Purity and equational compactness play a role at least in the Theories of Modules, Acts, Model, and Category. Adámek and Rosický have studied them categorically, Rothmaler model-theoretically, and some authors, including Banaschewski, Gould, and Normak have studied these notions on G-acts. We take both the group G and the set A in the definition of a G-act to be sheaves and study equationally compact G-sheaves. We get different kinds of equationally compact G-sheaves, study them and their interrelations, give some conditions for their proper behavior, and generalize some of the existing results. 相似文献

Orthogonal acceleration time‐of‐flight (oa‐TOF) mass spectrometry (MS) was coupled to gas chromatography (GC) to measure ion yields (ratio of ion counts to number of neutrals entering the ion source) and signal‐to‐noise (S/N) in the electron ionization (EI) mode (hard ionization) as well as in the soft ionization modes of chemical ionization (CI), electron capture negative ion chemical ionization (NICI) and field ionization (FI). Mass accuracies of the EI and FI modes were also investigated. Sixteen structurally diverse volatile organic compounds were chosen for this study. The oa‐TOF mass analyzer is highly suited for FI MS and provided an opportunity to compare the sensitivity of this ionization method to the more conventional ionization methods. Compared to the widely used quadrupole mass filter, the oa‐TOF platform offers significantly greater mass accuracy and therefore the possibility of determining the empirical formula of analytes. The findings of this study showed that, for the instrument used, EI generated the most ions with the exception of compounds able to form negative ions readily. Lower ion yields in the FI mode were generally observed but the chromatograms displayed greater S/N and in many cases gave spectra dominated by a molecular ion. Ion counts in CI are limited by the very small apertures required to maintain sufficiently high pressures in the ionization chamber. Mass accuracy for molecular and fragment ions was attainable at close to manufacturer's specifications, thus providing useful information on molecular ions and neutral losses. The data presented also suggests a potentially useful instrumental combination would result if EI and FI spectra could be collected simultaneously or in alternate scans during GC/MS. We discuss the effects of non-trivial boundary conditions or backgrounds, including non-perturbative ones, on the renormalization
program for systems in two dimensions. We present an alternative renormalization procedure in which these non-perturbative
conditions can be taken into account in a self-contained and, we believe, self-consistent manner. These conditions have profound
effects on the properties of the system, in particular all of its n-point functions. To be concrete, we investigate these effects in the λ
φ
4 model in two dimensions and show that the mass counterterms turn out to be proportional to the Green’s functions which have
a non-trivial position dependence in these cases. We then compute the difference between the mass counterterms in the presence
and absence of these conditions. We find that in the case of non-trivial boundary conditions this difference is minimum between
the boundaries and infinite on them. The minimum approaches zero when the boundaries go to infinity. In the case of non-trivial

Microwave-assisted extraction and dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction followed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry as a sensitive and efficient method was applied to extract and determine four biogenic amines (BAs) in Iranian Lighvan cheese samples. Carrez solutions were used for the sedimentation of proteins. Effective factors on the performance of microextraction were studied and optimized. The proposed method showed good linear ranges from 5 to 500 ng mL?1, with the coefficients of determination higher than 0.9929. Average recoveries were between 97 and 103%. Limits of detection for all analyzed BAs ranged from 5.9 to 14.0 ng g?1, and limits of quantitation ranged between 19.7 and 46.2 ng g?1. Compared with previous methods, the proposed method is simple, fast, accurate, and precise and gives low detection limits for investigating trace amounts of BAs in Iranian Lighvan cheese samples. The levels of four BAs were determined in five Lighvan cheese samples. Cadaverine was found as prevailing amine in the cheese samples. Putrescine, tyramine, and histamine were present at the second, third, and fourth highest levels, respectively. 相似文献

New orange solid tributylammonium halochromates, (C4H9)3N+CrO3X?, TBAXC (X=F, Cl) are easily synthesized by the reaction of tributylammonium fluoride and chloride with CrO3 in a 1:1 molar ratio in the presence of HF and HCl. Tributylammonium halochromates(VI) are versatile reagent for the effective and selective oxidation of organic substrates. Silica gel supported TBAFC and TBACC are versatile reagents for the effective and selective oxidation of organic substrates, in particular, thiols, under mild conditions. A novel and highly efficient approach for the synthesis of H2Me2bqb and H2Me2bpb using ionic liquid as an environmentally benign reaction medium has been developed, eliminating the need for the pyridine as a toxic solvent. The Ni(II) complex of the dianionic ligand Me2bqb2−, [Me2bqb2− = 1,2-bis(quinoline-2-carboxamide)-4,5-dimethyl-benzene dianion], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic methods, and the crystal and molecular structure of [Ni(Me2bqb)] (1), has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex exhibits distorted square-planar NiN4 coordination geometry with two short and two long Ni–N bonds (Ni–N ∼1.85 and ∼1.96 Å, respectively). The electrochemical behavior of [Ni(Me2bqb)] (1), has been studied by cyclic voltammetry and compared with the analogous complex, [Ni(Me2bpb)] (2). 相似文献

This study investigated the use of ultrasound‐assisted extraction to improve the extraction efficiency of morphine, codeine and thebaine from the papaver plants. Extraction conditions such as type of solvent, temperature, duration, frequency and power level of ultrasonic were optimized and the influences of different parameters on resolution of alkaloids in CE were studied. The optimized condition for CE separation includes a sodium phosphate buffer (100 mM, pH 3.0) containing 5 mM α‐CD. The optimized extraction conditions for ultrasound‐assisted extraction was an extraction time of 1 h, an ultrasonic frequency of 60 kHz with water–methanol (80:20) at 40°C as the extraction solvent. The LOD for alkaloids was found to be 0.1 μg/mL at a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3:1. The RSDs for peak areas were in the range of 1.4–4.4%. The amounts of opium alkaloids (mg/100 g dried sample) in four Iranian papaver plants were found to be in the range of 7.8–8.7 (morphine), 5.5–9.5 (codeine) and 1.4–10.4 (thebaine). It should be emphasized that no cleanup of the filtered extract was required; hence, direct determination after extraction drastically simplifies the analytical process. 相似文献
