Two new triterpene glycosides, 1 and 2 , together with three known ones, were isolated from roots of Acanthophyllum laxiusculum Schiman ‐Czeika . The structures of the new compounds were established by extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic experiments and MS analyses as 23‐Oβ‐D ‐galactopyranosylgypsogenic acid 28‐O‐{β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐6‐O‐[4‐carboxy‐3‐hydroxy‐3‐methyl‐1‐oxobutyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→6)}‐[β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)]‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl ester ( 1 ) and gypsogenic acid 28‐O‐{β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐6‐O‐[4‐carboxy‐3‐hydroxy‐3‐methyl‐1‐oxobutyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→6)}‐[β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)]‐β‐D ‐galactopyranosyl ester ( 2 ).  相似文献

Two samples of Cremanthodium stenactinium (Asteraceae) were collected in Sichuan Province, China. From the ethyl acetate extracts of the roots, three new eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoids and one new trinoreremophilane compound were isolated, together with other known eremophilanes. Their structures were determined based on the spectroscopic data. This is the first report of isolation of eremophilane-type compounds from the genus Cremanthodium.  相似文献

Two stereoisomers of cis-[Ru(bpy)(pynp)(CO)Cl]PF6 (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, pynp = 2-(2-pyridyl)-1,8-naphthyridine) were selectively prepared. The pyridyl rings of the pynp ligand in [Ru(bpy)(pynp)(CO)Cl]+ are situated trans and cis, respectively, to the CO ligand. The corresponding CH3CN complex ([Ru(bpy)(pynp)(CO)(CH3CN)]2+) was also prepared by replacement reactions of the chlorido ligand in CH3CN. Using these complexes, ligand-centered redox behavior was studied by electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical techniques. The molecular structures of pynp-containing complexes (two stereoisomers of [Ru(bpy)(pynp)(CO)Cl]PF6 and [Ru(pynp)2(CO)Cl]PF6) were determined by X-ray structure analyses.  相似文献

From Iris delavayi collected in the northwestern Yunnan Province of China, eight iridal-type triterpenoids were isolated, three of which were new. Both 2(7)Z- and 2(7)E-iridals were isolated in about equal amounts from the sample collected at Laojunshan, while only 2(7)Z-iridals were isolated from samples collected in Shangrila area, indicating the presence of chemical diversity in the species.  相似文献

Lattice dynamics and electron-phonon coupling are calculated for non-magnetic hcp iron at 100 GPa by a first-principles linear response full-potential LMTO method. Superconducting transition temperature is estimated to be less than 0.5 K. For ferromagnetic bcc iron lattice dynamical calculations are performed for 9.8 GPa as well as for ambient pressure. The results of calculation reproduce well the pressure dependence of phonon dispersion curves observed by neutron scattering measurements.  相似文献

In the two-electron reduction of diphenylsulfoxide to diphenylsulfide, which is considered a model reaction of sulfite reduction catalyzed by sulfite reductase, methylviologen-pendent iron(III) porphyrin exhibits much higher catalytic activity than usual iron(III) and manganese(III) tetraphenylporphyrins, while cobalt(II) tetraphenylporphyrin exhibits much less catalytic activity than the others. Discussion about the active species and the reason of the acceleration by methylviologen-pendent is presented.  相似文献
