Treatment of N-(1,3-dimethylpyrazol-5-yl)-4-anthranilic acid with phosphorus oxychloride gave an intermediate which was condensed with 3-dimethylaminopropylamine to yield 10,8-dimethyl-7-(3-dimethylaminopropylamino)-10H-pyrido[2,3-h]pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoline (IV). The structure of IV, which represents a previously undescribed ring system, was confirmed by an independent synthesis.  相似文献

Lifetimes of high spin states up to { }=22+ in the yrast positive parity bands have been measured to investigate the shape evolution with increasing spin in 72, 74Se. The Q t values derived from these measurements indicate that prolate shape stabilizes for 72Se, while a triaxial shape develops for 74Se at higher spins. Comparison of the observed trend in Q t with spin for 72, 74Se with that of the corresponding kryptones isotones emphasizes the stability provided by N=38 prolate shell gap even at high rotational frequency.  相似文献

Microfluidic chips require connections to larger macroscopic components, such as light sources, light detectors, and reagent reservoirs. In this article, we present novel methods for integrating capillaries, optical fibers, and wires with the channels of microfluidic chips. The method consists of forming planar interconnect channels in microfluidic chips and inserting capillaries, optical fibers, or wires into these channels. UV light is manually directed onto the ends of the interconnects using a microscope. UV-curable glue is then allowed to wick to the end of the capillaries, fibers, or wires, where it is cured to form rigid, liquid-tight connections. In a variant of this technique, used with light-guiding capillaries and optical fibers, the UV light is directed into the capillaries or fibers, and the UV-glue is cured by the cone of light emerging from the end of each capillary or fiber. This technique is fully self-aligned, greatly improves both the quality and the manufacturability of the interconnects, and has the potential to enable the fabrication of interconnects in a fully automated fashion. Using these methods, including a semi-automated implementation of the second technique, over 10,000 interconnects have been formed in almost 2000 microfluidic chips made of a variety of rigid materials. The resulting interconnects withstand pressures up to at least 800psi, have unswept volumes estimated to be less than 10 femtoliters, and have dead volumes defined only by the length of the capillary.  相似文献

In a previous work, Optics Communications 284 (2011) 2460-2465, we considered a dielectric medium with an anti-reflection coating and a spatially uniform index of refraction illuminated at normal incidence by a quasimonochromatic field. Using the continuity equations for the electromagnetic energy density and the Gordon momentum density, we constructed a traceless, symmetric energy-momentum tensor for the closed system. In this work, we relax the condition of a uniform index of refraction and consider a dielectric medium with a spatially varying index of refraction that is independent of time, which essentially represents a mechanically rigid dielectric medium due to external constraints. Using continuity equations for energy density and for Gordon momentum density, we construct a symmetric energy-momentum matrix, whose four-divergence is equal to a generalized Helmholtz force density four-vector. Assuming that the energy-momentum matrix has tensor transformation properties under a symmetry group of space-time coordinate transformations, we derive the global conservation laws for the total energy, momentum, and angular momentum.  相似文献

K β-to-K α X-ray intensity ratios of Fe and Ni in pure metals and in Fe x Ni1−x alloys (x=0.20, 0.50, 0.58) exhibiting similar crystalline structure have been measured following excitation by 59.54 keV γ-rays from a 241Am point source, to understand as to why the properties of permalloy Fe0.2Ni0.8 is distinct from other alloy compositions. It is observed that the valence electronic structure of Fe0.2Ni0.8 alloy is totally different from other alloys which may be attributed to its special magnetic properties.  相似文献

Single terrylene molecules doped into linear low-density polyethylene can be oriented by tensile deformation of the matrix. In measurements on ensembles at ambient and on single terrylene molecules at cryogenic temperature, strong orientation along the stretching direction was observed by polarization-resolved confocal microscopy. At cryogenic temperatures narrow and spectrally stable zero-phonon lines were found. The low saturation intensity of 0.07 W cm(-2) is consistent with an uniaxial orientation of terrylene in the sample plane.  相似文献

A new synthesis of isothiazoles is reported which involves the reaction of Vilsmeier salts of N,N-dimethylamides with enamino nitriles, and treatment of the intermediates successively with sodium hydrosulfide and iodine. 4-Isothiazolecarbonitriles prepared were: 3-phenyl; 3,5-dimethyl; 3,5-diphenyl; 3-methyl-5-phenyl; and 3-phenyl-5-methyl. The 5-phenylisothiazoles were obtained in low yields due to a side reaction involving the formation of pyrimidines. Pyrimidines encountered were 6-chloro-2,4-diphenyl and 6-chloro-4-methyl-2-phenylpyrimidines.  相似文献
