrogen bond, the increase of the spin-spin coupling constant (1)J((13)C-(1)H) by about 7.5 Hz is in good agreement with calculations for C-H bond shortening and for blue shifts of C-H stretching vibrations (by 55-75 cm(-1)).  相似文献

The reaction of lanthanide(III) nitrates with 4‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)methyleneamino‐1,2,4‐triazole (L) was studied. The compounds [Ln(NO3)3(H2O)3] ? 2 L, in which Ln=Eu ( 1 ), Gd ( 2 ), Tb ( 3 ), or Dy ( 4 ), obtained in a mixture of MeCN/EtOH have the same structure, as shown by XRD. In the crystals of these compounds, the mononuclear complex units [Ln(NO3)3(H2O)3] are linked to L molecules through intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions to form a 2D polymeric supramolecular architecture. An investigation into the optical characteristics of the Eu3+‐, Tb3+‐, and Dy3+‐containing compounds ( 1 , 3 , and 4 ) showed that these complexes displayed metal‐centered luminescence. According to magnetic measurements, compound 4 exhibits single‐ion magnet behavior, with ΔEeff/kB=86 K in a field of 1500 Oe.  相似文献

Single crystals of Pb3O2(SeO3) have been prepared hydrothermally at 230 °C. The structure (orthorhombic, Cmc21, a = 10.529(2), b = 10.722(2), c = 5.7527(12)Å, V = 649.5(2)Å3) has been solved by direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.059 on the basis of 615 unique observed reflections (|Fo| = 4σF). The structure is based upon double [O2Pb3]2+ chains of edge‐sharing [OPb4]6+ tetrahedra. These [O2Pb3]2+ chains run parallel to [001], and their planes are parallel to (010). The pyramidal (SeO3)2— anions are located between the chains; their triangular oxygen atom bases lie parallel to (001) and all (SeO3)2— groups are pointing in the same direction. A short compilation of [O2M3] chains of oxocentred M4 tetrahedra in minerals and inorganic compounds is provided.  相似文献
