Molecular and crystal structure of N-[2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-ylidene]-cyclohexane aminium chloride

X-ray diffraction investigation showed that protonation of 4H-benzo-[1,4]-oxazin-3-ylidene-cyclohexylamine occurs at the exocyclic nitrogen atom. In crystal, the cation has a structure with a distinct exocyclic C=N bond.     

The photoinduced transformations of aziridine derivatives in liquid crystalline matrices

The special features of the photoinduced transformations of 1,5-diaryl-3,5a-dihydro-1H-azireno[1,2-c]imidazole in liquid crystalline matrices were studied. During irradiation, changes in absorption bands at 630 and 430 nm were observed, which, in the cholesteric phase, were accompanied by a selective reflection band shift to sorter waves. The data obtained were in conformity with the concept of a two-stage character of phototransformations. The special features of the process in the liquid crystalline phase compared with crystals, polymeric dispersions, and solutions were considered.     

Formation of derivatives of 1,2,4-triazoloquinazolines in the reactions of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazoles with cyclohexanone

Regioselective Synthesis and Properties of 6-Amino-3-carbamoyl-5-cyano-3,4-dihydrospirocyclohexane-4-pyridine-2-thiol and 5-Cyano-3-thiocarbamoyl-4-spirocyclohexanepiperidine-2,6-dione

Treatment of monothiomalonodiamide with cyclohexylidenemalononitrile or cyclohexylidenecyanoacetic ester in the presence of sodium ethylate gave 6-amino-3-carbamoyl-5-cyano-3,4-dihydrospirocyclohexane-4-pyridine-2-thiol and 5-cyano-3-thiocarbamoyl-4-spirocyclohexanepiperidine-2,6-dione. Their alkylation and hydrolysis have been studied.     

Reactions of N‐arylmaleimides with 3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazole and 2‐aminobenzimidazole

The reaction of 3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 1 ) with N‐arylmaleimides leads to azolopyrimidines 4 and 5 . The 2‐aminobenzimidazole ( 2 ) in the reaction with 3 gives the pyrimidobenzimidazoles 6 . In similar conditions, the reaction of amine 2 with maleic anhydride ( 7 ) leads to formation of 2‐oxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydropyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 8 ). Chemical properties of 2,2,4-trisubstituted 2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepines

Study of products of reaction of diaroylethylenes with o-phenylenediamine and 1,3-dimethyl-5,6-diaminouracil

It was shown that the product of the reaction of dibenzoylethylene with o-phenyl enediamine has the structure of 2-phenacyl-3-phenyl-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline. The steric structure of the dihydroqyinoxaline bicyclic compound was discussed. It was shown that the reaction of di(4-toluyl)ethylene with 1,3-dimethyl-5,6-diaminouracil leads to 5,7-dimethyl-6,8-dioxo-2-(4-methylphenacylidene)-3-(4-tolyl)-1,2-dihydropyrimidino[5,6-b]pyrazine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 523–527, April, 1987.     

Multicomponent facile synthesis of novel dihydroazolopyrimidinyl carbamides

Number of novel derivatives of dihydrotriazolo-and-tetrazolopyrimidines containing carboxamide group in position 6 were obtained by multicomponent Biginelli-type reaction. The structures of all synthesized compounds were proved by NMR and MS spectral methods. The method of three-component Biginelli-type reaction is well suited for the synthesis of new promising dihydroazolopyrimidines providing a scaffold for screening of biological activity.
