A series of sphere-rod shape amphiphiles were designed and synthesized by connecting the rod-like oligofluorenes with different lengths(OF_n) to the different positions of the spherical [60]fullerene(C_(60)) through a rigid linkage. The conjugates were characterized by ~1H-NMR, ~(13)C-NMR, FTIR, EA and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The optical and electronic properties of the conjugates were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectrometry, and cyclic voltammetry. The results from UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry indicated that the energy profiles of C_(60) and OF_n remained unchanged when different lengths of OF_n were attached to C_(60). The electron affinities of the OF_n-C_(60) conjugates were close to that of C_(60), while slight electronic interaction was found between the two individual chromophores(C_(60) and OF_n) in their ground states. The fluorescence spectra exhibited a complete fluorescence quenching in the toluene solution, suggesting an effective energy transfer from OF_n to C_(60). It presents a systematic study on the selfassembly, structure-property relationship, and potential technical applications of the conjugates.  相似文献

In this study, we have demonstrated a two-legged, upright molecular design method for monochromatic and bright red luminescent LnIII-silica nanomaterials. A novel EuIII-silica hybrid nanoparticle was developed by using a doubly binding TPPO−Si(OEt)3 (TPPO: triphenyl phosphine oxide) linker. The TPPO−Si(OEt)3 was confirmed by 1H, 31P, 29Si NMR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray analysis. Luminescent Eu(hfa)3 and Eu(tfc)3 moieties (hfa: hexafluoroacetylacetonate, tfc: 3-(trifluoromethylhydroxymethylene)camphorate) were fixed onto TPPO−Si(OEt)3-modified silica nanoparticles, producing Eu(hfa)3(TPPO−Si)2-SiO2 and Eu(tfc)3(TPPO−Si)2-SiO2, respectively. Eu(hfa)3(TPPO−Si)2−SiO2 exhibited the higher intrinsic luminescence quantum yield (93 %) and longer emission lifetime (0.98 ms), which is much larger than those of previously reported EuIII-based hybrid materials. Eu(tfc)3(TPPO−Si)2−SiO2 showed an extra-large intrinsic emission quantum yield (54 %), although the emission quantum yield for the precursor Eu(tfc)3(TPPO−Si(OEt)3)2 was found to be 39 %. These results confirmed that the TPPO−Si(OEt)3 linker is a promising candidate for development of EuIII-based luminescent materials.  相似文献

Copolymerizations of hexafluoroisobutylene (HFIB) with vinyl pentafluorobenzoate (VPFB) and vinyl trifluoroacetate (VTFA) were carried out in bulk using perfluorodibenzoyl peroxide as the radical initiator. The copolymers obtained were characterized by proton and fluorine NMR spectroscopy. The monomer reactivity ratios in the polymerization of HFIB with VPFB were r1 (HFIB) = 0, r2 (VPFB) = 0.373, and r1r2 = 0. The results indicated that these copolymers have alternating structures. Similarly, the copolymers of HFIB and VTFA also showed alternating structures. The films of HFIB‐co‐VPFB were prepared by casting THF solution of polymers. Films obtained were flexible and transparent. The refractive indices of copolymers were 1.4549, 1.4490, and 1.4438 at 532, 633, and 839 nm, respectively. The average Tgs of HFIB‐co‐VTFA and HFIB‐co‐VPFB were 52 and 71 °C, respectively. From these results, the Tg of the hypothetical HFIB homopolymer is postulated to be in between 70 and 90 °C, which may be useful in the assessment of Tgs of HFIB copolymers with other vinyl monomers. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A physical, hydrochemical and isotopic evaluation of springs in Beijing was conducted in 2009 to reveal apparent changes in the properties of those springs. The results showed that most of the 2nd class springs and more than 50 % of the 1st class springs recorded in the early 1980s were depleted, while the discharges of existing springs have also decreased sharply. In addition, the majority of springs were of the HCO3–Ca–Mg type and good water quality, with the quality indices changing slightly compared to those recorded 30 years ago. The abundances of 2H, 18O, and 3H in the springs indicated that most of the springs were of meteoric origin with a relatively close connection to modern atmospheric precipitation. As a result, the springs have a relatively strong renewability within a shallow circulation.  相似文献

Direct writing technique is usually used in femtosecond-laser two-photon micromachining. The size of the scanning step has important influence on the surface quality and machining efficiency of microdevices. According to the mechanism of two-photon polymerization combining the distribution function of the light intensity and the free-radical-concentration theory, we establish the mathematical model of coverage of solidification unit and analyze the effect of coverage on the machining quality and efficiency of microdevices. Using the principle of exposure equivalence, we also obtain the analytic expression of the relationship between the surface-quality characteristic parameters of microdevices and the scanning step and carry out the numerical simulation and experiment. The results show that the scanning step has little influence on the surface quality of the line when it is much smaller than the size of the solidification unit. However, when the scanning step is gradually increasing, the smoothness of the line surface is reduced rapidly, and the surface quality becomes worse drastically. For stereo-device processing with different slopes, we propose a kind three-dimensional continuous-variable scanning method and provide the calculation expression of the scanning step. From the experimental example of fabricating a spherical structure, we show that, compared with the fixed-step scanning method, the continuous-variable scanning-step method should be used to improve the surface quality of microdevices.  相似文献

With the consideration of mechanism of prevention and control for the spread of viral diseases, in this paper, we propose two novel virus dynamics models where state feedback control strategies are introduced. The first model incorporates the density of infected cells (or free virus) as control threshold value; we analytically show the existence and orbit stability of positive periodic solution. Theoretical results imply that the density of infected cells (or free virus) can be controlled within an adequate level. The other model determines the control strategies by monitoring the density of uninfected cells when it reaches a risk threshold value. We analytically prove the existence and orbit stability of semi-trivial periodic solution, which show that the viral disease dies out. Numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the main results.  相似文献

A green and cost‐effective process for the convenient synthesis of acylphloroglucinol 3‐C‐glucosides from 2‐O‐glucosides was exploited using a novel C‐glycosyltransferase (MiCGTb) from Mangifera indica. Compared with previously characterized CGTs, MiCGTb exhibited unique de‐O‐glucosylation promiscuity and high regioselectivity toward structurally diverse 2‐O‐glucosides of acylphloroglucinol and achieved high yields of C‐glucosides even with a catalytic amount of uridine 5′‐diphosphate (UDP). These findings demonstrate for the first time the significant potential of a single‐enzyme approach to the synthesis of bioactive C‐glucosides from both natural and unnatural acylphloroglucinol 2‐O‐glucosides.  相似文献
