Aerobic intramolecular aminothiocyanation of unactivated alkenes has been developed by in situ generated iodine thiocyanate under open-flask conditions. This protocol provides a concise and efficient method for synthesizing SCN-containing pyrrolidine, piperidine and indoline derivatives with isolated yields of up to 87%. Furthermore, mixing iodine and sodium thiocyanate with oxygen afforded iodine thiocyanate (ISCN) and dithiocyanatoiodate [I(SCN)2]- which were testified by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. A mechanistic investigation indicates that iodonium ion and sulfonium ion intermediates might be involved in this transformation. 相似文献

The applications of newer Sb2S3 material as a suitable absorber material for the solar cells have been effected by the toxicity of Sb. The present study is an effort to synthesize lower Sb contents Sn doped Sb2S3 materials by retaining or improving the morphological and optical properties. SnCl2 and SbCl3 are used respectively as Sn and Sb sources, while Na2S2O3 has been used as a source of S in chemical bath deposition method. Bath temperature was maintained at 10 °C and the deposition time was 4 h and the annealing of the films in vacuum was done for 2 h at 250 °C. X-ray diffraction, Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and ultraviolet/visible light spectroscopy have been used for the study of structural, morphological and the optical properties. The chemical composition determined from RBS is Sn0.11Sb2S3. Phase analysis confirms the orthorhombic Sb2S3 phase with b and c axis as the preferred ones for the impurity Sn atoms. Grain growth at lower deposition temperature is enhanced on the account of doping. Nanosized spherical particles are seen in the optical micrographs. Annealing lowers the band gap, the values being 1.50 and 1.31 eV for the unannealed and the annealed samples respectively. 相似文献

A modified fractional least mean square algorithm for chaotic and nonstationary time series prediction 下载免费PDF全文
A method of modifying the architecture of fractional least mean square (FLMS) algorithm is presented to work with nonlinear time series prediction. Here we incorporate an adjustable gain parameter in the weight adaptation equation of the original FLMS algorithm and absorb the gamma function in the fractional step size parameter. This approach provides an interesting achievement in the performance of the filter in terms of handling the nonlinear problems with less computational burden by avoiding the evaluation of complex gamma function. We call this new algorithm as the modified fractional least mean square (MFLMS) algorithm. The predictive performance for the nonlinear Mackey glass chaotic time series is observed and evaluated using the classical LMS, FLMS, kernel LMS, and proposed MFLMS adaptive filters. The simulation results for the time series with and without noise confirm the superiority and improvement in the prediction capability of the proposed MFLMS predictor over its counterparts. 相似文献

This study represents a unique example where the self-assembly of five amphiphilic polypeptides was monitored as a function of their hydrophilic-to-lipophilic balance (HLB). The HLB was tuned by preparing a series of polypeptides with aspartic acid (Asp) and phenylalanine (Phe) according to the sequence (Asp(x)Phe(y)) where x and y vary from 1 to 3. The self-assembly of the (Asp(x)Phe(y))(n) polypeptides with M(w) values ranging from 8 to 12 K was studied in solution by fluorescence quenching and nonradiative energy transfer (NRET) fluorescence experiments. Dynamic (DLS) and static (SLS) light scattering studies were used to complement the results obtained. The fluorescence quenching experiments conducted with the chromophore pyrene used as a free probe, physically bound to the polypeptides via hydrophobic interactions, demonstrated that the chromophore was less exposed to the solution for the sequences having a higher hydrophobic character. Protective quenching was also observed for those polypeptides randomly labeled with pyrene where the phenylalanine content was high, whereas pyrene was found to be fully exposed to the quencher for the polypeptides having more hydrophilic sequences. NRET used to probe interpolymeric association was not observed between a naphthalene and a pyrene labeled polypeptide for the polypeptide sequences which were richer in aspartic acid, whereas energy transfer took place with the more hydrophobic polypeptides. This observation led to the conclusion that those sequences with a higher content of aspartic acid essentially generate unimolecular polymeric micelles, whereas those with a higher content of phenylalanine generate polymeric aggregates which offer protection from the solvent to their hydrophobic cargo. The presence of these polymeric aggregates was also confirmed by DLS and SLS studies which suggest that species 100-200 nm in diameter are present in solution. 相似文献

