80%Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–20%PbTiO3 (PZN–PT) thin films have been prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates using a modified sol–gel method. In our method, niobium pentaoxide is used as a substitution instead of niobium
ethoxide which is moisture-sensitivity and much more expensive. Microstructure and electrical properties of PZN–PT thin films
have been investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that proper annealing temperature of PZN–PT thin films is 600 °C.
The PZN–PT thin films annealed at 600 °C are polycrystalline with (111)-preferential orientations. Field-emissiom scanning
electron microscope analysis revealed PZN–PT thin films possess well-defined and crack-free microstructure. The thickness
of thin films is 290 nm. The Pt/PZN–PT/Pt capacitors have been fabricated and it presents ferroelectric nature. The remanent
polarization (Pr), spontaneous polarization (Ps), and the coercive electric field (Ec) are 8.71 μC/cm2, 43.06 μC/cm2, and 109 kV/cm at 1 MHz, respectively. The dielectric constant (εr) and the dissipation factor (tan δ) are about 500.3 and 0.1 at 1 kHz, respectively. 相似文献

In-doped ZnO (ZnO:In) transparent conductive thin films were deposited on glass substrates by RF magnetron sputtering. The effect of substrate temperature on the structural, electrical and optical properties of the ZnO:In thin films was investigated. It was found that higher temperature improves the crystallinity of the films and promotes In substitution easily. ZnO:In thin films with the best crystal quality were fabricated at 300 °C, which exhibit a larger grain size of 29 nm and small tensile strain of 0.9%. The transmittance of all the films was revealed to be over 85% in the visible range independence of the substrate temperatures and the lowest resistivity of ZnO:In thin films is 2.4×10−3 Ω cm. 相似文献

In this paper, a stochastic SIS epidemic model on
homogeneous networks is considered. The largest Lyapunov exponent is
calculated by Oseledec multiplicative ergodic theory, and the
stability condition is determined by the largest Lyapunov exponent.
The probability density function for the proportion of infected
individuals is found explicitly, and the stochastic bifurcation is
analysed by a probability density function. In particular, the new
basic reproductive number R*, that governs whether an epidemic
with few initial infections can become an endemic or not, is
determined by noise intensity. In the homogeneous networks, despite
of the basic productive number R0>1, the epidemic will die out

In this paper the equilibrium structure of HCO has been optimized by using density functional theory (DFT)/ B3P86 method and CC-PVTZ basis. It has a bent (Cs, X^2A') ground state structure with an angle of 124.4095 °. The vibronic frequencies and force constants have also been calculated. Based on the principles of atomic and molecular reaction statics, the possible electronic states and reasonable dissociation limits for the ground state of HCO molecule have been determined. The analytic potential energy function of HCO (X^2A') molecule has been derived by using the many-body expansion theory. The contour lines are constructed, which show the static properties of HCO (X^2A'), such as the equilibrium structure, the lowest energies, etc. The potential energy surface of HCO (X^2A') is reasonable and very satisfactory. 相似文献