A novel organic-inorganic nanocomposite cation-exchanger has been synthesized via sol-gel method. It was characterized on the basis of FTIR, XRD, SEM, TEM, AFM and Raman studies. The structural studies reveal semi-crystalline nature of the material with the particle size ranging from 1-5 nm. Physiochemical properties such as ion-exchange capacity, chemical and thermal stability of composite material have also been determined. Bifunctional behavior of the material has been indicated by its pH titrations curves. The nanocomposite material exhibits improved thermal stability, higher ion-exchange capacity and better selectivity for toxic heavy metals. The ion-exchange material shows an ion-exchange capacity of 1.8 meq g(-1) for Na(+) ions. Sorption behavior of metal ions on the material was studied in different solvents. The cation exchanger was found to be selective for Pb(II), Hg(II) and Zr(IV) ions. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantification (LOQ) for Pb(II) ion was found to be 0.85 and 2.85 μg L(-1). Analytically important separations of heavy metal ions in synthetic mixtures as well as industrial effluents and natural water were achieved with the exchanger. The practical utility of polyanilineZr(IV)sulphosalicylate cation exchanger has been established for the analysis and recovery of heavy metal ions in environmental samples. 相似文献

Tröger’s base analogues were prepared bearing methoxy groups in the 1,7-, 2,8-, 3,9- or 4,10-positions. These compounds were converted to their dihydroxy analogues in excellent yields upon treatment with boron tribromide and the 4,10-dihydroxy analogue could be prepared by directly from 4-hydroxyaniline. This paper presents a comprehensive modelling and simulation study on the optimum parameters that control the distortion and noise of semiconductor lasers (SLs) subject to multichannel modulation for use in analog cable television (CATV) fibre links. The study is based on numerical integration of the rate equation model of the semiconductor laser. The parameters comprise the modulation index per channel (m / ch), number of loaded channels (N) and fibre length \((L_{F})\). The signal distortions include the composite second-order (CSO) and composite triple beat (CTB) distortions. The noise is assessed in terms of the relative intensity noise (RIN) and carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR). In order to achieve acceptable CNR values for SL, m / ch should be less than 7.5 and 2% when loading 12 and 80 channels, respectively. For the CATV fibre link with \(L_{F} = 10 \hbox { km}\), the increase in the number of channels from 12 to 80 corresponds to lowering the optimum value of m / ch from 7 to 1%. The increase of \(L_{F}\) to 50 km limits the optimum value of m / ch between 1.4 and 1%, which corresponds to loading between 12 and 17 channels only. 相似文献

Every year, tuberculosis affects the lungs of millions of people and rifampicin is the commonly used medicine for its treatment due to its antibiotic nature. The frequent use of rifampicin may lead to its increased concentration in the water resources. This research work is focused on the cloud point extraction (CPE) procedure for the preconcentration of rifampicin prior to its determination in water. The UV/vis spectrophotometric method was adapted for the measurement of rifampicin content after the phase separation. Triton-X 100 was used as the nonionic surfactant which contains hydrophilic polyethylene chain feasible for the extraction of analyte. Various analytical parameters that can affect the extraction efficacy were optimized to achieve linearity of the proposed method in the concentration range of 3.54–81.41 mgL–1. The Limit of detection and quantification were 1.261 and 4.212 mgL–1, respectively. The Preconcentration factor was 40 with relative standard deviation (%RSD) of 2.504%. The standard addition methodology was adopted for the validation of this procedure and effectively applied for the determination of rifampicin in real wastewater samples. 相似文献

Current research models the Al2O3 47nm and Al2O3 36nm nanoparticles transportation through peristalsis with entropy optimization. Conservation laws for mass, momentum and energy are used to model the present flow situation. These equations elaborates the magnetohydrodynamics, Hall, thermal radiation, Joule heating, heat generation and absorption. Convective heat transfer impacts are studied at channel walls. Entropy is modeled in view of thermodynamics second law. Two different expressions for effective viscosity are accounted. Simplification of the modeled equations is done through lubrication assumptions. Solution for momentum equation is obtained analytically and for numerically for temperature equation. Built-in shooting procedure is utilized to obtain the desired numerical results. Later on these obtained results are used to sketch and discussed the flow quantities of interest for the influential parameters accounted in the problem. 相似文献
